Claims (9)

1. A community-oriented health care service system, comprising:
the identity identification unit is used for identifying the identity of the user to determine identity information and establishing a corresponding personal database for each user according to the identity information;
the health condition monitoring unit is used for detecting the physical health condition of the user, generating a health evaluation result and storing the health evaluation result to the personal database;
the body-building strategy unit is used for classifying the health conditions according to the health evaluation results, respectively generating corresponding body-building strategies aiming at different classification results and storing the body-building strategies into the personal database;
and the information pushing unit is used for sending the health evaluation result and the fitness strategy in the personal database to the user and the family members thereof.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the identity unit comprises an identity recognition module and an identity recording module;
the identity recognition module acquires the facial image information and the identity information of the user when the user enters the service system for the first time, and sends the facial image information and the identity information to the identity recording module;
the identity recording module creates a corresponding personal database for the user according to the identity information and stores the facial image information to the personal database;
and after that, each time the user enters the service system, the identity recognition module acquires a face image, and the identity information of the user is determined by comparing the face image with the face image information in the personal database.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the health monitoring unit is configured to detect a physical health of the user, and comprises:
the identity identification unit identifies the identity of the user and records the frequency of the user entering the service system;
the health condition detection unit determines a health condition detection period according to the frequency of the user entering the service system, determines detection time according to the health condition detection period and detects the health condition of the user according to the detection time;
detecting a health condition of a user comprises detecting a physiological state indicator of the user, the physiological state indicator comprising height, weight, body mass index, blood pressure, pulse, blood oxygen, fat rate, water content, muscle mass, visceral fat index, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio, traditional Chinese medical constitution identification coefficient, blood glucose, uric acid, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, total cholesterol, heart rate, and electrocardiogram indicator.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the fitness strategy unit is configured to classify the health condition according to the health evaluation result, and generate corresponding fitness strategies for different classification results, respectively, and comprises:
determining health condition types corresponding to the users according to the health evaluation results, wherein the health condition types comprise poor health conditions and good health conditions;
for the users with poor health conditions, generating a targeted health recuperation scheme according to the corresponding health evaluation result, wherein the fitness strategy is the health recuperation scheme;
and generating a targeted fitness exercise scheme for the user with good health condition according to the corresponding health evaluation result, wherein the fitness strategy is the fitness exercise scheme.
5. The system of claim 4, further comprising an exercise equipment unit;
the fitness equipment unit comprises passive rehabilitation equipment and active exercise equipment;
the passive form rehabilitation device is configured to correspond to the health rehabilitation program for health rehabilitation in cooperation with the user with poor health condition;
the active exercise device is configured to correspond to the workout regimen for performing a workout in coordination with the well-conditioned user.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the fitness equipment unit records equipment usage when the user is in use, determines preferred equipment information for the corresponding user based on the equipment usage and sends the preferred equipment information to the fitness policy unit;
and the body-building strategy unit adjusts the body-building strategy of the corresponding user according to the preference equipment information.
7. The system of claim 3, wherein the fitness policy unit updates the fitness policy and saves the new fitness policy to the personal repository after the health detection unit detects the health of the user according to a detection period.
8. The system of claim 1, further comprising a meal management unit;
the meal management unit is used for formulating a targeted health meal scheme for a corresponding user according to the health evaluation result and storing the health meal scheme to the personal database;
the meal management unit also acquires diet preference information of the user and modifies and adjusts the healthy meal scheme according to the diet preference information;
the meal management unit also pushes the healthy meal plan to the user and his family members.
9. The system of claim 1, further comprising a real-time monitoring unit;
the real-time monitoring unit is used for monitoring the environmental condition and the user condition in the system in real time;
and when the real-time monitoring unit monitors that the state of the user in the system is abnormal, the real-time monitoring unit sends out warning information and sends the warning information to the information pushing unit, and the information pushing unit sends the warning information to the family members of the user according to the identity information of the user in the personal database.
