The clear functional tracheostomy tube according to claim 1, characterized in that said balloon (200) comprises an inner balloon (210) and an outer balloon (220), the outer balloon covering the outside of the inner balloon, the inner balloon being capable of being inflated and aspirated, a buffer being provided between the inner and outer balloons, the amount of buffer being adjustable.
3. The clear functional tracheostomy tube of claim 2 wherein said inner cuff is in communication with an inflation needle (410) which is capable of inflating and deflating the inner cuff.
4. The clear tracheostomy tube of claim 3 wherein said distal end of said tube body is further provided with a fluid filling needle (420) capable of filling and relieving fluid into the space between the inner and outer balloons.
