Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the air suction module 8 includes a second air pump 801, an air filter bottle 802 and a defogging air pipe 803, the second air pump 801 is disposed at the top of the air filter bottle 802 and is communicated with the air filter bottle 802, a blocking net 804 is disposed at the bottom end of the air filter bottle 802, one end of the defogging air pipe 803 is communicated with the second air pump 801, the other end of the defogging air pipe 803 is communicated with the defogging air channel 133, an electromagnetic valve 134 is also disposed between the defogging air channel 133 and the defogging air pipe 803, when the smoke sensor probe 132 detects smoke exceeding, the second air pump 801 works, at this time, the electromagnetic valve 134 is opened, the second air pump 801 sucks smoke into the air filter bottle 802 through the communication pipe 143, the air suction pipe 7 and the air suction port 6, during this process, large particle impurities are blocked on the inner wall of the air filter bottle 802, and the filtered air passes through the blocking net;
it should be noted that the first air pump 9 and the second air pump 801 are both pump bodies capable of selectively pumping air or exhausting air, so as to facilitate subsequent cleaning of the air passage inside the smoke detection module.
Referring to fig. 5, a connector 15 is disposed at one side of the handle 1, one end of the communication pipe 143 is communicated with a first contact plug 16 fixed inside the connector 15, one end of the outer tube 3 is provided with a connecting seat 17 matched with the connector 15 through threads, one end of the air suction pipe 7 is communicated with a second contact plug 18 fixed inside the connecting seat 17, the first contact plug 18 is matched with the second contact plug 16, the connection seat 17 is matched with the connection head 15, so that the outer tube 3 and the grab handle 1 can be conveniently detached, and meanwhile, a first contact type plug 18 and a second contact type plug 16 which are matched with each other are arranged, when the connector 15 and the connecting seat 17 are tightly connected, the two plugs are mutually propped against each other, so that gas cannot leak when passing through, when the outer tube 3 is disassembled, the friction between the two plugs only has certain obstruction, and the separation of the connecting seat 17 and the connecting head 15 is not influenced.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: during the use of the ultrasonic scalpel, the dust cover 122 is covered by a tool such as a rubber sleeve, the electromagnetic valve 134 connected with the air suction module 8 is also closed, then, the first air pump 9 is operated to pump the gas in the operation site into the smoke sensor probe 132 through the connection pipe 143 and the air suction pipe 7, the smoke sensor probe 132 detects the gas, and when the smoke concentration reaches a set threshold value, namely, the normal operation of the operation is affected, at this time, the controller controls the first air pump 9 to stop, and controls the second air pump 801 to operate, at this time, the electromagnetic valve 134 is opened, the second air pump 801 pumps the smoke into the air filter bottle 802 through the communication pipe 143, the air suction pipe 7 and the air suction port 6, during this process, the large particle impurities are blocked on the inner wall of the air filter bottle 802, the filtered gas passes through the barrier net 804 to be discharged, so that the smoke generated during the operation can be effectively reduced, and the operation environment is better; during demisting, the gas is adsorbed through the demisting air pipe and the second air pump, so that the smoke sensor probe is avoided, and smoke accumulated on the smoke sensor probe is effectively reduced;
after the operation is completed, the control valve 142 is firstly closed, and the first air pump 9 and the second air pump 801 are simultaneously opened to blow air into the detection die holder 131, in the process, the air inlet fan 123 also operates to blow air into the air inlet die holder 121, the air blown out here and the air blown out by the two air pumps impact each other to form a mutually impacted air flow, so that large particles adhered on the air passage and the smoke sensor probe 132 are blown off, in addition, the cleaning fan 124 is opened, the cleaning fan 124 rotates clockwise to blow the air passing here into the longitudinal air passage 126, the air blown out by the air pumps is matched to discharge the air carrying impurities through the slag discharge port, so that the effect of cleaning the detection unit 13 is completed, the slag discharge port is finally blocked, the control valve 142 is opened, the air blown out at the moment and the air are gathered in the communicating pipe 143 and sequentially enter the air suction pipe 7, the quick flow in-process can carry out remaining smoke and dust through induction port 6, accomplishes the clearance of breathing pipe 7 from this, through carrying out timely clearance to the supersound sword when the operation finishes, avoids the smoke and dust to pile up, leads to detecting the smoke transducer probe 132 erroneous judgement of the inside of die holder 131, uses for a longer time.
