The arc causes electrical wear and material erosion between the contacts, thereby affecting device life and greatly reducing operational reliability. In severe cases, fusion welding even occurs, so that the circuit cannot be disconnected, power supply accidents are caused, and the safety of personnel and equipment is endangered. The switch with the arc protection function can ensure the balance of air pressure at the wave crest of the W-shaped bent pipe and prevent the liquid metal from overflowing through the design of the waterproof breathable film on the breathable holes.
And fourthly, the switch with the arc protection function can feed back the state of the liquid metal in the W-shaped bent pipe to a control center through a pressure sensor arranged on the end surface of the piston, so that the normal operation of the switch is ensured.
