A cutting device for processing a brake pad comprises a U-shaped water storage tank (1), and is characterized in that the outer wall of one side of the U-shaped water storage tank (1) is fixedly connected with a water tank (2) through a screw; the outer wall of one side of the water tank (2) is fixedly connected with a bottom plate (15) through screws; the inner walls of the two sides of the bottom plate (15) are provided with filtering holes (11); the outer wall of the top end of the bottom plate (15) is fixedly connected with an installation table (10) through screws; the outer wall of the top end of the U-shaped water storage tank (1) is fixedly connected with a support rod (3) through a screw; the outer wall of the top end of the support rod (3) is fixedly connected with a heat-conducting plate (4) through a screw; the outer wall of the bottom end of the heat conducting plate (4) is connected with a cutting electric push rod (19) through a bolt; the outer wall of one side of an output shaft of the cutting electric push rod (19) is connected with a cutting base (20) through a bolt; the inner wall of one side of the cutting base (20) is connected with a cutting motor (25) through a bolt; the outer wall of one side of an output shaft of the cutting motor (25) is connected with a fixed turntable (23) through a coupler; the outer wall of the periphery of the fixed turntable (23) is fixedly connected with a cutting grinding wheel (22); the U-shaped water storage tank (1) is internally provided with a control unit.

The cutting device for processing the brake pad is characterized in that a bearing block (14) and a fixing block (17) are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the top end of the mounting table (10) through screws; the inner wall of one side of the bearing block (14) is rotationally connected with a threaded rod (13); a rotating handle (12) is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the threaded rod (13); the outer wall of the other side of the threaded rod (13) is fixedly connected with a limiting block (16) through a screw; the outer wall of the bottom end of the limiting block (16) is connected to the outer wall of the top end of the mounting table (10) in a sliding mode.

The cutting device for processing the brake pad as claimed in claim 2, wherein the outer wall of the bottom end of the heat conducting plate (4) is connected with two liquid level electric push rods (5) through bolts; the outer wall of one side of an output shaft of the liquid level electric push rod (5) is fixedly connected with a liquid level push plate (6) through a screw; the liquid level push plate (6) is positioned inside the U-shaped water storage tank (1); sealing gaskets (7) are arranged around the liquid level push plate (6); a water outlet (18) is formed in the inner wall of one side of the U-shaped water storage tank (1); the liquid level electric push rod (5) is electrically connected with the internal control unit.

The cutting device for processing the brake pad as claimed in claim 3, wherein the inner walls of the two sides of the U-shaped water storage tank (1) are processed with through grooves (26); a sliding block (27) is connected to the inner wall of one side of the through groove (26) in a sliding manner; the outer wall of one side of the sliding block (27) is fixedly connected with a fixed rod (21) through a screw; the outer wall of one side of the fixed rod (21) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of one side of the cutting base (20) through screws.

The cutting device for processing the brake pad as claimed in claim 4, wherein the outer wall of the bottom end of the heat conducting plate (4) is fixedly connected with four arc-shaped heat conducting plates (8) through screws; the outer wall of the bottom end of the arc heat transfer plate (8) is connected with a heat dissipation plate (9) through screws.
6. The cutting device for processing the brake pad as claimed in claim 5, wherein a fan (24) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the heat dissipation plate (9) through a screw; the fan (24) is electrically connected with the internal control unit.

The cutting device for processing the brake pad as claimed in claim 6, wherein a vibration sensor (28) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the fixing block (17) through a screw; a spring (31) is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the U-shaped water storage tank (1); a connecting rod (30) is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the spring (31); the outer wall of one side of the connecting rod (30) is fixedly connected with a friction block (29) through a screw; a limiting electromagnetic block (32) is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the connecting rod (30); an electrode (33) is arranged above the limiting electromagnetic block (32); the electrode (33) and the vibration sensor (28) are electrically connected with the internal control unit.
