Abstract

The mixed type feed additive production device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drying unit comprises a gas storage chamber (13) provided on the inner wall of the mixing chamber (5) and having a hollow shape, the cross section of the gas storage chamber (13) is annular, a plurality of air holes (12) communicated with the gas storage chamber (13) are provided on at least two opposite inner walls of the storage chamber (14) of the mixing chamber (5), an air inlet (6) communicated with the gas storage chamber (13) is provided on the outer wall of the mixing chamber (5), the air inlet (6) is communicated with an external steam generating device through a mounting pipeline, the external steam generating device generates steam, the steam is conveyed into the gas storage chamber (13) through the air inlet (6), and is dissipated into the storage chamber (14) through the air holes (12) to heat and dry the feed additive raw material.
7. The apparatus for producing a mixed type feed additive as set forth in claim 1, wherein the leg (17) is provided with a shock-absorbing unit for absorbing shock generated during the mixing process of the mixing chamber (5).

The production device of the mixed type feed additive according to claim 7, wherein the damping unit comprises a damping seat (15) arranged at the bottom of the mixing bin (5), the damping seat (15) is provided with a connecting rod (16) which is slidably matched with the bottom of the damping seat and penetrates out of the bottom of the damping seat, the supporting leg (17) is fixedly connected with the lower end of the connecting rod (16), the upper end of the connecting rod (16) penetrates into the damping seat (15) and is fixedly connected with a limiting block (18), correspondingly, the damping seat (15) is provided with a clamping groove (20) which is used for clamping the limiting block (18) and can vertically and freely slide, and the clamping groove (20) is provided with an elastic piece which is used for abutting against the limiting block (18) and driving the limiting block (18).
9. The production device of the mixed type feed additive as claimed in claim 8, wherein the elastic member is a damping spring (19) vertically installed in the slot (20), and both ends of the damping spring (19) in the elastic direction respectively abut against the inner top walls of the limit block (18) and the slot (20).
