The upper surface of the arc-shaped protrusion 2111 is fixedly provided with a first rubber layer 21110;
a rubber layer II 2121 is fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the extrusion rod 212; the rubber layer one 21110 and the rubber layer two 2121 play a role of buffering the impact of the arc-shaped protrusion 2111 and the extrusion stem 212.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 3, the damping cylinder assembly 22 includes a damping cylinder 221, a piston rod 222, a piston head 223 and a return spring 224, the damping cylinder 221 is hollow and cylindrical, the upper portion of the damping cylinder 221 is open, the bottom end of the damping cylinder 221 is sealed, a damping chamber 2210 is disposed in the damping cylinder 221, the piston rod 222 is disposed in the damping chamber 2210, the piston rod 222 is disposed in the damping chamber 222, the piston rod 222 is round, the bottom of the piston rod 222 is fixedly connected with the middle position of the upper portion of the piston head 223, the piston head 223 is round, the piston head 223 is disposed in the damping chamber 2210, the bottom of the piston head 223 is fixedly connected with the return spring 224, the return springs 224 are symmetrically fixed at the bottom of the piston head 223, one end of the return spring 224 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the piston head 223, the other end of the return spring 224 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the damping cylinder 221, and one side of the bottom of the damping cylinder 221 is provided with a damping cylinder outlet 2211; the piston head 223 is made of rubber, a piston hole 223 is formed in one side of the bottom of the piston head 223, and a one-way air valve 2231 is fixed in the piston hole 223; as the piston rod 222 moves up and down in the buffer cylinder 221, the external air is continuously compressed and released under the action of the piston rod 222, when the piston rod 222 moves up, the air enters the area below the piston head 223 of the buffer cylinder through the one-way air valve 2231, when the piston rod 222 moves up, the air which has entered the area below the piston head 223 is compressed, and in the process, when the piston head 223 moves up or down, the return spring 224 is stretched or compressed, when the external bumping force still exists, the stretched return spring can assist the piston rod 222 to pull the piston head 223, and when the external bumping force disappears, the stretched return spring can slowly and continuously pull the piston head 223 to move down or up, so that the time for compressing or releasing the air is prolonged.
Please refer to fig. 2, the exhaust assembly 23 includes an exhaust pipe 231, an exhaust hole 232 and an exhaust valve 233, the exhaust pipe 232 is a rectangular hollow tubular structure, one end of the exhaust pipe 231 is correspondingly connected to the buffer cylinder outlet 2211, the other end of the exhaust pipe 231 is connected to the buffer cavity 2210 on the other side, the buffer cavity 2210 is disposed on two sides to buffer and generate gas when receiving external force, and simultaneously the buffer and gas generation efficiency is improved, the upper part of the exhaust pipe 231 is closely and fixedly connected to the bottom of the placing disk assembly 3, the upper part of the exhaust pipe 231 is uniformly penetrated with exhaust pipe holes 2311, the number of the exhaust pipe holes 2311 is several, the exhaust pipe holes 2311 simultaneously penetrate through the bottom wall of the placing disk assembly 3 and the upper wall of the exhaust pipe 231, the exhaust valve 233 is fixedly disposed in the exhaust pipe holes 2311, and the exhaust valve 233 is a one-way valve. When the gas in the buffer cavity 2210 is compressed into the gas discharge pipe 231, the gas discharge valve 233 is opened, thereby allowing the compressed gas to enter the placing tank 31, and when the external gas enters the buffer cavity 2210 through the one-way gas valve 2231, the gas discharge valve 233 is closed.
Please refer to fig. 1, 4, 5, the placing tray assembly 3 includes a placing box 31, a bottom placing tray 32, a middle placing tray 33, an upper placing tray 34 and a motor 35, the bottom placing tray 32, the middle placing tray 33 and the upper placing tray 34 are sequentially arranged in the placing box 31, the bottom placing tray 32, the middle placing tray 33 and the upper placing tray 34 are detachably connected from bottom to top, the bottom placing tray 32, the middle placing tray 33 and the upper placing tray 34 are arranged in multiple layers from top to bottom for improving the shellfish storing rate and improving the shellfish storing space, while preventing shellfish from being bundled, the motor 35 is arranged at the bottom plate of the placing box 31, the motor 35 drives the bottom placing tray 32 to rotate, the middle placing tray 33 is detachably arranged on the bottom placing tray 32, the upper placing tray 34 is detachably arranged on the middle placing tray 33, the motor 35 sequentially drives the middle placing tray 33 and the upper placing tray 34 to rotate through the bottom placing tray 32, the middle placing tray 33, the upper placing tray 34, An escape gap 36 is formed between the upper edge of the upper placing plate 34 and the inner wall of the placing box 31; the escape gap 36 serves as a space for the shellfish to float.
The preferred motor 35 drives the transmission wheel 351 to rotate through a belt, the transmission wheel 351 is connected with the rotating shaft 352, the rotating shaft 352 penetrates through the bottom of the placing box 31 through a bearing, and the upper end of the rotating shaft 352 is fixedly connected with the middle position of the bottom placing tray 32. The motor 35 is used for driving the bottom placing tray 32 to rotate, and further driving the bottom placing tray 32, the middle placing tray 33 and the upper placing tray 34 to rotate, so that different positions of the bottom placing tray 32, the middle placing tray 33 and the upper placing tray 34 can be impacted by the upward escaping gas which is tapped by the exhaust valve 233.
The placing box 31 is cylindrical, the upper part of the placing box 31 is open, one side wall of the buffer cylinder 221 is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the placing box 31, and the placing box 31 is filled with water and used for providing a proper environment for the shellfish.
The bottom placing tray 32 comprises a bottom tray 321, a bottom baffle 322 and a bottom rod 323, the bottom tray 321 is a disc net structure, the net structure is convenient for shellfish at different positions on the bottom tray 321 to contact gas overflowing from bottom to top, the cross section of the bottom tray 321 is in the shape of ︶, so that the area of the bottom tray 321 is convenient to increase, and more shellfish can be placed on the bottom tray 321, the diameter of the upper end of the bottom tray 321 is larger than that of the bottom end of the bottom tray 321, the diameter of the upper end of the bottom tray 321 is slightly smaller than that of the placing box 31, the bottom baffle 322 is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom tray 321, the bottom baffle 322 surrounds the inner wall of the bottom tray 321 for a circle, the bottom baffle 322 is obliquely fixed with the inner wall of the bottom tray 321, the number of the bottom baffles 322 is several and is arranged from bottom to top, the bottom baffle 322 prevents the shellfish from sliding when the shellfish is placed on the bottom tray 321, a bottom plate 3211 is fixed at the middle position of the bottom tray 321, the bottom plate 3211 is in the shape of the bottom plate, the bottom rod 323 is vertically fixed, the bottom rod 323 is in a round rod shape, the middle part of the bottom rod 323 is provided with a first channel 3231 in a penetrating way, two sides of the bottom rod 323 are provided with a first water passing hole 3232, the first water passing holes 3232 are in a round hole shape and are a plurality of, the first water passing holes 3232 are uniformly distributed on the bottom rod 323, the first channel 3231 is communicated with the outside through the first water passing holes 3232, the upper part of the bottom rod 323 is provided with a threaded part 3233 of the bottom rod, on one hand, the first channel 3231 in the bottom rod 323 is used as a drainage channel of the water supply component 4, so that the water supply assembly 4 flows into the placing tank 31 through the water passing hole 3232, and on the other hand, the bottom bar 323 can function as an outer middle bar 333 connected to the upper portion thereof, and the outer middle bar 333 is detachably connected to the bottom bar 323, so that the middle placing tray 33 and the upper placing tray 34 can be installed as required, meanwhile, the channels of the middle placing disc 33 and the upper placing disc 34 are communicated with the channel I3231 to form an integral channel for the water supply assembly 4 to drain water into the placing box 31.
The middle placing plate 33 comprises a middle plate 331, a middle baffle 332, an outer middle rod 333 and an inner middle rod 334, the middle plate 331 is of a plate-shaped net structure, the cross section of the middle plate is ︶', the diameter of the upper end of the middle plate 331 is larger than that of the bottom end of the middle plate 331, the diameter of the upper end of the middle plate 331 is smaller than that of the upper end of the bottom plate 321, the diameter of the middle plate 331 is smaller than that of the bottom plate 321, only in this way, the shellfish meat of dead shellfish on the bottom plate can freely float upwards through the middle plate 331 under the action of escaping gas, the middle baffle 332 is arranged on the inner wall of the middle plate 331, the middle baffle 332 surrounds the middle plate 331 for a circle, the middle baffle 332 is obliquely fixed with the inner wall of the middle plate 331, the number of the middle baffles 332 is several and is arranged from bottom to top, the middle plate 3311 is fixed at the middle position at the bottom of the middle plate 331, the middle plate 3311 is of a circular plate shape, the outer middle rod 333 is vertically fixed at the outer middle rod 3311, the inner rod 334 is vertically fixed at the middle rod 3311, the central axis of the outer middle rod 333 is coincident with the inner rod 334, the middle plate 3311 is provided with a middle plate hole 33111, the outer middle rod 333 is connected with the inner middle rod 334 through the middle plate hole 33111, and the middle plate hole 33111 is used as a transition passage for facilitating the communication of the inner passages of the outer middle rod 333 and the inner middle rod 334.
The outer middle rod 333 is in a round rod shape, the middle of the outer middle rod 333 is provided with a second channel 3331 in a penetrating mode, the bottom of the outer middle rod 333 is provided with a spiral groove 3332, the spiral groove 3332 is communicated with the second channel 3331, an outer middle rod internal thread 33321 is arranged in the spiral groove 3332, the upper portion of the bottom rod 323 is arranged in the spiral groove 3332 in a matching mode, and a bottom rod thread portion 3233 is arranged in a matching mode with the outer middle rod internal thread 33321; the spiral groove 3332 serves as a medium for communicating the third and second passages 3341 and 3331 through which water flows, and the spiral groove 3332 also serves to detachably connect the outer middle rod 333 and the bottom rod 323.
The inner middle rod 334 is a hollow tubular structure, the middle part of the inner middle rod 334 is provided with a third channel 3341 in a penetrating way, the third channel 3341 is communicated with a second channel 3331 through a middle plate hole 33111, and the upper part of the inner middle rod 334 is provided with inner middle rod threads 3342; the inner middle rod 334 serves to connect the outer upper rod 343, and the inner middle rod 334 serves as a water passage to connect the passage four 3430 and the passage three 3341.
The upper placing plate 34 comprises an upper plate 341, an upper baffle 342, an outer upper rod 343 and an inner upper rod 344, the upper plate 341 is a disk net structure, the cross section of the upper plate 341 is ︶', the diameter of the upper end of the upper plate 341 is larger than the diameter of the bottom end of the upper plate 341, the diameter of the upper end of the upper plate 341 is smaller than the diameter of the upper end of the middle plate 331, on the same hand, the meat of dead shellfish of the middle plate 331 can directly float upwards, on the other hand, only the only one arrangement that the diameters are gradually decreased is needed, so that the edge of the upper plate 341, the edge of the middle plate 331 and the edge of the bottom plate 321 can jointly form an escape gap 36 with the edge of the inner wall of the placing box 31, the inner wall of the upper plate 341 is provided with the upper baffle 342, the upper baffle 342 surrounds the inner wall of the upper plate 341 for a circle, the upper baffle 342 is obliquely fixed with the inner wall of the upper plate 341, the number of the upper baffles 342 is several and arranged from bottom to top, the middle position of the upper plate 341 fixes the upper plate 3421 at the bottom of the upper plate 3421, the upper plate is in a circular plate shape, the middle position of the outer of the upper plate 3421 is vertically fixed with the outer upper rod 343, the inner upper rod 344 is vertically fixed at the middle position in the upper plate 3421, the outer upper rod 343 and the inner upper rod 344 are both in the shape of a round rod, the central axes of the outer upper rod 343 and the inner upper rod 344 coincide with each other, an upper plate hole 34211 is formed in the upper plate 3421, and the outer upper rod 343 and the inner upper rod 344 are connected through the upper plate hole 34211;
the outer upper rod 343 is a round rod, the middle part of the outer upper rod 343 is provided with a channel IV 3430 in a penetrating way, the bottom of the outer upper rod 343 is provided with an upper rod spiral groove 3431, the upper rod spiral groove 3431 is communicated with the channel IV 3430, an upper rod thread 34311 is arranged in the upper rod spiral groove 3431, the upper part of the inner middle rod 334 is arranged in the upper rod spiral groove 3431 in a matching way, and the inner middle rod thread 3342 is arranged in a matching way with the upper rod thread 34311;
the inner upper rod 344 is a round rod, a fifth channel 3441 is formed in the middle of the inner upper rod 344 in a penetrating mode, the fifth channel 3441 is communicated with the fourth channel 3430 through an upper plate hole 34211, and inner upper rod threads 3442 are arranged at the upper portion of the inner upper rod 344;
the inner upper rod 344 is provided with an aspect that a complete water flow channel is formed between the five 3441 and four 3430 channels and between the three 3341, two 3331 and one 3231 channels, so that the first water supply tank 41 and the second water supply tank 42 can be drained from top to bottom through the drainage pipe 45; in the other side, the upper rod 344 serves to connect the drain pipe 45.
The water supply assembly 4 comprises a first water supply tank 41, a second water supply tank 42, a first water pump 43, a second water pump 44, a drain pipe 45, a first valve 46 and a drain joint 47, wherein the drain pipe 45 is detachably connected with the inner upper rod 344 through the drain joint 47, the first valve 46 is arranged on the drain pipe 45, the first valve 46 is used for controlling the discharge of water flow, the first water supply tank 41 is fixedly arranged on one side of the upper part of the drain pipe 45, the first water supply tank 41 and the second water supply tank 42 are symmetrically arranged, and the second water supply tank 42 is fixedly arranged on the other side of the upper part of the drain pipe 45; the first water supply tank 41 sucks water into a drain pipe 45 through a first water pump 43, and the second water supply tank 42 sucks water into the drain pipe 45 through a second water pump 44;
the drain pipe 45 is a hollow tubular structure, the bottom of the drain pipe 45 is fixedly connected with a drain joint 47,
the water drainage connector 47 comprises a connector 471 and a connector groove 472, the connector 471 is of a three-dimensional columnar structure, the connector groove 472 is arranged at the bottom of the connector 471, the connector groove 472 is hollow cylindrical, the water drainage pipe 45 extends into the connector groove 472, the upper end of the connector groove 472 is communicated with an outlet at the bottom of the water drainage pipe 45, connector groove internal threads 4721 are arranged on the inner wall of the connector groove 472, and the connector groove internal threads 4721 are matched with the inner upper rod threads 3442.
The bottom of the placing box 31 is provided with a sewage discharge pipe 310, the sewage discharge pipe 310 sequentially penetrates through the bottom wall of the placing box 31, the frame plate 15, the cushion block 14 and the frame block 13, and the sewage discharge pipe 310 is provided with a second valve 3101. Thus, when the placing disc assembly 3 is placed separately, the sewage in the placing box 31 can be directly discharged to the outside of the wheel carrier 1.
As shown in fig. 6, before preparing for long-distance transportation, the wheel fixing plate 16 is placed on the transportation vehicle C and fixed, and then the wheel 11 is placed on the wheel fixing plate 16;
then, the bottom placing tray 32, the middle placing tray 33 and the upper placing tray 34 are installed to be sequentially stacked together from bottom to top; shellfish such as pearl shell are placed on the bottom placing tray 32, the middle placing tray 33 and the upper placing tray 34, wherein the bottom baffle 322, the middle baffle 332 and the upper baffle 342 avoid the shellfish from moving downwards, so that the shellfish can be uniformly distributed on the bottom placing tray 32, the middle placing tray 33 and the upper placing tray 34;
then, the second valve 3101 is closed, the first valve 46 is opened, the water stored in the first water supply tank 41 and the second water supply tank 42 is pumped into the drain pipe 45 through the first water pump 43 and the second water pump 44, and is discharged into the placing tank 31 through the drain pipe 45, so that the water level is over the upper end surface of the upper placing tray 34;
in the transportation process, when the transport cart C jolts up and down, the extrusion rod 212 moves up and down in the collision cylinder 211 to drive the piston rod 222 to move up and down, the outside air is continuously compressed and enters the exhaust pipe 231 and is exhausted into the placing box 31 through the exhaust valve 233 along with the up and down movement of the piston rod 222, the air sequentially passes through gaps among the shellfish placed on the bottom placing tray 32, the middle placing tray 33 and the upper placing tray 34 from bottom to top in a bubble form, on the one hand, the gas contained in the water is enough to improve the living environment of the shellfish in transportation, and on the other hand, if the shellfish placed on the transportation bottom placing tray 32, the middle placing tray 33 and the upper placing tray 34 in transportation process is dead in bumping, the shellfish meat of the dead shellfish continuously escapes from the shells under the action of the bubbles moving from bottom to top and floats upwards in the area of the escape gap 36;
after the shellfish arrives at the destination, the wheels 11 are separated from the wheel fixing plates 16, the buffer gas making assembly 2, the placing disc assembly 3 and the water supply assembly 4 are pushed to proper positions, then the shellfish is temporarily stored, when the shellfish needs to be processed, the valve II 3101 can be opened to discharge sewage in the placing box 31, then the shellfish can be taken out layer by layer, and the bottom placing disc 32, the middle placing disc 33 and the upper placing disc 34 are sequentially detached.
