the timing module is used for achieving the purpose of timing control, the timing module acquires water level information in the water adding machine equipment at intervals of preset time, and when the water level information is lower than the preset water level, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to open to add water into the water adding machine equipment; the water level sensor is used for sensing water level information in the water adding machine equipment in real time, and when the water level information is lower than a quarter of a preset water level, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to open to add water into the water adding machine equipment; the timing module and the water level sensor realize the timing and quantitative water adding function of the water adding machine, reduce the manpower input and improve the working efficiency;
the user inputs transaction information through the data input module, the controller is used for judging whether the user is in membership status or not, if not, the user is prompted to register, then whether all states of the water adding machine equipment are normal or not is monitored, and if so, the user requests a background server to start two-dimensional code scanning; the background server receives a request to call the two-dimensional code from the database and displays the two-dimensional code on the display module in real time; after scanning the two-dimensional code, the user finishes payment, and connects one end of the water pipe to the water outlet pipe, and the other end of the water pipe is connected to a water tank of the ship; judging whether the hardware state meets the condition, if so, opening an output gate, controlling an electromagnetic valve on a water outlet pipe to open, and controlling tap water to flow out by a flow controller; the water flow sensor is used for sensing flow information in the water outlet pipe and sending the flow information to the controller, and the display module simultaneously displays the water adding countdown; after counting is finished, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed, and the water outlet pipe is closed; according to the invention, through the control of the controller and the water adding module, intelligent self-service water adding of ships is realized, and the working efficiency is improved.

1. A tap water adding machine control system based on the Internet of things is characterized by comprising a control main board, a data acquisition module, an equipment monitoring module, a water adding module, an environment adjusting module, an alarm module, a member library, a database and an order management module;
the control main board comprises a controller, a data input module, a payment module and a member building module;
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring the operation data of the water adding machine equipment and transmitting the operation data to the controller through a Zigbee wireless network; the environment adjusting module comprises a heater, a radiator, a humidifier, a dehumidifier and a lighting unit;
the data acquisition module comprises a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, an illumination sensor, an infrared correlation sensor and a water level sensor; the temperature sensor is used for monitoring real-time temperature information of the water adding machine equipment and transmitting the real-time temperature information of the water adding machine equipment to the controller, and the controller drives and controls the heater/radiator to adjust the temperature to be within a preset standard temperature range when the real-time temperature information exceeds/is lower than the preset standard temperature range;
the humidity sensor is used for monitoring real-time humidity information outside the water adding machine equipment and transmitting the real-time humidity information of the water adding machine equipment to the controller, and the controller drives and controls the humidifier/dehumidifier to adjust the humidity to be within a preset standard humidity range when the real-time humidity information exceeds/is lower than the preset standard humidity range;
the illumination sensor is used for monitoring illumination information outside the water adding machine equipment in real time, and the illumination sensor is used for transmitting the illumination information to the controller; the controller transmits an illumination signal to the illumination unit when the illumination information is lower than a preset range, and the illumination unit automatically turns on illumination when receiving the illumination signal transmitted by the controller; the auxiliary video acquisition module is used for acquiring peripheral video information of the water adding machine equipment in real time;
the equipment monitoring module comprises a water flow sensor and a video acquisition module;
the water adding machine equipment is provided with a water outlet pipe, the water flow sensor is arranged at the water outlet pipe, and the water outlet pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve; the water flow sensor is used for sensing flow information in the water outlet pipe and sending the flow information to the controller; the video acquisition module is arranged at the top of the water adding machine equipment shell and is in communication connection with the controller, and the video acquisition module is used for acquiring peripheral video information of the water adding machine equipment and sending the video information to the controller;
the system also comprises a timing module, an electromagnetic valve and a water supply pipeline; the controller is respectively connected with the water level sensor and the electromagnetic valve; the electromagnetic valve is arranged on the water feeding pipeline and used for controlling the on-off of the water feeding pipeline; the water level sensor is arranged in the water adding machine equipment and used for sensing water level information in the water adding machine equipment in real time and sending the water level information to the controller, and the controller is used for comparing the water level information with a quarter of preset water level;
when the water level information is lower than a quarter of the preset water level, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened, the water feeding pipeline is communicated, outside water enters the water adding machine equipment through the water feeding pipeline, and when the water level information reaches the preset water level, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed, and the water feeding pipeline is closed;
the timing module is used for realizing the purpose of timing control, and the timing module acquires water level information in the water adding machine equipment at intervals of preset time and transmits the water level information in the water adding machine equipment to the controller;
the controller is used for comparing the water level information in the water adding machine equipment with a preset water level; when the water level information is lower than the preset water level, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened, the water feeding pipeline is communicated, outside water enters the water adding machine equipment through the water feeding pipeline, and when the water level information reaches the preset water level, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed, and the water feeding pipeline is closed;
the infrared correlation sensor is used for sensing whether the output gate is clamped, when the clamping is sensed, a clamping signal is generated and transmitted to the controller, and the controller controls the output gate to be opened.

The internet-of-things-based tap water dispenser control system according to claim 1, wherein the infrared correlation sensor is further used for sensing whether the water outlet pipe is connected with the water pipe or not after a user successfully pays through the payment module, when the connection of the water pipe is sensed, a water pipe access normal signal is generated and transmitted to the controller, and the controller receives the water pipe access normal signal to control the water dispenser module to work; otherwise, an error reporting instruction is generated, the alarm module receives the error reporting instruction and sends an alarm, and the display module displays the word that the water pipe is not connected.

The tap water dispenser control system based on the internet of things as claimed in claim 1, wherein the member new building module is used for building a member identity by a user, the member new building module is used for inputting member information to the controller, and the member information comprises a member name, a member gender, a mobile phone number, an identification number and a home address; and the controller receives the member information transmitted by the member newly-built module and transmits the member information to the member library for real-time storage.

The tap water dispenser control system based on the internet of things as claimed in claim 1, wherein the data input module is used for inputting transaction information when charging needs to be settled, the data input module is used for transmitting transaction information to the payment module, and the transaction information is a name, an identity card number, transaction flow and transaction amount of a transactor;
the payment module is used for transmitting transaction information to the controller, the controller can automatically acquire a name and an identity card number of a transactor when receiving the transaction information transmitted by the payment module, the controller is used for comparing the name and the identity card number of the transactor with member information stored in a member library so as to acquire identity information of the transactor, the controller judges that the identity information is member transaction when comparing that the identity information of the transactor is consistent with the member information, the controller judges that the identity information is non-member transaction when not comparing that the member information is consistent with the identity information of the transactor and prompts a user to register through a member newly-built module, and the payment module is used for completing payment according to transaction amount in the transaction information;
the controller is also used for fusing the transaction information and the identity information to form order information and transmitting the order information to the order management module.

The tap water dispenser control system based on the internet of things as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water dispensing module is configured to obtain transaction information and complete a water dispensing service according to the transaction information; the water adding module comprises the following specific working steps:
the method comprises the following steps: a user inputs transaction information through a data input module; the controller compares the name and the identification number of the trader in the trading information with the member information stored in the member library;
the controller judges the identity information as member transaction when comparing that the identity information of the transaction person is consistent with the member information; continuing to execute the step two;
when the identity information of the user is not compared with the identity information of the trader, the controller judges that the identity information is a non-member trade and prompts the user to register through a member newly-built module; after the registration is successful, continuing to execute the step two;
step two: monitoring whether all states of the water adding machine equipment are normal, and if so, requesting a background server to start two-dimensional code scanning; the background server receives a request to call the two-dimensional code from the database and displays the two-dimensional code on the display module in real time;
step three: after scanning the two-dimensional code, the user finishes payment, and connects one end of the water pipe to the water outlet pipe, and the other end of the water pipe is connected to a water tank of the ship;
step four: judging whether the hardware state meets the condition, if so, opening an output gate, controlling an electromagnetic valve on a water outlet pipe to open, and controlling tap water to flow out by a flow controller;
step five: the water flow sensor is used for sensing flow information in the water outlet pipe and sending the flow information to the controller, and the display module simultaneously displays the water adding countdown;
step six: after the counting is finished, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed, and the water outlet pipe is closed.
