A pulley 400 is fixed at the wellhead of the wellbore 500, a hanger line 300 extends from the drawworks 200 and is fixed at the wellhead by the pulley 400, and a tool string is suspended at the end of the hanger line 300 and extends into the wellbore 500.
A messenger line 300 between the drawworks 200 and the wellbore 500 is secured in the messenger line fixture 100.
In an implementation, the suspension line fixing devices 100 are multiple, and the multiple suspension line fixing devices 100 are distributed at intervals along the direction from the winch 200 to the well bore 500.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 6, the suspension rope 300 in the solid line portion is a currently used suspension rope 300 fixing manner, that is, after the suspension rope 300 is extended from the winch 200, the suspension rope is directly fixed at the wellhead position through the pulley 400, and the end portion of the suspension rope is extended from the wellhead, the suspension rope 300 broken in the suspension manner is prone to swing to a large extent, so that an operator is injured.
The suspension rope 300 in the dotted line portion in the figure is a fixing manner of the suspension rope 300 in this embodiment, when the position of the wellhead is higher, the pulley 400 can be used to adjust the height of the suspension rope 300, that is, the pulley 400 is simultaneously disposed at the position of the wellhead and the position below the wellhead (that is, the position close to the root of the christmas tree), and the suspension rope 300 is ensured to be located at the same vertical height as the roller of the winch 200 after being pulled by the pulley 400. The suspension line 300 extends from the drawworks 200, through the suspension line fixture 100, and then through the pulley 400 into the wellbore 500.
After the suspension rope 300 is broken, the suspension rope fixing device 100 is arranged between the winch 200 and the shaft 500, so that the broken suspension rope 300 is limited by the suspension rope fixing device 100, the swing amplitude is low, and the operator cannot be injured.
It should be noted that the present embodiment is not limited to the number of the suspension line securement devices 100 between the drawworks 200 and the wellbore 500, nor to the illustration.
Other technical features are the same as those in the first and second embodiments, and the same technical effects as those in the first and second embodiments can be obtained.

Claims (10)

1. A suspension rope fixing device is characterized by comprising a supporting part and a limiting part;
the supporting part comprises a supporting part with adjustable height and a supporting end positioned at the end part of the supporting part, the limiting part is arranged at the supporting end, and the supporting part is used for adjusting the height of the limiting part at the supporting end;
the limiting part comprises a limiting frame and a displacement part arranged in the limiting frame, a limiting area is formed in the limiting frame, the suspension rope penetrates through the limiting frame along a first direction, the displacement part reciprocates in the limiting area along a second direction, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction, and the suspension rope in the limiting frame is arranged on the moving part.
2. The suspension cord securement device of claim 1 wherein said support portion includes a seat, said support member being disposed on said seat;
the supporting seat comprises at least three supporting legs, and the supporting legs are distributed along the axis of the supporting seat in a centrosymmetric manner.

The suspension rope fixing device according to claim 2, wherein the supporting seat further comprises a mounting groove and a fixing member, the supporting member is disposed in the mounting groove, a fixing through hole penetrating through the fixing member is formed in a wall of the mounting groove, and at least one fixing portion is disposed on an outer wall of the supporting member;
the fixing piece penetrates through the fixing through hole and is fixed on the fixing portion.

The suspension rope fixing device according to claim 2, wherein the supporting member comprises at least two supporting sections and a fixing buckle, the supporting sections are sequentially sleeved with the fixing buckle, a through hole is formed in the side wall of each supporting section, and the fixing buckle sequentially penetrates through the through holes of two adjacent supporting sections.

The suspension rope fixing device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a slide way extending along the second direction is provided on an inner wall of the position-limiting frame, and the displacement member comprises a clamping member, a sliding member and a connecting member connected between the clamping member and the sliding member;
the suspension rope is fixed in the clamping piece, and the sliding piece is positioned in the slideway and slides in the slideway in a reciprocating manner along the second direction so as to drive the suspension rope to slide in the limiting area in a reciprocating manner along the second direction;
the connecting piece extends from the side wall of the limiting frame to the central area in the limiting frame, so that the clamping piece is located in the position, close to the central area, in the limiting frame.

The suspension cord fixation device of claim 5, further comprising a protective sleeve clamped in the clamp, the protective sleeve having a hollow interior, the protective sleeve further having an insertion opening on an outer wall thereof, the suspension cord being inserted into the hollow interior through the insertion opening to secure the suspension cord in the clamp.
7. The suspension cord fixing device according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of fixing portions are provided on an outer wall of the support member, and the plurality of fixing portions are spaced apart in an extending direction of the support member.
8. A suspension cord securement device as claimed in claim 6, wherein said protective sleeve is an elastically deformable sleeve.
9. A wellhead suspension device for suspending a tool string, comprising: a winch, a suspension line, a sheave and at least one suspension line securing device according to any one of claims 1-8;
the pulley is fixed at a wellhead of a shaft, the suspension rope extends out of the winch and is fixed at the wellhead through the pulley, and the tool string is suspended at the end part of the suspension rope and extends into the shaft;
the suspension line between the drawworks and the wellbore is secured in the suspension line securement.
10. The wellhead suspension device according to claim 9, wherein there are a plurality of the suspension line securing devices spaced apart in a direction from the drawworks to the wellbore.
