To sum up: the control system of the intelligent dish washer of the invention comprises a touch screen display 2 arranged at the top end of the front side of a dish washer body 1, a washing chamber door 3 arranged at the lower side of the touch screen display 2, a water draining chamber door 4 arranged at the lower end of the washing chamber door 3, a power switch 5 arranged at the top end of the right side of the dish washer body 1, a power indicator 51 connected with the right end of the power switch 5, a washing control device 6 arranged at the lower side of the power switch 5, an exhaust port 7 arranged at the lower end of the washing control device 6, a temperature detector 16 arranged at the top end of the left side of the dish washer body 1, a washing box 8 arranged in the dish washer body 1, washing devices 14 respectively arranged at the left and right sides of the inside, a water inlet pipe 15 connected with the top end of the washing device 14, a shunt pipe 141 arranged in the washing device 14, a symmetrical shunt valve 142 arranged on the upper surface of the shunt pipe 141, the top of the shunt valve 142 communicated with a water outlet spray nozzle 143, the top end inside the washing tank 8 is provided with a limiting block 91, the fluid guide 9 passes through the limiting block 91 and is positioned inside the washing tank 8, the fluid guide 9 is internally provided with a cleaning fluid suction pipe 92, the bottom is connected with a cleaning fluid storage box 11, two sides of the fluid guide 9 are provided with a placing rack 13, the upper end and the lower end of the placing rack 13 are respectively provided with a steam heating device 10, the bottom of the lower end of the placing rack 10 is provided with a supporting plate 12, the bottom of the washing tank 8 is provided with a filter tank 17, the lower end of the filter tank 17 is communicated with a water storage tank 18, the bottom of the water storage tank 18 is provided with a water outlet 19, the bottom of the water outlet 19 is connected with a drain pipe 20, the dish washer body 1 is started through a power switch 5, meanwhile, the cleaning fluid guide 9 evenly sprays cleaning fluid while the water is sprayed out through a water outlet nozzle 143, bowls and chopsticks are cleaned, the washed wastewater passes through the filtering tank 17, residues in the wastewater are filtered by the filtering tank 17, and the filtered wastewater is discharged from the drain pipe 20.
