具有抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力多功能的棉/大豆蛋白/黏胶功能性色织面料是在结合家居环境中使用的家纺产品中对其纺织品进行特殊处理制备出具有抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力多功能为一体的混纺面料,被广泛运用于床上四件套、窗帘及家具用纺织品上,使其获得了抗菌、除臭及提高免疫力等功能性,具广泛的应用前景。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是针对目前市场上对功能性家纺用纺织品的需求,通过将天然抗菌植物有效成分、除臭植物有效成分及提高免疫力中草药有效成分提取并通过微胶囊包覆后制得抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力多功能的微胶囊,然后将微胶囊与棉/大豆蛋白/黏胶混纺纱结合,得到功能性抗菌除臭提高免疫力的多功能混纺色纱,并将其进行织造使其获得了高效抗菌除臭提高免疫力的功能性,适合于家居环境中抑制细菌及霉菌的繁殖、臭味的产生等,提高人们的生活环境。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种具有抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力多功能的棉/大豆蛋白/黏胶功能性色织面料的制备方法,填充了传统混纺色织产品的缺乏功能性,最终得到高效生态环保的抗菌除臭提高免疫力的混纺色纱面料。
技术方案:一种具有抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力多功能的棉/大豆蛋白/黏胶功能性色织面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、制备抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力复合微胶囊乳液:按如下重量比取复合有效成分:明胶=1:4,加入少量乳化剂和蒸馏水在温度为20-60℃下搅拌 0.5-1.5h;另取一烧杯取与明胶等量的壳聚糖加入蒸馏水中溶解,在温度为 30-60℃下搅拌0.5-1.5h,取出后用醋酸调节pH为弱酸性条件后混合搅拌 0.5-1h,加入交联剂;在冰浴下搅拌1-3h,制成抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力复合微胶囊乳液;
步骤二、采用抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力复合微胶囊乳液处理棉/大豆蛋白/黏胶混纺色纱:采用浸渍法整理:加入室温浸渍功能整理液→脱水至含水率50%取出混纺筒子纱→汽蒸烘房→射频焙烘→取出干燥混纺筒子色纱;
其中,所述的室温浸渍功能整理液包括如下组分:质量浓度为1-10%抗菌/ 除臭/提高免疫力复合微胶囊乳液,质量浓度为1-10%的AF2100的粘合剂,浸渍时间为10-30min;
步骤三、抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力功能的棉/大豆蛋白/黏胶混纺色纱的织造:经纱→整经→并轴→上浆→织造→退浆等后整理→成品。
进一步的,所述的步骤一中,复合有效成分的重量比为:抗菌提取物:除臭提取物:提高免疫力提取物=1:1-2:1-3。

进一步的,所述步骤二中,汽蒸烘房的温度为80-90℃,时间为1-3min。

本发明的技术原理是:设计具有抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力多功能的棉/大豆蛋白/黏胶功能性色织面料的制备工艺流程及各个步骤的工艺条件。包括:天然抗菌植物有效成分、除臭植物有效成分及提高免疫力中草药有效成分的微胶囊制备、混纺色纱功能制备、色纱织造工艺。最后得到高效生态环保的抗菌除臭提高免疫力的混纺色织面料。
本发明的具体操作如下:
(1)材料准备:
原材料:棉/大豆蛋白/黏胶功能性色织面料、抗菌植物(艾草、薄荷、桉树等)有效成分、除臭植物(柠檬草、芦荟)有效成分、提高免疫力中草药(当归、黄芪等)有效成分、明胶、壳聚糖、固化剂。
仪器:Color-EYE 3100型测色配色仪、TU-1901型双光束紫外可见光分光光度计、YG(B)912E型纺织品防紫外性能测试仪。
(2)具体制备:如图1中的抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力复合微胶囊制备工艺流程示意图。
步骤一、制备抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力复合微胶囊乳液:取复合有效成分(抗菌提取物:除臭提取物:提高免疫力提取物=1:(1-2):(1-3)):明胶=1:4加入少量乳化剂和蒸馏水在20-60℃搅拌0.5-1.5h,另取一烧杯加入与明胶等量的壳聚糖加入蒸馏水中溶解30-60℃下搅拌0.5-1.5h,取出后用醋酸调节pH为弱酸性条件后混合搅拌0.5-1h,加入交联剂(单宁酸);在冰浴下搅拌1-3h,制成抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力复合微胶囊乳液。
步骤二、采用抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力复合微胶囊乳液处理棉/大豆蛋白/黏胶混纺色纱:浸渍法整理:室温浸渍功能整理液(质量浓度为1-10%抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力复合微胶囊乳液,粘合剂为质量浓度为1-10%的AF2100,10-30min) →脱水至含水率50%取出混纺筒子纱→汽蒸烘房(80-90℃,1-3min)→射频焙烘(100-130℃,3-10min)→取出干燥混纺筒子色纱。
步骤三、抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力功能的棉/大豆蛋白/黏胶混纺色纱的织造:经纱→整经→并轴→上浆→织造→退浆等后整理→成品。

步骤2、采用抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力复合微胶囊乳液处理棉/大豆蛋白/黏胶混纺色纱:浸渍法整理:室温浸渍功能整理液(质量浓度为5%抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力复合微胶囊乳液,粘合剂为质量浓度为5%的AF2100,20min)→脱水至含水率50%取出混纺筒子纱→汽蒸烘房(90℃,3min)→射频焙烘(110℃,5min) →取出干燥混纺筒子色纱。
步骤3、抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力功能的棉/大豆蛋白/黏胶混纺色纱的织造:经纱→整经→并轴→上浆→织造→退浆等后整理→成品。

步骤3、抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力功能的棉/大豆蛋白/黏胶混纺色纱的织造:经纱→整经→并轴→上浆→织造→退浆等后整理→成品。

步骤3、抗菌/除臭/提高免疫力功能的棉/大豆蛋白/黏胶混纺色纱的织造:经纱→整经→并轴→上浆→织造→退浆等后整理→成品。
