The working process is as follows: electrical appliances are all external power supplies, parts to be sprayed are placed on the upper side of a material conveying disc 8 at the upper end of a workbench 2, a support frame 9 can support the parts, a material conveying roller 7 conveys the parts to the front side of a spraying chamber 3, when the parts are in place, the power supply of a material conveying cylinder 10 is triggered, the material conveying cylinder 10 operates to open a spraying chamber door 11, a double-output-shaft motor 408 of a spraying mechanism 4 operates to drive a blanking shifting fork 410 to move to the lower side of the parts in parallel, the blanking shifting fork 410 conveys the parts to the upper side of a lower clamping rod 509 of a clamping mechanism 5 under the matched operation of a first rotating arm 403 and a second rotating arm 407, the clamping cylinder 504 operates to push a clamping plate 505 to rotate around a rotating center, the left end of the clamping plate 505 moves downwards to drive a threaded ball rod 506 to move downwards, the threaded ball rod 506 pushes the clamping ball seat 508 to be in contact with the surface of the parts, so that the parts are fixed on the inner side of the clamping mechanism 5, the operation of the first motor 402, the second motor 404, the third motor 406 and the dual output shaft motor 408 of the spraying mechanism 4 can be controlled by the control panel 13, so that the spray head is aligned with the position of the part to be sprayed, the part is sprayed, the lower end of the spray head fixing seat 413 is fixedly connected with four spray heads with different specifications, such as a first spray head 414, a second spray head 415, a third spray head 416 and a fourth spray head 417, in sequence along the clockwise direction, when the area to be sprayed is large, the first spray head 414 can be used for spraying, when the area to be sprayed is small, the spray head conversion motor 412 is turned on by the control panel 13, the spray head conversion motor 412 operates to drive the spray head fixing seat 413 to rotate, so that the working spray head is switched to the spray head with a smaller spraying range, thereby being convenient for meeting various spraying requirements, a large amount of paint mist can be generated in the spraying process, the axial flow fan 606 of the defogging mechanism 6 operates to suck the paint mist in the spraying chamber 3 through the suction head 601, the paint mist is filtered by the diaphragm 604, the paint is attached to the surface of the diaphragm 604, and after the paint is condensed into larger particles, the paint flows downstream from the lower end of the filter plate 603 and flows down to the inside of the collecting tank 602, so that the paint mist can be effectively inhibited from being generated in the spraying process, and the spraying effect is improved.
