An embodiment of the present application provides a method for generating an alarm clock, which is applied to a system for generating an alarm clock, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the system for generating an alarm clock provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the system has at least 1 terminal S401 and a plurality of terminals C402. In the terminal S401, when the user sets an alarm clock, a contact member C (the same as the alarm clock group information in the above embodiment) that needs to be notified is set for the alarm clock, and after the alarm clock is set and stored, an information group sending function is triggered, and the alarm clock information is sent to the contact C in a certain format. This alarm information includes information of the alarm and a label identifying the alarm. In order to track the alarm handling situation of each distributed contact, the alarm information also comprises the marks of whether the transmission is successful, whether the alarm is already sounded, whether the alarm is sounded to be closed and the like, and whether the user selects a later reminding. Each time the alarm clock state of the terminal C402 changes, information is returned to the terminal S401, so that the terminal S401 summarizes the alarm clock states of all the terminals C402 in real time, and the terminal S401 as an administrator can know the current alarm clock state of all people at a glance.
In this embodiment, each terminal C may also be a function serving as a terminal S, if there are multiple terminals C, compared with C1, C2, C3, Cx … …, all may serve as functions such as setting of an alarm clock, alarm clock distribution, alarm clock management, and conversely, the terminal S may also receive alarm clock reminding distributed by others.

and step S10, the S terminal newly builds an alarm clock.
And starting a new alarm clock event in the S terminal, and setting alarm clock event description, ringing time, an alarm clock label, later reminding time length of the alarm clock and the like.
And step S11, after the alarm clock information is set at the S terminal, clicking a function of adding the contact person on the newly-built interface, and adding the contact person.
And adding a contact person to the newly created alarm clock interface in step S10, where the contact person may be a mobile phone contact person or a contact person in an instant messaging function existing in the alarm clock itself.
And step S12, the S terminal stores the alarm clock and sets the information of the alarm clock.
And step S13, after the contact person is added, clicking to save the contact person. The alarm information is then mass-sent to all the contacts that have just been added.
And step S21, the S terminal receives the alarm clock state returned by the C terminal and updates the displayed interface. If the alarm clock is successfully issued, updating the state of each terminal user where the alarm clock is located, wherein the states comprise: successful reception, ringing, shutdown, push-back alerts, etc.

And step S31, after the alarm clock information is received by the terminal C, analyzing the field information of the alarm clock through the inherent format of the information.
The field information includes: alarm clock event description, ringing time, alarm clock labels, later reminding time length of the alarm clock, etc., sending the alarm clock information to a database, and triggering a countdown event of the alarm clock. And returning information to the S terminal to inform that the alarm clock has been successfully received and correctly responded by the C terminal, and updating the state of the alarm clock in the C terminal to be 'successful reception' in the S terminal.
And step S32, the alarm clock of the C terminal rings.
And after the response time of the alarm clock, the alarm clock rings. When the alarm clock in the C terminal rings, the C terminal sends a message to the S terminal to inform the S terminal that the alarm clock has rings in the C terminal, and after the S terminal receives the message, the state of the alarm clock is updated to be a ringing state in the C terminal.
Step S33, ring alarm processing: the terminal C can select 'close' and 'push-to-remind'. When the alarm clock in the C terminal is turned off, the C terminal sends a message to the S terminal to inform the S terminal that the alarm clock is turned off in the C terminal, and after the S terminal receives the message, the state of the alarm clock is updated to be turned off in the C terminal; when the alarm clock in the C terminal is selected by the user to remind later, the C terminal sends a message to the S terminal to inform the S terminal that the alarm clock is reminded after being pushed in the C terminal, and after the S terminal receives the message, the state of the alarm clock is updated to be reminded after being pushed in the C terminal.
By the method and the system, the event reminding alarm clock can be set for a plurality of terminal users at the same time, the response conditions of the event alarm clock of the plurality of terminal users can be known in real time, roles such as an organization manager, a travel secretary and the like can conveniently track the response processing results of a plurality of contacts to the event alarm clock in real time, whether the contacts correctly execute the arrangement of the travel or not can be judged, the time cost of the activity organizer can be saved, and the management difficulty can be reduced.
