The types of the application programs included in the integrated system are respectively as follows: an instant chat type, a shopping type, a video playback type, and a music playback type.
The various types of applications may be as shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Type of application Application program
Instant chat type QQ, weChat, bigAnt, baidu HI, nailing \8230 \ 8230
Type of shopping Jingdong, taobao, weihui, dandang 8230; \8230
Video playing type Trembling audio and video, fast hand, love art, you cool 8230, 8230
Type of music playing Yiyun, QQ music, dried shrimps, migu \8230
Step S20, acquiring the current pressure level of the user;
and further acquiring the current pressure level of the user after the application program is started, wherein the pressure level acquisition method can provide a pressure level selection image in a home page of the application program, and the user can select the pressure level according to the condition of the user.
Further, in order to improve the accuracy of obtaining the current pressure level of the user in the application, an option for entering the pressure level test can be provided on a home page of an application program selected by the user, and when the user clicks to enter the pressure level test, a test question of the pressure level test is displayed on a display screen of the television. The user can answer the question according to the self condition. And after the user finishes the test question and submits to the system, obtaining the current pressure level of the user according to the analysis answer condition. Furthermore, the current pressure level of the user can be obtained by acquiring expression data of the face of the user for data analysis by using a camera device of the television. The method for confirming the pressure level by acquiring the facial expression data of the user can quickly and conveniently determine the current pressure level of the user.
And step S30, controlling the application program to execute the function operation corresponding to the stress level so as to relieve the stress of the user.
After the current pressure level of the user is acquired, the control application program executes the functional operation corresponding to the current pressure level of the user. It can be understood that different types of applications perform different functional operations for relieving stress of the user when the stress level of the user is the same level. The application program of the video playing type can relieve the stress of the user by executing the function operation of playing the video, and the application program of the music playing type can relieve the stress of the user by executing the function operation of playing the video. For example, when the application program opened by the user is a tremble video and the acquired pressure level of the user is a fifth level, controlling the tremble video to play the video content corresponding to the stress relieving level of the fifth level; and when the application program opened by the user is the internet music, playing the music with the stress relieving level of the fifth level.
The embodiment provides a stress relieving method, which includes obtaining an application program selected by a user in an integrated system according to an operation of the user when the user opens the integrated system, obtaining a current stress level of the user after the application program is started, controlling the application program opened by the user to execute a function operation corresponding to the stress level according to the current stress level of the user, and relieving stress of the user in a function operation executing process.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of another embodiment of the present application, where after the step of controlling the application program to perform the functional operation corresponding to the pressure level, the method includes:
step S40, acquiring operation information of the application program in the application program execution function operation of the user;
step S50, determining whether to replace the current application program according to the operation information;
and step S60, when the current application program is determined to be replaced, determining the type of the application program which needs to be replaced by the user according to the pressure level of the user and the currently running application program.
And in the process of executing the function operation corresponding to the stress level of the user by the application program, acquiring the operation information of the user on the application program, and determining whether the application program currently executing the function operation is the type of the application program which needs to be replaced by the user according to the operation information of the user. The operation information is information which is executed by a user on the display interface through manual clicking or cursor clicking control operation based on the display interface provided by the application program, and comprises the following steps: and switching, pausing, exiting and the like are carried out on the functional operation currently executed by the application program. When the application program does not have the operation information of the user in the process of executing the function operation, starting a camera of the television and other devices to acquire the information of the user, and further determining whether the current application program needs to be replaced. For example, when the application is a jittered video, when a small video corresponding to the current pressure level of the user is played, whether to perform the step of switching the type of the application may be determined by the time of the small video viewed within a preset time range by the user. The statistical method for the time of the user watching the tremble sound and playing the short video comprises the steps of controlling a camera of the television to acquire focusing information of two eyes of the user, confirming that the user watches functional operation which is played by a tremble sound application program and is executed for relieving the current pressure level of the user when the focusing information of the two eyes of the user is on a display interface of the television, and confirming that the application program does not need to be replaced at the moment. If not, the application program is replaced.
In the embodiment, the operation information of the user on the display interface is acquired in real time in the process of executing the function operation of the application program, and whether to replace the current application program is determined through the operation information, so that the replacement of the current application program can be timely and automatically executed when the currently used application program cannot relieve the stress of the user, and the user is not required to relieve the stress in a mode of pushing out the currently entered application program and then starting another application program.
The step of determining whether to replace the current application program according to the operation information includes:
step S51, if the operation information is that the frequency of the function operation executed by the user for switching the application program in a preset time range is greater than a preset frequency, determining that the user needs to replace the current application program;
step S52, if the operation information is that the frequency of the function operation executed by the user to switch the application program in the preset time range is less than the preset frequency, determining that the user does not need to replace the current application program.
In this embodiment, in the process of executing a function operation by an application program, when it is detected that the frequency of the function operation executed by switching the application program by a user within a preset time range is greater than a preset frequency, it is determined that the current application program needs to be replaced; if the frequency of the function operation executed by the user for switching the application program within the preset time range is detected to be less than the preset frequency, determining that the user is concentrated on the function operation executed by the current application program, and controlling the application program to continuously execute the function operation without replacing the current application program so as to relieve the pressure of the user.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of another embodiment of the present application. The step of determining the type of the application program which needs to be replaced by the user according to the stress level of the user and the currently running application program comprises the following steps:
s61, acquiring a decompression mode corresponding to the pressure grade stored in a memory, wherein the decompression mode is formed by combining different types of application programs;
and step S62, determining the type of the application program which needs to be replaced by the user in the decompression mode according to the type of the current application program.
The decompression mode is a combination of types of different types of applications used by the user in the integrated system, which are differentiated by the difference in pressure levels. In this embodiment, the method includes acquiring an application program first selected by a user to start the integration system for the first time, confirming the type of the application program, and recording the type of the application program in a memory, further acquiring the type of the changed application program when the user changes the application program, performing data analysis according to the type of the changed application program recorded by the user for multiple times, and sequentially storing the data in the memory according to different pressure levels. When the user starts the integrated system again, after the user opens the application program and determines the current pressure level, the current decompression mode and the type of the current application program can be determined, and when the user is determined to need to switch the application program, the type of the application program which needs to be replaced by the user can be judged according to the decompression mode and the type of the current application program.
The step of determining the type of the application program that needs to be replaced by the user in the decompression mode according to the type of the currently played application program includes:
step S621, obtaining the type of the next application program obtained in the decompression mode, and determining that the type of the next application program is the type of the application program that needs to be replaced by the user.
In the application, after the decompression model is determined, the type of the next application program when the application program switching operation needs to be executed can be determined according to the type of the current application program. The method and the device have the advantages that when the current application program needs to be replaced to control the execution of different functional operations, the type of the next application program needing to be replaced can be determined through the personal record of the user.
After the step of obtaining the type of the next application program in the decompression mode and determining that the type of the next application program is the type of the application program that needs to be replaced by the user, the method includes:
step S6211, obtaining the use information of the application program included in the type, wherein the use information includes use duration and use frequency;
step S6212, determining the next application program from the types of the next application program according to the use information.
After determining the type of the application program needing to be replaced, further determining the next application program for relieving the stress of the user, and controlling the application program to execute the functional operation thereof so as to relieve the stress of the user. The method for determining the next application program can be determined according to the use information of the application program in the history record. The usage information includes a usage duration and a usage frequency. After determining the type of the next application program, further acquiring the use information of all the application programs in the type, determining the next application program according to the use information, and controlling the next application program to execute the corresponding functional operation. In this embodiment, when it is determined that the user needs to replace the current application program, the application program under the pressure of the next execution link can be determined according to the use information, and the user does not need to determine the next application program in a manner of manually selecting to exit from the current application program and then enter the next application program, so that the selection time of the user is shortened, and the intelligence of obtaining the application program is improved.
After the step of determining the next application from the type of the next application according to the usage information, the method includes:
step S6213, controlling the next application to execute a function operation corresponding to the pressure level of the user.
Specifically, the present embodiment may take the following example, in the present embodiment, the user selectable pressure levels have five levels, and the decompression mode may be as shown in table 2 below:
TABLE 2
Pressure rating Decompression mode
First class Instant chat type-shopping type-video playing type-music playing type
Second level Shopping type-instant chat type-music playing type-video playing type
Third level Video playing type-instant chat type-shopping type-music playing type
Fourth level Music playing type-shopping type-instant chat type-video playing type
Fifth grade Video playing type-shopping type-instant chat type-music playing type
The decompression mode can be adjusted by a user or adjusted by data analysis in combination with the use habit of the user. When the application selected by the integration system is opened by the user as panning, the current pressure condition of the user is tested (a third level), in this embodiment, if the higher the pressure level is, the greater the pressure of the user is, the higher the pressure level is, the article corresponding to the pressure level (the third level) of the user is recommended when the panning application is controlled to execute the operation function of recommending the article to the user, for example, the activity information or the article information of the shop frequently browsed by the user is recommended to the user. When the recommended activity information of the user is continuously switched in the preset time range is acquired, the fact that the user can not relieve pressure in the Taobao application program at present is confirmed, and then the type of the current application program is determined to be changed. And acquiring a decompression mode with the pressure level as the third level in the memory, and determining the type of the next application program as a music playing type according to the type (shopping type) of the current application program. And further acquiring the use information of all application programs contained in the music playing type, sending prompt information of whether to start the internet cloud music to the user when recognizing that the application program with the highest use frequency in a preset time range (one week) of the user is the internet cloud music, and starting the internet cloud music after receiving an instruction for confirming the start by the user. At the moment, the pressure level information obtained after the user enters panning is sent to the internet music. And when the stress level of the user is the third level, recommending the music corresponding to the third level to a real interface for the user to select and play.
And after entering the next application program, controlling the function operation executed by the application program to correspond to the pressure level of the current user. When the application program is started, the pressure level obtained by the user in the first selected application program entering the decompression mode can be sent to the application program, so that the currently opened application program can execute the function operation corresponding to the pressure level of the user. The level of stress relieved by the functional operation executed by the application program is prevented from not being consistent with the stress level of the current user, so that the problem that the stress relieving result of the user is not ideal is caused.
