the deformed steel bar 5 enters from the front end of the rolling mill and is rolled and formed by a roller pair, wherein the roller pair rolls the steel bar into a transverse rib and a longitudinal rib, and the deformed steel bar 5 rolled by the roller is transmitted and output to the subsequent process after passing through the torsion detection device 3; in the rolling process, the water tank 4 continuously provides cooling water for the cooling water spray heads, and the cooling water spray heads spray water to the roller for cooling.
Under the normal no-torsion condition of the deformed steel bar 5, the horizontal heights of the two longitudinal ribs are kept consistent, the detection wheels 31 clamped at the upper end and the lower end of the deformed steel bar 5 are also in a vertical undeflected state, the detection pull rod 32 in the state is in the middle position of up-down balance, the opening degrees of the water inlet valve 43 and the water outlet valve 44 in the water tank 4 are consistent, namely the water flow rates of the water inlet 41 and the water outlet 42 are consistent.

The invention uses the cooling water system equipped by the existing rolling mill to associate the torsion detection device 3 for detecting the tiny deflection caused by the torsion of the deformed steel bar 5 with the water inlet valve 43 and the water outlet valve 44 of the water tank 4; as long as the deformed steel bar 5 is twisted, no matter the twisted steel bar is severe or slight, the water inlet valve 43 and the water outlet valve 44 generate flow speed differences with corresponding sizes, and the pressure variation in the water tank 4 is gradually increased along with the accumulation of time, and when the pressure variation is large to a certain degree, the push rod 24 can be driven to move, so that the angle of the roller is corrected.
