The invention also provides an installation method for the faucet assembly, which comprises the following steps: s41, fixedly connecting the water tap 22 with the upper part of the connecting rod 20; s42, inserting the lower part of the connecting rod 20 into the mounting hole of the table to be mounted so that the second rod 202 is positioned below the table to be mounted 21; and S43, rotating the water faucet to enable the second rod below the to-be-installed table to move towards the to-be-installed table and finally contact the bottom surface of the to-be-installed table, so that the to-be-installed table is clamped between the water faucet and the second rod, and the water faucet assembly and the to-be-installed table are fixed relatively.
As shown in fig. 13A, the present invention also provides a faucet assembly comprising: a base 10 located above the mounting hole of the table 11 to be mounted, contacting the top surface of the table 11 to be mounted, the base 10 having an insertion hole; a water tap 13 fixedly installed above the base, a water inlet pipe 14 of the water tap being accommodated in the insertion hole of the base and the installation hole of the table to be installed; a fastener 15 passing through the insertion hole and the mounting hole; the locking strip 12 is positioned below the mounting hole of the table to be mounted, the locking strip 12 is rotatably connected to the fastener 15 in the vertical direction, so that the end part of the locking strip 12 is close to or far away from the fastener 15, and when the end part of the locking strip is positioned at a position A close to the fastener, the locking strip has a first maximum width in the direction parallel to the bottom surface of the table to be mounted, and the first maximum width is smaller than the diameter of the mounting hole; when the end of the locking strip is located at a position B far away from the fastener, the locking strip is in contact with the bottom surface of the to-be-installed table, the locking strip has a second maximum width in a direction parallel to the bottom surface of the to-be-installed table, and the second maximum width is larger than the diameter of the installation hole.
According to the above embodiment, in the faucet assembly provided by the present invention, the locking strip 12 is rotatably connected to the fastening member 15 in the vertical direction, so that the end of the locking strip 12 is close to or away from the fastening member 15, when the locking strip cannot pass through the mounting hole of the table to be mounted due to the thickness of the table to be mounted or the length of the locking strip, the locking strip 12 can be rotated to the position where the end is close to the fastening member, and at this time, the maximum width of the locking strip 12 in the direction parallel to the bottom surface of the table to be mounted is smaller than the diameter of the mounting hole, so that the locking strip 12 can smoothly pass through the mounting hole of the table to be mounted, and the faucet assembly is more conveniently mounted. When the locking strip 12 is rotated to a position where the end part is located close to the fastener, the maximum width of the locking strip 12 in the direction parallel to the bottom surface of the table to be installed may be smaller than the diameter of the insertion hole of the base, so that the locking strip 12 smoothly passes through the insertion hole of the base. When the installation is carried out, the fastening piece is connected with the locking strip, then the fastening piece and the locking strip penetrate through the insertion hole of the base and the installation hole of the platform to be installed, and finally the fastening piece is fixed, so that the installation process is simplified.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the locking strip is provided with a connecting part at the location of the connection with the fastener, so that the locking strip is rotatable in the vertical direction relative to the fastener.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13B, the locking strip 12 may be plural.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes will occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (21)
1. A faucet assembly, comprising:
the base is positioned above the mounting hole of the platform to be mounted and is in contact with the top surface of the platform to be mounted, and the base is provided with an insertion hole;
the locking strip is positioned below the mounting hole of the platform to be mounted and is in contact with the bottom surface of the platform to be mounted;
the water faucet is fixedly installed above the base, and a water inlet pipe of the water faucet is accommodated in the insertion hole of the base and the installation hole of the platform to be installed;
the fastener penetrates through the insertion hole and the mounting hole and is connected with the locking strip;
wherein a fixing device is connected to an inner wall of the insertion hole of the base, a sidewall of the fixing device forming a fixing area for receiving the fastener and having an opening through which the fastener is passable, the fastener being located in the fixing area to fix a lateral position of the fastener.
2. The faucet assembly according to claim 1, wherein the securing means is a ring or square shaped snap slot.
3. The faucet assembly according to claim 1, wherein a positioning member is disposed on an upper surface of the locking bar, and the positioning member contacts a sidewall of the mounting hole of the stand to be mounted.
4. The faucet assembly according to claim 1, wherein the locking strip is plural.
5. The faucet assembly of claim 1, wherein the fastener is a screw.
6. A method of mounting a faucet assembly as defined in any one of claims 1 to 5, including the steps of:
one end of the fastener is connected to the locking strip,
a fastener and the locking strip pass through the insertion hole of the base and the mounting hole of the table to be mounted, and the locking strip is contacted with the bottom surface of the table to be mounted,
pushing the fastener into a fixing region of a fixing device connected to an inner wall of the insertion hole to fix a lateral position of the fastener, wherein a sidewall of the fixing device forms the fixing region for receiving the fastener and has an opening through which the fastener can pass,
fixing the fastener above the base so that the base and the locking strip clamp the table to be installed,
and passing a water inlet pipe through the mounting hole of the table to be mounted and the insertion hole of the base and connecting to a faucet, and fixedly mounting the faucet above the base.
7. The method for installing the faucet assembly as recited in claim 6, wherein a positioning member is disposed on an upper surface of the locking strip, and the positioning member contacts a sidewall of the installation hole of the platform to be installed when the locking strip is passed through the installation hole of the platform to be installed.
8. The method of installing a faucet assembly as recited in claim 6 further comprising installing an auxiliary tool on the base to align the insertion hole of the base with the mounting hole of the stand to be installed.
9. A faucet assembly, comprising:
the base is positioned above the mounting hole of the platform to be mounted and is in contact with the top surface of the platform to be mounted, and the base is provided with an insertion hole;
the water faucet is fixedly installed above the base, and a water inlet pipe of the water faucet is accommodated in the insertion hole of the base and the installation hole of the platform to be installed;
a fastener passing through the insertion hole and the mounting hole;
a locking bar located below the mounting hole of the table to be mounted, wherein the locking bar comprises a first portion and a second portion, the second portion being connected to the fastener, the first portion being movably connected to the second portion between a deployed position and a stowed position, the locking bar having a first maximum width in a direction parallel to the bottom surface of the table to be mounted when the first portion is in the stowed position, the first maximum width being less than the diameter of the mounting hole; when the first portion is in the unfolded position, the locking strip is in contact with the bottom surface of the table to be mounted, the locking strip has a second maximum width in a direction parallel to the bottom surface of the table to be mounted, and the second maximum width is larger than the diameter of the mounting hole.
10. The faucet assembly of claim 9, wherein the first maximum width is less than a diameter of the insertion aperture.
11. The faucet assembly of claim 9, wherein the stowed position is the first portion and the second portion folded relative to each other to form a first angle.
12. The faucet assembly according to claim 9 wherein the second portion includes a receiving channel and the stowed position is the first portion movably received within the receiving channel.
13. The faucet assembly of claim 11, wherein the locking strip further comprises a third portion movably connected to the second portion, and the stowed position is where the third portion and the second portion are folded relative to each other to form a second angle.
14. The faucet assembly of claim 12, wherein the locking bar further comprises a third portion movably coupled to the second portion, and wherein the stowed position is when the third portion is movably received within the receiving channel.
15. A faucet assembly, comprising:
a connecting rod passing through the mounting hole of the platform to be mounted, the lower part of the connecting rod is connected with a first rod which is positioned below the platform to be mounted,
a water tap which is positioned above the platform to be installed and is fixedly connected with the upper part of the connecting rod,
wherein rotating the upper portion of the connection lever by the water tap moves the second lever toward the table to a position contacting a bottom surface of the table to be mounted.
16. The faucet assembly of claim 15, wherein the first lever is movable relative to the connecting rod.
17. The faucet assembly according to claim 15, wherein the first lever includes a first portion and a second portion, one ends of the first portion and the second portion are respectively connected to lower portions of the connecting rods, and rotating the upper portions of the connecting rods by the faucet moves the other ends of the first portion and the second portion respectively toward the table to be mounted to a position contacting a bottom surface of the table to be mounted.
18. The faucet assembly according to claim 15, wherein a second lever is connected to the connecting rod, the second lever being positioned above the stand to be mounted, the second lever including a first portion and a second portion, one ends of the first portion and the second portion being respectively connected to an upper portion of the connecting rod, and rotating the upper portion of the connecting rod by the faucet moves the other ends of the first portion and the second portion respectively toward the stand to a position contacting a top surface of the stand to be mounted.
19. The faucet assembly according to claim 15, wherein a third lever is connected to an upper portion of the connecting lever, the faucet being fixedly connected to the upper portion of the connecting lever by the third lever.
20. A faucet assembly, comprising:
the base is positioned above the mounting hole of the platform to be mounted and is in contact with the top surface of the platform to be mounted, and the base is provided with an insertion hole;
the water faucet is fixedly installed above the base, and a water inlet pipe of the water faucet is accommodated in the insertion hole of the base and the installation hole of the platform to be installed;
a fastener passing through the insertion hole and the mounting hole;
a locking bar located below the mounting hole of the table to be mounted and rotatably connected to the fastener in a vertical direction such that an end of the locking bar is close to or distant from the fastener,
when the end part of the locking strip is positioned close to the fastener, the locking strip has a first maximum width in a direction parallel to the bottom surface of the table to be installed, and the first maximum width is smaller than the diameter of the installation hole; when the end part of the locking strip is located at a position far away from the fastener, the locking strip is in contact with the bottom surface of the to-be-installed table, the locking strip has a second maximum width in a direction parallel to the bottom surface of the to-be-installed table, and the second maximum width is larger than the diameter of the installation hole.
21. The faucet assembly of claim 20, wherein the locking bar is provided with a coupling member at a location of coupling with the fastener such that the locking bar is rotatable in a vertical direction relative to the fastener.
