in two adjacent first magnetic check rings, a first magnet of the first magnetic check ring positioned above is close to a second magnet of the first magnetic check ring positioned below, and the second magnet of the first magnetic check ring positioned above is close to the first magnet of the first magnetic check ring positioned below; and the first magnet of the first magnetic check ring adjacent to the second magnetic check ring is close to the second magnet of the second magnetic check ring, and the second magnet of the first magnetic check ring is close to the first magnet of the second magnetic check ring.
