Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a charging method for document signing services according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method can be executed by a charging device, and the facility is deployed between a user client and a back-end file signing service server and is used for counting and charging file signing operations executed by a user. The charging device may be a server, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the charging device is used as an execution main body for description, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
s110, receiving a signing verification request; the signing and verifying request comprises a verifying mode, file information and user information.
To characterize an electronic document as valid or legal, it is often necessary to sign a corresponding electronic signature on the electronic document (e.g., an electronic contract). In order to meet the requirement of a plurality of companies or users on electronic document signing in the market, a paid electronic document signing service is generated to provide electronic document signing services for customers. The charging of electronic document signing in the electronic document signing service is a very important link, and the signing operation related to the process of using the electronic document signing service by a client needs to be charged in a reasonable charging mode, so that the normal operation and management of the document signing service can be ensured.
When a user uses the electronic document signing service, the user can open a target document to be signed by logging in the electronic document signing service system, and drag the signature to the appointed signing position of the document after selecting the electronic signature to be used in the system. When the user determines that the current signature needs to be signed at the document specified signing location, the client used by the user sends a signing request to the billing device.
In one implementation example, the charging device receives a file signing request before initiating the charging for the signing operation of the user; the file signing request includes location information of the signature in the file. Because the charging device is arranged between the client and the file signing service server, when a user signs an electronic file by using the client, the file signing request sent by the client can be sent to the file signing service server at the rear end only through the transmission of the charging device, so that the rear end server executes the signing operation of the electronic file to complete the signing of the electronic file. Before the charging device sends the file signing request sent by the client to the file signing service server, the charging device sets a signing verification level for the signing operation of the user, and adds a signing verification charging sending unit.
And after the charging device receives a file signing request sent by a client of a user, starting the record of signing operation of the charging device on the user. And generating a verification mode selection interface and sending the verification mode selection interface to a client of the user so that the user can select a signing verification mode through the verification mode selection interface. The verification mode can be selected in various ways, such as short message verification, face brushing verification and the like.
Specifically, after the user selects the signing verification mode through the verification mode selection interface at the client, the charging device receives a signing verification request sent by the client, and the signing verification request comprises the verification mode selected by the user, file information and user information. The file information comprises the quantity and type information of electronic files required to be signed by a user; the user information includes account information of the user, a contact address filled in during registration, and the like.
And S120, providing corresponding verification service for the user according to the verification mode, and recording the verification times to generate a verification record.
After the charging device receives the signing verification request, the charging device can provide corresponding verification service for the user according to the verification mode selected by the user in the signing verification request, thereby realizing the signing verification of the file and recording the verification times in the signing verification process to generate a verification record.
In one implementation example, the verification mode provided by the charging device in the document signing service may include a short message verification mode and a face refreshing verification mode.
Specifically, if the verification mode selected by the user in the signing verification request received by the charging device is short message verification, the charging device provides corresponding short message verification service for the user. The specific process of providing the corresponding short message verification service and recording the verification times to the user can be as follows: if the verification mode is short message verification, sending verification information to a user through a short message; accumulating the verification times corresponding to the short message verification mode once and generating a verification record; the verification record comprises the user information, a short message verification mode and the verification times of the updated short message verification mode; and receiving a verification code input by a user, and comparing and verifying the verification code with the verification information.
When the charging device knows that the verification mode selected by the user is short message verification according to the verification mode in the received signed verification information, the charging device sends the generated verification information to the client in the form of short messages. When the charging device sends a short message to a user, the contact number of the user can be obtained through the user information contained in the received signing verification request; and the verification information contains a verification code. After the charging device sends verification information to a user through a short message, accumulating the verification times of the user by adopting the short message verification once and generating a verification record; the verification record comprises the user information, a short message verification mode and the verification times of the updated short message verification mode; therefore, the total verification times of the user adopting the short message verification mode are recorded, and the charging device is convenient to charge the user signature verification according to the total verification times in the subsequent process.
After the user inputs the verification code to the client according to the verification information in the received short message, the charging device receives the verification code input by the user, and judges whether the verification code input by the user passes the signing verification or not by comparing and verifying the verification code input by the user with the verification code in the verification information. If the charging device verifies that the verification code input by the user is consistent with the verification code in the verification information, the user judges that the signing verification is passed, namely the verification of the verification service is passed; if the charging device verifies that the verification code input by the user is different from the verification code in the verification information, the signing verification is judged not to pass, namely the verification of the verification service is not passed.
Specifically, if the verification mode selected by the user in the signing verification request received by the charging device is face-brushing verification, the charging device provides corresponding face verification service for the user. The specific process of providing the corresponding face verification service and recording the verification times for the user can be as follows: if the verification mode is face brushing verification, acquiring face information of a user by controlling a shooting device; accumulating the verification times corresponding to the face brushing verification mode once; and verifying the identity of the user according to the face information.
When the charging device learns that the verification mode selected by the user is face brushing verification according to the verification mode in the received signed verification information, the charging device sends a generated shooting device control instruction to the client so as to control a shooting device on the client to be started and acquire the face information of the user in a shooting or video recording mode. After receiving the face information of the user sent by the client, the charging device compares the received face information with the face information corresponding to the user information contained in the signed verification request to verify the identity of the user; the face information corresponding to the user information can be face information which is pre-input by the user in an electronic document signing service system. After the charging device acquires the face information of a user by controlling the shooting device, accumulating the verification times of face brushing verification for the user once and generating a verification record; the verification record comprises the user information, a face brushing verification mode and verification times of the updated face brushing verification mode; therefore, the total verification times of the user adopting the face brushing verification mode are recorded, and the charging device is convenient to charge the user for signing verification according to the total verification times in the subsequent process.
The charging device compares and verifies the acquired face information with the face information corresponding to the user information, and if the charging device verifies that the acquired face information is matched with the face information corresponding to the user information, the signing verification is judged to be passed, namely the verification of the verification service is passed; and if the charging device verifies that the acquired face information is not matched with the face information corresponding to the user information, judging that the signing verification fails, namely the verification of the verification service fails.
S130, if the verification of the verification service is passed, file signing is completed and a signing record is generated; the signed record comprises user information, file information and a verification mode.
And after the charging device judges that the user passes the verification of the verification service, the file signing request sent by the client of the user is sent to the back-end file signing service server to complete the signing of the electronic file. And generating a signing record according to the user information, the file information and the verification mode contained in the signing verification request.
In one embodiment, if the user passes the verification of the verification service, the charging apparatus submits a document signing request, so that the signature is signed at a location corresponding to the location information in the document. The file signing request comprises the position information of the user for placing the signature on the file, and the back-end file signing service server signs the signature selected by the user on the position corresponding to the position information in the file according to the signing request and stores the signature, so that the signing of the electronic file is completed. After the document is signed, the billing device generates a signing record according to the information contained in the signing and verifying request and the verification mode selected by the user in the signing and verifying process. The charging device comprises a service database for storing data, and the charging device stores the generated signing record to the service database. The signing record comprises user information, file information and a verification mode; wherein the document information includes the number of copies of the electronic document (electronic contract) signed by the user in completing the document signing process. The statistics of the file signing amount in the file signing business process of the user is realized, and the subsequent charging device can charge the file signing conveniently according to the file signing amount.
S140, the signing record and the verification record are obtained regularly, and the signing service cost of the user is calculated according to the charging rule.
The generated signing record and verification record are stored in the service database, so that the charging device can regularly acquire the signing record and the verification record from the service database and acquire a preset charging rule from the charging database of the charging device; and calculating the signing service charge of the user corresponding to the signing record by applying a charging rule according to the file information, the verification mode and the verification times in the signing record and the verification record. The charging rules comprise the signing number of the electronic documents and the calculation unit price and the calculation formula of the verification times of different verification modes; and the computed signing service charge contains user information.
The charging method for the document signing service provided by the embodiment of the invention receives the signing verification request; the signing verification request comprises a verification mode, file information and user information; providing corresponding verification service for the user and recording verification times to generate a verification record according to the verification mode; the verification record comprises the user information, the verification mode and the recorded verification times; if the verification of the verification service is passed, file signing is completed and a signing record is generated; the signing record comprises the user information, the file information and the verification mode; and acquiring the signing record and the verification record at regular time, and calculating the signing service charge of the user according to the charging rule. And recording the total verification times of the verification modes selected by the user in the document signing process. According to the file information, the verification mode and the verification times contained in the signing record, when the signing service charge of the user is calculated by adopting a preset charging rule, the signing quantity of the files in the file information, different signing verification modes and corresponding verification times can be combined for charging, and the charging is carried out from two dimensions of the file signing and signing verification, so that the charging dimension of the file signing service is more accurate, and the accuracy and reasonability of the charging of the file signing service are improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a charging method for document signing services according to a second embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the first embodiment, the first embodiment further provides a process of providing the user with the verification service again and generating the business bill at regular time when the user fails to pass the verification service, so that automatic generation of the file signing business bill is achieved.

Specifically, if the verification mode selected by the user in the signing verification request received by the charging device is short message verification, the charging device provides corresponding short message verification service for the user; and if the verification mode selected by the user in the signing verification request received by the charging device is face brushing verification, the charging device provides corresponding face verification service for the user.
For short message authentication service, the billing device sends the generated authentication information to the client in the form of a short message. When the charging device sends a short message to a user, the contact number of the user can be obtained through the user information contained in the received signing verification request; and the verification information contains a verification code. After the charging device sends verification information to a user through a short message, accumulating the verification times of the user by adopting the short message verification once and generating a verification record; the verification record comprises the user information, a short message verification mode and verification times of the updated short message verification mode. After the user inputs the verification code to the client according to the verification information in the received short message, the charging device receives the verification code input by the user, and judges whether the verification code input by the user passes the signing verification or not by comparing and verifying the verification code input by the user with the verification code in the verification information. If the charging device verifies that the verification code input by the user is different from the verification code in the verification information, the signing verification is judged not to pass, namely the verification of the verification service is not passed.
For the face verification service, the charging device sends the generated shooting device control instruction to the client so as to control the shooting device on the client to be started and acquire the face information of the user in a shooting or video recording mode. After receiving the face information of the user sent by the client, the charging device compares the received face information with the face information corresponding to the user information contained in the signed verification request to verify the identity of the user; the face information corresponding to the user information can be face information which is pre-input by the user in an electronic document signing service system. After the charging device acquires the face information of a user by controlling the shooting device, accumulating the verification times of face brushing verification for the user once and generating a verification record; and the verification record comprises the user information, the face brushing verification mode and the verification times of the updated face brushing verification mode. And the charging device compares the acquired face information with the face information corresponding to the user information for verification, and if the charging device verifies that the acquired face information is not matched with the face information corresponding to the user information, the charging device judges that the signing verification fails, namely the verification of the verification service fails.
S230, if the verification of the verification service is passed, file signing is completed and a signing record is generated; the signing record comprises user information, file information and a verification mode;
s240, if the verification of the verification service is not passed, sending a verification result to the user, generating a verification mode selection interface and sending the verification mode selection interface to the user; the verification mode selection interface is used for reminding a user of selecting a verification mode to carry out signature verification.
And when the charging device judges that the user does not pass the verification of the verification service, the charging device generates a verification result and sends the verification result to the client of the user. In order to enable the document signing process to be smoothly carried out, the charging device generates the verification mode selection interface again and sends the verification mode selection interface to the client, so that the user can select the verification mode through the verification mode selection interface again to carry out signing verification continuously after obtaining the verification result.
S250, acquiring the signing record and the verification record at regular time, and calculating the signing service cost of the user according to the charging rule;
s260, storing the signing service cost to a charging database;
and S270, acquiring the signing service cost, the signing record and the verification record corresponding to the user at regular time according to preset time to generate a bill.
The generated signing record and the verification record are stored in the service database, so that the charging device can regularly acquire the signing record and the verification record from the service database and acquire a preset charging rule from the charging database of the charging device; and calculating the signing service charge of the user corresponding to the signing record by applying a charging rule according to the file information, the verification mode and the verification times in the signing record and the verification record. The charging rules comprise the signing number of the electronic documents and the calculation unit price and the calculation formula of the verification times of different verification modes; and the computed signing service charge contains user information. And storing the calculated signing service charge in a charging database of the charging device. The method and the device realize separation of massive signed records, namely service data and charging data, and improve the operational performance of the charging device.
The charging device can also collect the signing record and the verification record stored in the service database and the signing service stored in the charging database according to the preset time, and periodically generate a charge bill of the user for using the file signing service. For example, when the preset time is monthly, the charging device may automatically generate a monthly bill for the user to use the document signing service at regular intervals and transmit the monthly bill to the user, thereby achieving automatic generation of the bill for the document signing service.
