Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a cabinet 10 including a plurality of legs, such as a pair of front legs 12a and a pair of rear legs 12 b. The cabinet 10 is also generally provided with a plurality of wall panels, such as side panels 14 disposed on the left and right sides of the cabinet 10. In addition, the front and the back of the cabinet 10 are provided with openable and closable door panels, and the embodiment is described by taking the door panel detached as an open state. Further, a plurality of sets of sliding rail assemblies may be arranged inside the cabinet 10. Herein, a set of slide rail assemblies is taken as an example, and the slide rail assemblies include a first slide rail assembly 16 and a second slide rail assembly 18.
As shown in FIG. 2, the first slide assembly 16 includes a first rail 20 and a second rail 22 that are movably longitudinally displaceable relative to the first rail 20. The second slide assembly 18 includes a third rail 24 and a fourth rail 26 that are movable longitudinally relative to the third rail 24. The first slide rail assembly 16 and the second slide rail assembly 18 are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the cabinet 10 in a corresponding manner. Taking the first slide rail assembly 16 as an example, the first rail 20 of the first slide rail assembly 16 is mounted to the front mast 12a and the rear mast 12b via a front bracket 28 and a rear bracket 30, respectively. The second rail 22 is longitudinally displaceable relative to the first rail 20, and the second rail 22 is used for carrying a carrier 32, such as an electronic device or a drawer, for example. The carrying object 32 can be pushed in from the outside of the cabinet 10 by the second rail 22 and folded into the cabinet 10. On the other hand, since the second slide rail assembly 18 and the first slide rail assembly 16 have substantially the same structural configuration, the description thereof is not repeated. To facilitate the organization of the cables behind the carrier 32, a cable management assembly 34 is engaged behind the carrier 32.
The wire management assembly 34 includes a first wire management arm 36, a second wire management arm 38, a support 40 and a connecting device 42. The first wire management arm 36 is removably coupled to the first rail 20 of the first slide assembly 16. The second wire management arm 38 is movably connected to the first wire management arm 36. For example, the second wire-arranging arm 38 is pivotally connected to the first wire-arranging arm 36 via a pivot base 37. And the second wire management arm 38 is detachably connected to the second rail 22 of the first slide assembly 16. The support frame 40 is used for supporting at least the bottom of one of the first wire arranging arm 36 and the second wire arranging arm 38. The connecting means 42 are arranged at the support 40. The supporting frame 40 is detachably connected to the third rail 24 of the second rail assembly 18 through the connecting device 42.
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, the connecting device 42 includes a base 44, a latch 46 and an operating member 48.
The base 44 has a longitudinal body with a first end 44a and a second end 44 b.
The latch 46 has a latch portion 52 and an elastic portion 54. The latch 52 is located adjacent to the first end 44a of the base 44. In application, the locking portion 52 and a connecting member 55 of the third rail 24 can be locked with each other. Preferably, the connecting member 55 is, for example, a C-shaped profile having a pair of connecting sections 55 a. Specifically, the latching portion 52 is located at a latching position L1 in response to the elastic force generated by the elastic portion 54, and the latching portion 52 can be latched with the connecting section 55a (shown in fig. 5 and 7) of the connecting member 55.
The operating member 48 has an operating portion 56 and a guide portion 58. Wherein the operating portion 56 is located adjacent to the second end 44b of the base 44; the guide portion 58 corresponds to the latch 46.
Preferably, the wire management assembly 34 further includes a support member 60 having a first portion 60a and a second portion 60b substantially perpendicularly connected to the first portion 60 a. The supporting frame 40 is connected to the first portion 60a of the supporting member 60, for example, one end of the supporting frame 40 is pivotally connected to the first portion 60a of the supporting member 60 through a connecting shaft 62 (as shown in fig. 3), so that the supporting frame 40 can pivot relative to the supporting member 60. On the other hand, the base 44 of the connecting device 42 is connected (e.g., pivoted) to the second portion 60b of the supporting member 60, such that the base 44 of the connecting device 42 can pivot relative to the supporting member 60.
Preferably, the latching member 46 includes a first latching section 66a, a second latching section 66b and a middle portion 66c connected between the first latching section 66a and the second latching section 66 b. Wherein, the locking portion 52 is located at the first locking section 66a (this portion can refer to fig. 5); the elastic part 54 is connected between the latch part 52 and the middle part 66 c; the middle portion 66c is connected (e.g., fixedly connected) to the base 44, and the base 44 has an opening 68 corresponding to the second latching section 66b of the latching member 46 (see fig. 3).
Preferably, one of the base 44 and the operating member 48 is provided with a longitudinal hole 76 for allowing a portion of a shaft 78 to pass through the longitudinal hole 76 to connect the operating member 48 to the base 44, so that the operating member 48 can move in a limited range relative to the base 44. Preferably, the shaft 78 passes through the second portion 60b of the supporting member 60, so that the base 44 can pivot relative to the second portion 60b of the supporting member 60.
Preferably, an elastic member 80 is further included to provide an elastic force to the operating member 48, so that the operating member 48 can return to a first position P1 in response to the elastic force of the elastic member 80. For example, the two ends of the elastic member 80 are respectively connected between the operation member 48 and the base 44. Preferably, the operating portion 56 of the operating member 48 extends beyond the second end 44b of the base 44 for easy manipulation by a user.
Preferably, one of the guiding portion 58 of the operating member 48 and the latching member 46 is a protruding structure having a curved surface or a slant surface. The embodiment is exemplified by the guiding portion 58 of the operating member 48 being a protruding structure and having an inclined surface 58a, but the embodiment is not limited thereto. The other of the guiding portion 58 of the operating member 48 and the latching member 46 is a concave portion and extends to an abutting surface 82. In this embodiment, the detent 46 has a concave portion and extends the abutting surface 82, but the implementation is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, the operating member 48 is operatively displaced from the first position P1 to a second position P2 through the operating portion 56, and the guiding portion 58 guides the latching member 46 in response to the displacement of the operating member 48, so that the latching portion 52 of the latching member 46 is away from the latching position L1.
Specifically, when the operating portion 56 of the operating member 54 is operated by applying a force to displace, and the guiding portion 58 of the operating member 54 displaces in response to the operating member, the protruding structure of the guiding portion 58 displaces from the concave portion 49 of the detent member 48 to leave the concave portion 49 and abut against the abutting surface 82 (as shown in fig. 11), so that the detent portion 52 of the detent member 46 leaves the detent position L1 to be located at, for example, a detent release position L2, and the detent portion 52 of the detent member 46 is disengaged from the connecting section 55a of the connecting member 55 of the third rail 24. In other words, the supporting frame 40 can be disengaged from the connecting member 55 of the third rail 24 by the latching portion 52 of the latching member 46 of the connecting device 42 being at the unlatching position L2.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the detent portion 52 of the detent member 46 can be moved away from the detent position L by operating the operating element 54 to move (longitudinally move). Therefore, when the wire management assembly 34 of the present embodiment is installed on a slide rail kit, the support frame 40 can be detached from the slide rail (e.g., detached from the connecting member 55 of the third rail 24) by operating the operating member 54 to displace in a simple operation manner, so as to facilitate the adjustment of the user according to the installation environment.
As shown in fig. 12-14, the second portion 60b of the support member 60 includes a first positioning feature 70a and a second positioning feature 70b, and the second latching section 66b of the latching member 46 has a latching portion 72 capable of selectively locking (e.g., abutting) one of the first positioning feature 70a and the second positioning feature 70b, e.g., the latching portion 72 locks the first positioning feature 70a, such that the first end 44a of the base 44 is capable of facing a first direction D1 (as shown in fig. 12); alternatively, when the base 44 is pivoted in a pivoting direction R through the shaft 78 (as shown in fig. 14) until the buckle portion 72 locks the second positioning feature 70b, the first end 44a of the base 44 can face a second direction D2 opposite to the first direction D1. With this arrangement, the supporting frame 40 of the wire management assembly 34 can be adjusted to different arrangement directions according to the installation environment.
Preferably, the base 44 has a first abutting portion 74 for abutting against an edge of the second portion 60b of the supporting member 60. When the latching portion 72 of the latch 46 is operated by a user (e.g., a force F is applied to press the second latching section 66b of the latch 46) to separate the latching portion 72 from one of the first positioning feature 70a and the second positioning feature 70b of the supporting member 60, the first abutting portion 74 abuts against an edge of the second portion 60b of the supporting member 60, so as to facilitate the rotation of the base 44 relative to the supporting member 60. In addition, the base 44 has a second abutting portion 84 corresponding to the operating member 48, which helps to stabilize the operating direction of the operating member 48.
From the above description, it can be seen that the enhanced efficacy and advantages of the present invention are:
a. the operating member 48 is biased to move longitudinally from a first position P1 to a second position P2 by the operating portion 56, and the guiding portion 58 guides the latching member 46 in response to the movement of the operating member 48, so that the latching portion 52 of the latching member 46 can move away from the latching position L1. According to this configuration, unlike the prior art, the wire management assembly of the present embodiment is operated through the operation portion 56 even when the operation lateral space is limited due to the side panel 14 of the cabinet, for example, so that the operation member 48 and the locking portion 52 of the locking member 46 can move away from the locking position L1 to allow the support frame 40 to be detached from the third rail 24.
b. The operating member 48 can be maintained at the first position P1 in response to the elastic force of the elastic member 80.
c. The base 44 can be pivoted in different directions by the shaft 78. With this arrangement, the supporting frame 40 of the wire management assembly 34 can be adjusted to different arrangement directions according to the installation environment.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the present specific embodiments, it will be recognized by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments are illustrative only, and various equivalent changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and therefore, it is intended to cover in the appended claims all such changes and modifications as fall within the true spirit of the invention.
