Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the position reporting method of the present invention includes the following steps:
s1, the mobile terminal acquires the current time;

and S5, uploading the position information to a designated background.
In the above step S1, the current time may be directly obtained by the terminal according to its own time device or time program.
In the above step S2, the time period is a set continuous time range, which is divided into daytime time and night time in the present embodiment, daytime time daytime, format hhhhhh, for example 0821, i.e. 8 o 'clock-21 o' clock, is set as daytime time, and the rest of the time is night time, which can be set manually or in the background; it should be noted that in some embodiments, the time periods may be divided into more, for example, into sleep periods, morning commute on-going periods, noon break periods, afternoon off-commute periods, off-work rest periods, and evening rest periods; but also the weekends of each week may be separately set for the time periods.
In the above step S3, the sampling interval may be set as: the daytime sampling interval day _ interval/unit second and the nighttime sampling interval night _ interval/unit second are set, and the daytime sampling interval and the nighttime sampling interval can be set manually or in a background mode; it should be noted that, in some embodiments, the sampling interval is not constant, and when the initial sampling interval is not suitable for the current situation, the sampling interval may be changed according to a preset rule, so that the sampling interval is more suitable for the current situation, unnecessary uploading is reduced as much as possible, reporting actions are reduced, power consumption is reduced on the basis of confirming the time tracking and positioning, power consumption is reduced, the standby time is further prolonged, and the cruising ability is improved.
In the above step S4, the current location information is sampled and uploaded according to the obtained sampling interval, and the sampling of the current location information may be implemented by using a positioning module.
In the step S5, the uploading of the current location information may be implemented by the wireless communication module, and the uploaded current location information is uploaded to the background, it should be mentioned that the current time may be obtained each time the location is uploaded, the current time is used to determine the current time period, and in the same time period, some preset sampling intervals may be used in some embodiments as a reference standard for other part of sampling interval changes in the same time period, for example, the sampling interval needs to be longer, and may be changed to the last sampling interval of 2 times according to a preset rule, and so on.
The method can be used for products needing a positioning function, such as watches, walking sticks, bracelets and the like, and can be used for collecting position information through a background terminal with a communication connection, which needs to report the position to the background terminal and has the positioning function.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, through the continuous loop of steps S1-S5, the next sampling interval may be determined during location uploading, the actual situation is adapted, the reporting action is reduced as much as possible, the power consumption is reduced on the basis of the tracking and positioning during verification, the power consumption is reduced, the standby time is further prolonged, and the cruising ability is improved.
It should be noted that the location reporting method is repeatedly executed every day under the condition that the set parameters and rules are not changed.
The position reporting method comprises the steps of obtaining a sampling interval corresponding to a time period to which the current time belongs; sampling positions according to sampling intervals and uploading the positions; the corresponding sampling intervals are obtained in different time periods, so that the high-frequency position uploading in the time period with frequent activity can be realized, the low-frequency position uploading in the time period with less activity can be realized, the position uploading density degree can be controlled through different sampling intervals, the actual situation is adapted, the reporting action is reduced as far as possible in the scene without frequently reporting the position, the power consumption is reduced on the basis of ensuring the tracking and positioning requirements, the power consumption is reduced, the standby time is further prolonged, and the cruising ability is improved.
Further, the step S3 of acquiring the time period and calling the corresponding sampling interval includes:
and S31, acquiring a first interval corresponding to the time period according to the current time and a preset corresponding relation, and taking the first interval as a sampling interval and the corresponding relation as the time period and the sampling interval.
In the step S31, the preset corresponding relationship is a corresponding relationship between a time period and a sampling interval, in this embodiment, the preset corresponding relationship may be a corresponding table between a time period and a sampling interval, in this embodiment, the current time period is determined according to the current time, and then the sampling interval, that is, the first interval is obtained according to the corresponding relationship between the time period and the sampling interval, and the first interval is used as the sampling interval of the next sampling position; in some embodiments, the sampling interval in the same time period is not changed after being acquired, and only one sampling interval is adopted in the same time period; in other embodiments, the sampling interval in the same time period may be adjusted according to actual conditions, the sampling interval obtained from the correspondence is used after the time period is entered for the first time, and then the length of the sampling interval is adjusted according to the determination rule, so as to ensure the basic function of real-time tracking and positioning, for example, the time length of the sampling interval may be shortened when the movement is fast, and the time length of the sampling interval may be increased when the movement is slow.
Further, the step S3 of acquiring the time period and calling the corresponding sampling interval further includes:
s32, judging whether the movement distance of the terminal in the sampling interval meets the preset condition;
s33, if yes, keeping sampling interval to collect position information within set times or set duration;
and S34, if not, acquiring a second interval, and collecting the position information by taking the second interval as a sampling interval within the set times or set duration.
In the step S32, this step is applicable to a situation where the sampling interval may be adjusted according to an actual situation, when the process enters step S32 for the first time, the sampling interval is the sampling interval obtained in step S11, and the subsequent judgment of the sampling interval needs to be determined according to the actual situation, in this embodiment, the movement interval is the length of the movement trajectory of the terminal in the first interval, and whether the movement rule of the terminal is normal is judged by judging whether the length of the movement interval of the terminal in the first interval meets the requirement, and then the length of the sampling interval is adjusted according to the actual situation to adapt to the actual situation, so as to reduce power consumption on the basis of tracking and positioning when the terminal is confirmed, reduce power consumption, further prolong standby time, and improve cruising ability; the movement pitch of the terminal at the first interval is determined by the movement pitch of the terminal.
In other embodiments, the movement distance is a linear distance from the beginning and end of the terminal end within the first interval.
It should be noted that the preset condition is preset, for example, if the motion distance of the terminal in the sampling interval reaches a preset range, it is determined that the preset condition is met, and if the motion distance of the terminal in the first interval does not reach the preset range (is greater than/less than the preset range), it is determined that the preset condition is not met, in some embodiments, the end value of the preset range is a fixed value, and the preset range may be a single motion distance value, for example, 50 meters, or a range value, for example, 45-50 meters; in this embodiment, the preset range varies with the sampling interval, and the end values of the range are set in equal proportion to the sampling interval, for example, the two end values of the range are sampling interval × 1.05 and sampling interval × 0.95, respectively.
In the step S33, whether the set number of times or the set duration is adopted is preset for the terminal or the background, and after the current position is uploaded, when it is determined that the movement distance of the terminal at the sampling interval meets the preset condition, the movement rule of the terminal is expected, and the terminal samples the position and uploads the position according to the current sampling interval, which can meet the requirements of reducing power consumption and reducing power consumption on the basis of ensuring real-time tracking and positioning.
In the step S34, in order to determine that the movement distance of the terminal in the first interval does not reach the preset condition, in this embodiment, the preset number of times or the preset duration is adopted as the preset of the terminal or the background, and after the current position is uploaded, the preset condition that the movement distance of the terminal in the first interval is greater than or less than the preset range and the difference between the movement distance and the end value of the preset range exceeds the allowable range is not reached, it may be determined that the current movement speed of the terminal is too fast or too slow, and needs to be adjusted according to the situation; in this embodiment, the second interval may be obtained by re-measuring the time required for moving the set interval, for example, the time consumed for 50 meters of movement, so as to ensure the real-time tracking and positioning effect, and avoid excessively dense uploading positions under the condition of slow movement, thereby achieving the effects of reducing power consumption and power consumption on the basis of ensuring the real-time tracking and positioning, further prolonging the standby time, and improving the cruising ability.
It should be noted that in some embodiments, after detecting the second interval, in a subsequent plurality of sampling intervals, if in a subsequent process, if the sampling interval is adjusted to be close to the first interval, the difference from the first interval is within a preset acceptable range, then the adjustment is directly to the first interval.
Further, in some embodiments, the step S32 of determining whether the movement distance of the terminal within the sampling interval meets the preset condition includes:
s321, judging whether the motion distance of the terminal at the sampling interval is within a first threshold range;
s322, if not, judging that the preset condition is not met;
and S323, if so, judging that the preset condition is met.
In step S321, the first threshold range is a range value of the limited interval, and includes a standard interval corresponding to the first interval, and in some embodiments, the movement interval is determined to be within the first threshold range by comparing the movement interval with an end value of the first threshold range, so as to provide a basis for subsequently determining whether the preset condition is met.
In step S322, if it is determined that the predetermined condition is not met, the movement distance of the terminal in the sampling interval is too large or too small, and the sampling interval needs to be adjusted accordingly.
In the step S323, if the motion distance of the terminal at the sampling interval is within the first threshold range, it is determined that the preset condition is met. In some embodiments, if the motion intervals of N consecutive sampling intervals are within the first threshold range, it is determined that the preset condition is met, N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1, the value of N is preset and can be adjusted according to an actual situation, the motion interval of the terminal in the sampling interval can be considered to meet the requirement if the preset condition is determined to be met, the terminal can be estimated to still maintain a corresponding motion speed within a period of time, the sampling interval does not need to be adjusted frequently, the frequency of adjusting the sampling interval can be reduced, power consumption can also be reduced, and the purpose of saving power is achieved.
Further, in some embodiments, the step S321 of determining whether the movement distance of the terminal in the sampling interval is within the first threshold range includes:
s3211, acquiring a movement interval of the terminal at a sampling interval;
s3212, obtaining a difference value between the movement distance and a preset distance;
s3213, judging whether the difference value is within a second threshold range;
s3214, if yes, determining that the movement distance of the terminal at the sampling interval is within a first threshold range;
and S3215, if not, determining that the movement distance of the terminal in the sampling interval is not within the first threshold range.
In the above steps S3211-S3215, the second threshold range is preset, the sum of the end value and the preset distance is the end value of the first threshold range, the preset distance is the preset distance value, and the distance is also the length of the motion trajectory, by calculating the positive or negative of the difference between the motion distance of the terminal at the sampling interval and the preset distance, it can be determined that the motion speed is fast or slow, the difference is regular, which represents that the motion speed is fast, the difference is negative, which represents that the motion speed is slow, and the difference is in the second threshold range, which represents that although the motion distance changes, the motion distance is within an acceptable range, the sampling interval does not need to be adjusted, but when the difference is not in the second threshold range, which represents that the motion distance changes and the change is large, the sampling interval needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation, and further the length of the sampling interval is adjusted according to the actual situation, so as to adapt to the actual situation, the power consumption is reduced on the basis of tracking and positioning, the power consumption is reduced, the standby time is further prolonged, and the cruising ability is improved.
Further, the step S34 of acquiring the second interval includes:
s341, judging whether the motion distance of the terminal at the sampling interval is larger than the maximum value in the first threshold range;
and S342, if so, acquiring first time for the terminal to move within the closest range by a preset distance, and taking the first time as a second interval.
In step S341, it is determined whether the motion interval of the terminal in the sampling interval is greater than the maximum value in the first threshold range by subtracting the maximum value in the first threshold range from the motion interval of the sampling interval, and if the difference is positive, it is determined that the motion interval of the terminal in the sampling interval is greater than the maximum value in the first threshold range.
In the step S142, the maximum value of the movement interval of the terminal in the sampling interval greater than the first threshold range is that the movement speed of the terminal is faster, and the movement interval is not within the first threshold range, so that the first time is obtained as the second interval to achieve the effect of prolonging the sampling interval, and further, the power consumption is reduced on the basis of ensuring real-time tracking and positioning, the power consumption is reduced, the standby time is further prolonged, and the cruising ability is improved; the nearest range means a time range closest to the current time, and the value of the nearest range is preset.
Further, the step S34 of acquiring the second interval further includes:
s343, judging whether the motion distance of the terminal at the sampling interval is smaller than the minimum value in the first threshold range;
s344, if yes, obtaining an activity area where M positions before the current time are located, wherein the M positions are sampling positions within a first set time or a first set duration;
s345, judging whether the radius of the active area is within a second threshold range;
s346, if so, acquiring a third interval, and taking the third interval as an acquired second interval, wherein the third interval is preset;
and S347, if not, acquiring a second time used by the terminal for moving the preset distance, and taking the second time as a second interval.
In the above steps S343 to S347, when it is determined that the inter-movement distance of the terminal in the sampling interval is smaller than the minimum value in the first threshold range, there are two cases where the moving speed is slow but the terminal is moving all the time and there is substantially no movement, under the condition of basically no movement, the second time used by the terminal for moving the preset distance cannot be acquired, in the embodiment, the active area is circular, so that whether the terminal is in a condition of basically no movement is judged by judging whether the radius of the active area is in the second threshold range, if so, it represents that there is no movement, a time interval needs to be determined according to a preset value or a preset rule, the third interval is used for avoiding the situation that the terminal movement is not known, the preset rule is, for example, twice of the first interval, and the preset rule can be set according to the use requirement, which is not repeated herein; if not, the moving speed is slow but the terminal is moving all the time, so that the second time taken by the terminal to move the preset distance is obtained as a second interval, namely a sampling interval. Through the steps, the actual situation is adapted, the power consumption is reduced on the basis of ensuring real-time tracking and positioning, the power consumption is reduced, the standby time is prolonged, and the cruising ability is improved.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the steps S343 to S347 may be performed in the background, and the terminal only receives the result fed back by the background, so that the requirement on the operation function of the terminal may be reduced, and the cost is reduced; it should be noted that in some embodiments, the active area may be in the shape of a polygon, an ellipse, or other shapes, depending on the actual configuration.
Further, the step S343 of acquiring the active areas where M positions before the current time are located includes:
s3431, acquiring a linear distance between two positions with the farthest position distance in M positions before the current time;
s3432, a circular area is obtained with the straight line distance as the diameter, and the circular area is the active area.
In the above steps S3431-S3432, M is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2 and is a preset value, the circular area is obtained to obtain the area range in which the terminal wanders, and if the range is small enough, the terminal is not moved basically, in this case, high-frequency location uploading is not required, location uploading is performed at a low frequency in a time period with less activity, and the control on the density degree of location uploading is realized through different sampling intervals, so as to adapt to the actual situation, reduce the reporting action as much as possible, reduce power consumption on the basis of confirming the time tracking and positioning, further prolong the standby time, and improve the cruising ability.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the above steps S3431 to S3432 may be performed in the background, and the terminal only receives the result fed back by the background, so that the requirement on the operation function of the terminal may be reduced, and the cost may be reduced.
Further, in some embodiments, the step S4 of collecting the position information according to the sampling interval includes:
s41, introducing the sampling interval into a timer to obtain an uploading signal, wherein the timer is used for sending the uploading signal according to the sampling interval;
and S42, acquiring the position information according to the uploading signal.
In the above steps S41-S42, the timer is an operating program, and may send an upload signal according to the parameter timing when the parameter is input, where the upload signal is used to control the terminal to start the sampling position and upload the position, and when the parameter is deleted, the timer stops operating, and in this embodiment, the parameter is the value of the sampling interval. The sampling interval can be conveniently adjusted through the timer, and the position reporting method can be conveniently operated.
After the step S5 of uploading the location information to the designated backend terminal, the method includes:
s61, judging whether the current time reaches the set time;
