9. The adjustable temporary expansion joint cover device according to claim 8, wherein one end of said top plate is hinged to a longitudinal plate adjacent to said fixing member.

The adjustable temporary expansion joint cover device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the cover plate is provided with an upper locking hook, the cover plate frame is provided with a lower locking hook, and the upper locking hook and the lower locking hook are used together for locking and fixing the cover plate on the cover plate frame.
