The invention provides a segmented stator core with a tooth part made of oriented silicon steel material, which comprises a stator yoke, stator teeth and a stator inner ring; the stator yoke and the stator inner ring are made of non-oriented silicon steel materials, and the stator teeth are made of oriented silicon steel materials; the stator yoke is of a circular ring type structure, and a plurality of dovetail grooves are formed in the circular ring of the stator yoke; the upper end part of the stator tooth is provided with a convex end which is embedded with a dovetail groove of the stator yoke, and the lower end part of the stator tooth is provided with a square groove which is embedded with an inner circular ring of the stator; the stator inner circular ring comprises a closed slot punching sheet and an open slot punching sheet, and is formed by laminating spacers of a plurality of closed slot punching sheets and open slot punching sheets; the outer circle edges of the closed slot punching sheet and the open slot punching sheet are provided with a plurality of bosses which are embedded with the square slots. The invention has the advantages of higher structural performance, accurate assembly, simple structure, convenient installation, lower manufacturing cost and more reliable quality, and simultaneously solves the adverse effects of cogging torque and the like of the motor.

Furthermore, the stator yoke 1, the stator teeth 2 and the stator inner ring 3 are formed by laminating high-magnetic-conductance silicon steel sheets, so that eddy current loss is reduced.
Preferably, the stator teeth 2 are made of oriented silicon steel (such as grain-oriented silicon steel), and compared with non-oriented silicon steel, the material has strong magnetic properties, excellent high magnetic permeability and low loss characteristics in the easy-magnetization rolling direction, and the saturation magnetic density is generally higher than that of the non-oriented silicon steel; secondly, the non-oriented silicon steel sheet can be regarded as the same magnetic characteristic in all directions, the knee point of the magnetization curve is generally 1.6T, while the oriented silicon steel sheet is produced by orderly arranging the crystal grains of the material through a certain process, so that the rolling direction of the oriented silicon steel sheet is different from the magnetic characteristic perpendicular to the rolling direction (namely the shearing direction), the knee point of the magnetization curve along the rolling direction can reach 1.8T, and the shearing direction is about 1.4T.
The dovetail grooves 11 are uniformly distributed along the inner edge of the circular ring of the stator yoke 1.

The punching sheet rolling direction of the stator tooth punching sheet is radially superposed with that of the stator teeth 2, as shown in fig. 5, the direction of the magnetic force line on the stator teeth 2 is consistent with the high magnetic conductivity direction of the oriented silicon steel material, so that the aim of improving the saturation magnetic density of the stator teeth of the motor is achieved, the torque density of the motor in unit volume is further improved, the performance of the motor is improved, the usage amount of the stator core punching sheet is reduced, and the cost of the motor is reduced.
The number of the bosses 312 is equal to that of the square grooves 22.
The inner ring 3 of the stator is provided with punching sheets at intervals, the tooth tip connecting part 311 is machined and removed, and a closed slot punching sheet 31 with the tooth tip connecting part 311 and an open slot punching sheet 32 with the tooth tip connecting part 311 removed are formed.
Preferably, the complete annular structure of the closed slot punching sheet 31 ensures the inner circle roundness of the stator, but at the same time, the punching sheet is determined to be only made of non-oriented silicon steel material; after the ring 3 of the stator is laminated, the tooth point connecting part 311 is machined and removed from every other punching sheet to form an open slot punching sheet 32.
Further, the closed slot punching sheet 31 can avoid the cogging effect caused by the open slot, correspondingly weaken the cogging torque, and the open slot punching sheet 32 can reduce the magnetic leakage effect.

after the three parts are embedded, spot welding 5 is carried out on the central position of the joint of the tooth parts and the yoke parts of the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the stator core, as shown in fig. 8, the three parts are axially fixed and cannot fall off due to dislocation, the stator core is ensured to be tightly connected, and the connection strength between the stator core and the yoke parts is improved;
and fourthly, the stator core is arranged in the casing, and the core and the casing are in interference fit.
In conclusion, the invention changes the original block type iron core structure into the combined type stator iron core structure, ensures the roundness of the inner circle of the stator iron core, improves the performance of the motor by adopting the oriented silicon steel sheet, reduces the using amount of the stator iron core punching sheet, comprehensively utilizes the advantages of two groove structures, has the characteristics of higher structural performance, simple structure, convenient installation, accurate positioning, high performance, lower manufacturing cost and more reliable quality, and simultaneously solves the adverse effects of the cogging torque of the motor and the like.
