Description

Acrylate modified rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive, adhesive tape and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pressure-sensitive adhesives, in particular to an acrylate modified rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive, an adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The rubber has very high relative molecular mass and has the ability to crystallize under strain, so that it has excellent cohesive strength and permanent adhesion properties. The long-chain structure of the rubber molecule endows the rubber molecule with good elasticity under low-temperature conditions. The rubber has no polar group, has good compatibility with non-polar tackifying resin, and is prepared into the rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive. The rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive has extremely low surface energy, so that the rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive has good wettability to an adherend, good initial adhesion, high cohesive strength and strong adhesive property. However, the adhesion of rubber pressure-sensitive adhesives to commonly used substrates such as PET is very poor, and a layer of primer is usually coated first, which results in increased cost and reduced efficiency. The aging resistance of the rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive is also poor. In order to solve the problems, the invention uses the acrylate modified rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive to enhance the adhesion to the base material and the aging resistance.
Disclosure of Invention
