Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of communication, and particularly relates to an image anti-counterfeiting method, an image anti-counterfeiting device and image anti-counterfeiting equipment.
Background
The watermark is information such as an icon (icon) and a trademark (logo) embedded in the image.
Typically, the original author will embed the original author's identity information, such as corporate information, personal nicknames, etc., in a manner that watermarks the image. Thus, when the watermarked image is shared to the social platform, if another person copies the image, the watermark is also copied, preventing the picture from being pirated by the other person.
Although the watermark is added to the image to effectively protect the copyright of the original author, as the watermark is covered on the content of the original image, the more complex the watermark pattern or the closer the watermark position is to the visual center of the image, the more serious the watermark affects the content of the original image, thereby damaging the ornamental value of the image. Therefore, how to protect the copyright of the image and not destroy the ornamental value of the image is a technical problem to be solved.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged, as appropriate, such that embodiments of the present application may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the objects identified by "first," "second," etc. are generally of a type, and are not limited to the number of objects, such as the first object may be one or more. Furthermore, in the description and claims, "and/or" means at least one of the connected objects, and the character "/", generally means that the associated object is an "or" relationship.
Generally, when a user performs anti-counterfeiting setting on an original image, a watermark is superimposed on the original image to obtain an anti-counterfeiting image. Therefore, after the user shares the anti-counterfeiting image with other devices or uploads the anti-counterfeiting image to the network platform, other users can see the image covered by the watermark, and the ornamental value of the image is damaged.
Unlike the anti-fake image in the prior art, the front side of the first image provided by the embodiment of the application is an original image, and the back side of the first image is a watermark image. After the first image is shared with other devices or uploaded to a network platform, other users can see the first images respectively displayed by the watermark image and the original image, so that the ornamental value of the first image is ensured. But when other users want to intercept the first image, the original image of the superimposed watermark image is acquired, so that the copyright of the image is ensured.
The image anti-counterfeiting method, the device and the equipment provided by the embodiment of the application are described in detail through specific embodiments and application scenes thereof by combining the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an image anti-counterfeiting method. The method may be applied to a first device and a second device. The method may include S101 to S104 described below.
S101, in the case that the first device displays a reverse image of the first image, the first device receives a first input of the reverse image, wherein the reverse image is a watermark image.
Optionally, the first image may be an anti-counterfeit image uploaded to the network platform by the original author, or may be an anti-counterfeit image shared by the original author to other devices. The front image of the first image is an original image, and the back image of the first image is a watermark image. Of course, the front image of the first image may be set to be a watermark image, and the back image of the first image may be set to be an original image.
Alternatively, the watermark image may be a still image in which the watermark display position and watermark pattern are unchanged; or the watermark image may be a set of dynamic images in which the watermark display position and watermark pattern dynamically change.
Alternatively, the watermark image may comprise a preset identification, which may be used to indicate that the first image comprises the original image in addition to the watermark image, i.e. the preset identification may be used to indicate that the first image is a security image.
Optionally, the first input may be a sliding input of the user along a preset direction in the reverse image of the first image, a touch input of a preset identifier, a click input or a double click input of the first image, or the like, which may be determined according to an actual use requirement, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
S102, the first device responds to the first input and displays a front image of the first image, wherein the front image is an original image.
The original image is an original image, namely an image to be added with the watermark.
Alternatively, the original image may be a picture or a video.
The first image is received by the other user using the first device. After the first device receives the first image directly sent by the original creator using the second device, or after the first device receives the first image sent/pushed by the network platform, the first device displays the back image of the first image, that is, the watermark image, according to the preset. The user may slide a finger in the watermark image along a preset direction (e.g. from the top of the watermark image to the bottom of the watermark image) in accordance with the hint information, so that the first device will display a front image of the first image, i.e. the original image, in response to the slide input.
S103, the first device receives a second input, wherein the second input is a screenshot input of a target area of the front image.
Alternatively, the target area may be a partial area or an entire area of the front image.
In the embodiment of the application, the second input is used for acquiring the screen capturing image corresponding to the target area. For example, the second input may include a selection input to the target area and an input triggering a screen capture of the target area.
S104, the first device responds to the second input to acquire a screen capturing image, wherein the screen capturing image is an image corresponding to the target area, which is captured after the back image is superimposed on the front image.
Typically, when an electronic device displays an image, if a user's screen capture of an area in the image is received, the electronic device will capture the image directly from that area. Specifically, if the content of the original image is displayed in this area, the original image which is not anti-counterfeit is directly intercepted, but the copyright of the original author is infringed; if the area shows the watermark-superimposed anti-counterfeit image, the anti-counterfeit image including the watermark is intercepted, but the ornamental value of the image is destroyed.
In the embodiment of the application, if the screenshot input of the user to the target area of the front image is received under the condition that the front image of the first image is displayed, the first device does not directly intercept the image corresponding to the target area, but firstly superimposes the reverse image of the first image on the front image of the first image according to a preset rule to obtain an anti-counterfeiting image of a superimposed watermark image; and performing screen capturing operation on a target area (corresponding to the target area of the front image) of the anti-counterfeiting image, so as to acquire an image corresponding to the target area.
The "captured image corresponding to the target region" includes the following two cases: one case is to intercept all images from the target area; in another case, an image of a portion is taken from the target area. Can be determined according to actual use requirements, and the embodiment of the application is not limited.
The embodiment of the application provides an image anti-counterfeiting method, wherein the front surface of a first image is an original image, and the back surface of the first image is a watermark image, so that other users can see the first images respectively displayed by the watermark image and the original image, thereby ensuring the ornamental value of the first image; in addition, when other users want to intercept the first image, the anti-counterfeiting image of the superimposed watermark image is intercepted, so that the copyright of the first image is ensured. Therefore, the copyright of the image is protected and the ornamental value of the image is not destroyed.
Optionally, in the case that the first image displayed by the first device is an anti-counterfeiting image shared by the second device, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, before S101, the image anti-counterfeiting method provided by the embodiment of the present application may further include S105 to S113 described below.
S105, in the case of displaying the original image, the second device receives a first input.
S106, the second device responds to the first input and sets a watermark image corresponding to the original image.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned "setting up the watermark image corresponding to the original image" does not mean that the watermark image is overlaid on the original image, but means that the association relationship between the original image and the watermark image is established. That is, the original image is taken as the front image of one anti-counterfeiting image, and the watermark image is taken as the back image of one anti-counterfeiting image.
Optionally, the user may set a watermark image corresponding to the original image through the first input to obtain a first image; a plurality of watermark images corresponding to the original image may also be set through the first input, resulting in a plurality of first images. That is, the number of first images may be one or more.
In one manner, after the second device sets one watermark image corresponding to the original image, one first image may be obtained, where the front image of the one first image is the original image, and the back image of the one first image is the watermark image.
Alternatively, in the case where the first input includes M sub-inputs, S106 may specifically include: the second device sets an ith watermark image corresponding to the original image in response to an ith sub-input of the M sub-inputs, and generates an ith first image from the original image and the ith watermark image. Wherein M is an integer greater than or equal to 2.
For example, as shown in (a) of fig. 3, in the case where the second device displays the original image 01, if the user thinks of performing an editing operation on the original image 01, the user can press the original image 01 for a long time, so that the second device can superimpose and display a floating window 02 on the original image 01, the floating window 02 including several options of trimming rotation, adjustment, mosaic, and picture negative effect. After the user clicks the trimming rotation option, the user may modify the size and display direction of the original image 01. After the user clicks the adjustment option, the user may adjust the display parameters such as brightness, resolution, etc. of the original image 01. After the user clicks on the mosaic, the user may superimpose the mosaic on the original image 01. After the user clicks the picture reverse option, the user may add a reverse image to the original image 01.
If the user turns the original image 01 upward, the second device adds the reverse image 03 as shown in fig. 3 (b), and generates the original image 01 and the reverse image 03 as one anti-counterfeit image.
If the user turns the original image 01 downward, the second device adds the reverse image 04 as shown in (c) of fig. 3, and generates the original image 01 and the reverse image 04 as one anti-counterfeit image.
If the user turns the original image 01 to the right, the second device adds the reverse image 05 as shown in (d) of fig. 3, and generates the original image 01 and the reverse image 05 as one anti-counterfeit image.
Optionally, the image anti-counterfeiting method provided by the embodiment of the application further includes: the i-th application supporting the target function is set as an application for displaying the i-th first image, or the i-th device supporting the target function is set as a device for displaying the i-th first image. Wherein, the target function is: allowing the display of images in which the front image is the original image and the back image is the watermark image.
For "set the ith application supporting the target function as the application for displaying the ith first image", different applications supporting the target function may be used to display different first images. For example, the application 1 may be configured to display a first image in which the front image is an original image and the back image is an image as shown in (b) in fig. 3; the application 2 may be configured to display a first image in which the front image is an original image and the back image is an image as shown in (c) in fig. 3; the application 3 may be used to display a first image in which the front image is an original image and the back image is an image as shown in (d) of fig. 3. Wherein, the application program 1, the application program 2 and the application program 3 all support displaying the front image as the original image and the back image as the watermark image. Thus, the anti-counterfeiting display effect of different application programs can be different.
For "set the ith device supporting the target function as a device for displaying the ith first image", different electronic devices supporting the target function may be used to display different first images. For example, the electronic apparatus 1 may be configured to display a first image in which the front image is an original image and the back image is an image as shown in (b) in fig. 3; the electronic device 2 may be configured to display a first image in which the front image is an original image and the back image is an image as shown in (c) in fig. 3; the electronic device 3 may be configured to display a first image in which the front image is an original image and the back image is an image as shown in (d) of fig. 3. Wherein the electronic device 1, the electronic device 2 and the electronic device 3 all support displaying images with the front image being an original image and the back image being a watermark image. Thus, the anti-counterfeiting display effect of different electronic devices can be different.
Alternatively, the watermark patterns of the M watermark images corresponding to the M sub-inputs may be completely different or partially identical. The different watermark patterns may indicate that the original image was authored by a different user, e.g., a first watermark image may indicate that the original image was authored by a first user, and a second watermark image may indicate that the original image was authored by a second user.
In the embodiment of the application, after setting the watermark image corresponding to the original image, the user can select the application program sharing the first image from a plurality of application programs of the second device.
The first alternative implementation manner is that the second device directly shares the first image or the image information of the first image without determining whether the application program selected by the user supports the target function, that is, S107 described below is executed.
In a second alternative implementation, the second device may first determine whether the application selected by the user supports the target function. If the application supports the target function, the second device shares the first image or the image information of the first image through the application, i.e., performs S107 described below; if the application does not support the target function, the second device may first superimpose the watermark image onto the original image to generate a second image, and then share the second image through the application, i.e., perform S108 described below.
And S107, the second device shares the first image or the image information of the first image.
The front image of the first image is an original image, and the back image of the first image is a watermark image.
Optionally, the embodiment of the present application is illustrated by taking the example that the second device shares a first image, which is not limited in any way. It can be appreciated that the user can use the second device to set watermark images for the plurality of original images respectively, so as to obtain a plurality of anti-counterfeiting images, and share the plurality of anti-counterfeiting images at the same time.
If the second device shares the first image, the first device may execute S112 described below; if the second device shares the image information of the first image, the first device may perform S109 described below.
S108, the second device shares the second image.
Wherein the second image is an image generated after the watermark image is superimposed on the original image.
Accordingly, the first device may receive the second image and display the second image.
S109, the first device receives the image information of the first image through the target application program.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the application program for sending the first image by the second device and the application program for receiving the first image by the first device are the same application program; the application program of the second device for transmitting the image information of the first image and the application program of the first device for receiving the image information of the first image are the same application program.
For the first alternative implementation manner in S106, since the application program of the second device that sends the image information of the first image and the application program of the first device that receives the image information of the first image are the same application program, and the second device does not determine whether the application program supports the target function, after the first device receives the image information of the first image through the target application program, the first device needs to first determine whether the target application program supports the target function. In the case where the target application supports the target function, the first device performs S110 described below; in the case where the target application does not support the target function, the first device performs S111 described below.
For the second alternative implementation manner in S106, since the application program for sending the image information of the first image by the second device and the application program for receiving the image information of the first image by the first device are the same application program, and the second device has already determined that the application program supports the target function, the first device may directly generate the first image according to the image information of the first image, and display the first image through the one application program, that is, directly execute S110 described below.
S110, under the condition that the target application program supports a target function, the first device generates a first image according to the image information; and displaying the first image by the target application.
In the case that the target application is a first application supporting a target function, the watermark image is a first watermark image, and the first watermark image indicates that an original image of the first image is authored by a first user;
Or alternatively
In the case where the target application is a second application supporting the target function, the watermark image is a second watermark image indicating that the original image of the first image was authored by the second user.
After the first image is shared to different application programs, the reverse image presents different effects because the watermark images authored by different users can be displayed through different application programs. For example, the watermark in app1 indicates that the original image is authored by user 1, and the watermark in app2 indicates that the original image is authored by user 2, thereby enriching the display effect of the anti-counterfeit image.
S111, under the condition that the target application program does not support a target function, the first device superimposes the watermark image on the original image according to the image information to generate a second image; and displaying the second image by the target application.
S112, the first device receives the first image sent by the second device through the target application program.
S113, in a case where the target application supports the target function, the first device displays the first image through the target application.
After the first device receives the first image sent by the second device through the target application, if the target application supports the target function, the first device may display the first image through the target application, for example, display a back image or a front image of the first image. If the target application does not support the target function, the first device is unable to display the first image.
According to the image anti-counterfeiting method provided by the embodiment of the application, as the second device can generate the first image with the back image being the watermark image and the front image being the original image. Therefore, when the first device displays the first image through the application program supporting the target function, the watermark image and the watermark image can be displayed respectively, so that the copyright of the image is protected and the ornamental value of the image is not destroyed; and when the first device does not support displaying the first image, a second image generated by superimposing the watermark image on the original image may be displayed, thereby protecting the copyright of the image.
The embodiment of the application provides an image anti-counterfeiting method. The method may be applied to a first device. The method may include S201 to S204 described below.
S201, in a case where the first device displays a reverse image of the first image, the first device receives a first input to the reverse image, the reverse image being a watermark image.
S202, the first device responds to the first input and displays a front image of the first image, wherein the front image is an original image.
S203, the first device receives a second input, where the second input is a screenshot input of the target area of the front image.
S204, the first device responds to the second input to acquire a screen capturing image, wherein the screen capturing image is an image corresponding to the target area, which is captured after the back image is superimposed on the front image.
Optionally, in the case where the first image displayed by the first device is an anti-counterfeiting image shared by the second device, before S201, the image anti-counterfeiting method provided by the embodiment of the present application may further include S205 and S206 described below, or S205 and S207; in another alternative implementation manner, before S201, the image anti-counterfeiting method provided by the embodiment of the present application may further include S208 and S209 described below.
S205, the first device receives the image information of the first image sent by the second device through the target application program.
S206, under the condition that the target application program supports the target function, the first device generates a first image according to the image information; and displaying the first image by the target application.
In the case that the target application is a first application supporting a target function, the watermark image is a first watermark image, and the first watermark image indicates that an original image of the first image is authored by a first user; or alternatively
In the case where the target application is a second application supporting the target function, the watermark image is a second watermark image indicating that the original image of the first image was authored by the second user.
S207, in the case that the target application program does not support the target function, the first device superimposes the watermark image on the original image according to the image information to generate a second image; and displaying the second image by the target application.
S208, the first device receives the first image sent by the second device through the target application program.
S209, in a case where the target application supports the target function, the first device displays the first image through the target application.
