Referring to fig. 3, it is disclosed that in one embodiment of the present invention, an electric mop 200 includes a control circuit board 201, the electric mop 200 has an automatic cleaning device 300 associated therewith, the automatic cleaning device 300 includes a cleaning basket 301, a drain valve 302 is disposed in the cleaning basket 301, the electric mop 200 is provided with a controlled valve opening mechanism 202, and the controlled valve opening mechanism 202 is configured to be activated by a valve opening signal sent by the control circuit board 201 to open the drain valve 302 to drain accumulated water in the cleaning basket 301. The electric mop 200 in this embodiment can realize a self-cleaning function through the automatic cleaning device 300 matched with the electric mop 200, and the controlled valve opening mechanism 202 can open the drain valve 302 in the cleaning basket 301, so that the electric mop 200 can drain accumulated water in the cleaning basket 301 after completing automatic cleaning, and automatically continue the drying process, thereby realizing the whole process of self-cleaning of the electric mop 200 without people.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the controlled valve opening mechanism includes any one of the following: a push rod mechanism; an electromagnet mechanism; a coupling mechanism. Referring to fig. 10-11, in one embodiment of the present invention, the controlled valve opening mechanism comprises an electromagnet mechanism or a push rod mechanism. In one embodiment of the present invention, the controlled valve opening mechanism is excited by the valve opening signal of the control circuit board to push against the drain valve to drain the accumulated water in the cleaning basket. Fig. 10 shows a schematic structural diagram of one of the controlled valve opening mechanisms of the present invention, in which the valve opening mechanism in this embodiment includes an electromagnet mechanism 1004, after the controlled valve opening mechanism is activated by a valve opening signal from a control circuit board, the electromagnet mechanism 1004 pushes down against a drain valve 1002 in the cleaning basket 1001, and the drain valve 1002 is pushed open to drain the accumulated water in the cleaning basket 1001, so as to facilitate the electric mop 200 to continue to automatically dry in the waterless cleaning basket 1001. The periphery of the drain valve 1002 is sealed by a seal ring 1003. Referring to fig. 11, a schematic structural diagram of a controlled valve opening mechanism in another embodiment of the present invention is disclosed, in which the valve opening mechanism in this embodiment includes a push rod mechanism 1104, after the controlled valve opening mechanism is activated by a valve opening signal of a control circuit board, the push rod mechanism 1104 downwardly abuts against a drain valve 1102 in a cleaning basket 1101, a spring 1105 is disposed at a terminal of the drain valve 1102, and the drain valve 1102 is pushed open to drain accumulated water in the cleaning basket 1101, so that the electric mop 200 can continue to automatically dry in the waterless cleaning basket 1101. The position corresponding to the drain valve 1102 is sealed by a sealing ring 1103.
In one embodiment of the invention, the controlled valve opening mechanism comprises a coupling mechanism. In one embodiment of the invention, the controlled valve opening mechanism is excited by a valve opening signal of the control circuit board to rotate around a shaft to open the drain valve to drain accumulated water in the cleaning basket. Referring to fig. 12, in this embodiment, the controlled valve opening mechanism includes a coupling mechanism 1204 which is actuated by a valve opening signal from the control circuit board to pivotally open the drain valve 1202 to drain the accumulated water in the wash basket, and the periphery of the drain valve 1202 is sealed by a sealing ring 1203. The double-headed arrow in fig. 12 indicates the direction in which the coupling mechanism 1204 can be rotated. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific implementation of the controlled valve opening mechanism described in the present disclosure is merely exemplary, and other controlled valve opening mechanisms that can implement the valve opening function are also within the scope of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. The automatic cleaning method of the electric mop is characterized in that the automatic cleaning device comprises a cleaning basket, the cleaning basket is provided with a drain valve, the electric mop is provided with a controlled valve opening mechanism, and the method comprises an automatic cleaning step and an automatic draining step; wherein the automatic draining step comprises: and the controlled valve opening mechanism opens the drain valve according to a valve opening instruction to drain accumulated water in the cleaning basket.
2. The automatic cleaning method of the electric mop as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning basket has a cleaning member fixed therein corresponding to a cleaning turntable of the electric mop, the cleaning turntable having a wiping head thereon, wherein the automatic cleaning step comprises: the cleaning turntable drives the wiping head to rotate, and the rotating wiping head scrapes the cleaning component so as to clean dirt attached to the wiping head.
3. The automatic cleaning method of the electric mop according to claim 2, wherein the automatic draining step comprises: and executing the automatic water drainage step after the automatic cleaning step lasts for a first preset time.
4. The automatic cleaning method of an electric mop according to claim 2, further comprising an automatic drying step, the automatic drying step comprising: the cleaning turntable drives the wiping head to rotate, so that the wiping head is wiped dry through the cleaning component.
5. The method of automatically cleaning a power mop of claim 4, wherein the automatically drying step further comprises: and when the automatic drying step lasts for a second preset time, stopping the electric mop.
6. The automatic cleaning method of an electric mop as claimed in claim 1, wherein the automatic cleaning device further comprises a water tank, the cleaning basket is further provided with a water inlet, and the water inlet is communicated with a water outlet of the water tank through a one-way valve; wherein, still include before the self-cleaning step: and (5) automatically feeding water.

The automatic cleaning system of the electric mop comprises the electric mop and an automatic cleaning device used by the electric mop, and is characterized in that the automatic cleaning device comprises a cleaning basket, the cleaning basket is provided with a water discharge valve, and the electric mop is provided with a controlled valve opening mechanism, wherein the controlled valve opening mechanism is used for opening the water discharge valve according to a valve opening instruction and discharging accumulated water in the cleaning basket.
