The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention will be understood in specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a olecranon type tracheotomy and stretching integrated clamp, wherein the tip end of a jaw 2 is extremely sharp, skin, subcutaneous tissue or trachea can be punctured, then soft tissue is cut through a cutting edge 4, the ventilation quantity is increased, then fingers penetrate through a clamping ring 12, a clamp handle 11 is held, the integrated clamp is closed, the jaw 2 can be opened, the tracheotomy can be stretched, and the clamp is buckled on a tooth socket through a supporting rod 13. The olecranon type tracheotomy and distraction integrated clamp is simple in structure and convenient to use, and can completely complete tracheotomy operation by one person under the condition of insufficient personnel.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the invention discloses an olecranon type tracheotomy and spreader integrated clamp, which comprises a clamp body 1 and a clamp body 3, wherein the clamp body 1 and the clamp body are rotationally connected through a clamp shaft 9, the clamp body consists of a clamp jaw 2, a clamp body 10 and a clamp handle 11, and the three parts are of an integrated structure. The arc-shaped inner side of the jaw 2 is provided with a sharp cutting edge 4, scales 5 are marked from the tip of the jaw 2 to the side face of the jaw body 10, the jaw 2 and the jaw body 10 are in a horizontal state, a certain obtuse angle is formed between the jaw handle 11 and the jaw body 10, and the tail end of the jaw handle 11 is provided with a circular clamping ring 12.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the integrated pliers jaw 2 of the invention is of a olecranon-shaped arc design, the tip of the jaw 2 is sharp, and the jaw 2 on the first pliers body is upward and the jaw 2 on the second pliers body is downward. When the integrated pliers are closed, the section of the jaw 2 gradually narrows from bottom to top until the jaw 2 on the pliers body 1 is a sharp cutting edge, and the jaw 2 is in a symmetrical obtuse triangle shape when seen from top to bottom. The integrated pliers are placed horizontally and the jaw 2 is shaped like a crescent when seen from the front. Thus, the skin, subcutaneous soft tissues and the trachea can be easily and quickly pierced, other sharp equipment is not needed to be found for operation, and the operation time can be greatly prolonged.
One side in the arc of the jaw 2 on the first clamp body is a sharp cutting edge 4, one side in the arc of the jaw 2 on the second clamp body is an arc surface, and the arc surface is as large as the arc bottom surface of the jaw 2 on the first clamp body. The cutting edge 4 can cut soft tissue and enlarge the incision to increase ventilation. When an emergency is encountered, a larger incision can be made with the cutting edge 4 and the jaws 2 are in a closed state.
Scales 5 are marked on the tip of the jaw 2 of the integrated pliers to the side face of the pliers body 10, and the scales 5 represent the length of the cross section area from the tip of the integrated pliers to the position of the pliers shaft 9, and are not the sum of the arc length of the jaw 2 and the length of the pliers body 10. The reason for this is that the scale 5 clearly indicates the penetration depth of the integrated clamp when we are using the integrated clamp, and this value should be expressed in the vertical direction from the tip of the integrated clamp, so that too shallow or too deep penetration by non-professional persons can be prevented, the tracheotomy depth is precisely controlled, and the safety of tracheotomy is improved.
The right end of the jaw 2 of the integrated pliers is connected with the pliers body 10, is integrally formed with the pliers body 10 and is consistent with the pliers body 10 in horizontal direction, and at the right end of the pliers body 10, the first pliers body 1 and the second pliers body 3 are rotatably connected through a pliers shaft 9. When the integrated pliers are required to be spread, the pliers handles 11 are closed up and down, the pliers body 10 and the pliers jaws 2 can be spread at a certain angle, soft tissues can be spread, and at the moment, the trachea can be inserted into the spread part. When the integrated clamp is used, other opening devices do not need to be replaced, the operation can be directly performed, and a large amount of operation time is saved.
The integrated pliers are characterized in that a supporting rod 13 is arranged on a pliers handle 11 of a pliers body I1, one end of the supporting rod 13 is fixed on the pliers handle 11 of the pliers body I1, the other end of the supporting rod 13 is fixed on the pliers handle 11 of a pliers body II 3, the supporting rod is fixed on the pliers handle 11 of the pliers body II 3 and can slide, and tooth grooves are formed in the pliers handle 11. When the integrated pliers jaw 2 needs to be spread, one sliding end of the supporting rod 13 is buckled on the tooth slot, so that the spread opening of the integrated pliers can be fixed. Therefore, in the operation process, the hand only needs to hold the integrated clamp, and the hand does not need to support the integrated clamp again, so that the operation is convenient.
The body 10 of the integrated pliers forms a certain obtuse angle with the handles 11, and when the jaw 2 is closed, a certain acute angle is formed between the two handles 11 of the integrated pliers. A circular-ended gripping ring 12, the gripping ring 12 having a diameter sized to at least allow the thumb of an adult to pass therethrough, approximately 3cm or so. When the jaw 2 needs to be opened, fingers pass through the clamping ring 12, the included angle between the two clamp handles 11 is smaller and smaller, the opening caliber of the jaw 2 is larger and larger, and when no included angle exists between the two clamp handles 11, the opening caliber of the jaw 2 is the largest.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, an embodiment of the olecranon-type tracheotomy and stretching integrated clamp is presented, a wounded is supine, the wounded is not required to lean back, the skin surface 7 of the neck is touched to the position of the trachea 8, the tip of the jaw 2 is used for puncturing skin, subcutaneous soft tissues and the trachea, the puncture depth can be determined through the scale 5 on the side surface of the jaw 2, the operation is simple, the efficiency is improved, and a non-professional can operate without waiting for the professional to arrive at the site. When the tracheal position is found, the soft tissue and trachea are incised downward with the incision blade 4 of the jaws 2 to enlarge the incision, and the jaws 2 remain closed during the cutting process. When the incision size can be smoothly inserted into the trachea cannula 6, the jaw 2 is opened to prop open soft tissues and the trachea incision, then the trachea cannula 6 is inserted into the trachea 8 along the radian of the jaw 2, and simultaneously the first forceps body 1 and the second forceps body are withdrawn to fix the trachea cannula 6, so that the rescuing process is completed. In the operation and use process, the olecranon-type tracheotomy and propping-open integrated clamp can puncture, incise and prop open the function, so that the number of components of the tracheotomy device is reduced, the operation process of the tracheotomy is simplified, all operations can be completed by one person, the success rate of rescuing emergency sufferers in the open air can be greatly improved, and the olecranon-specialized clamp is also suitable for non-professional use and simple in operation.
Example 2
According to the olecranon type tracheotomy and struts integrated clamp, the portable ultrasonic probe is used for rapidly checking the neck, the depth of the front wall and the rear wall of the trachea can be accurately known, the accurate depth of puncture can be carried out on the trachea by matching with the scales 5 of the clamp, the puncture of the trachea can be ensured, and the damage to the rear wall of the trachea due to the deep puncture can be avoided. In addition, coarser vessels can be detected and can be selectively avoided during tracheotomy, thereby avoiding severe bleeding.
