the input end of the checking and comparing module is connected with the first output end of the monitoring and maintaining module, the checking and comparing judgment is carried out on the maintenance data information and standard data information provided by a client site, and first checking and comparing information or second checking and comparing information is generated;
and the input end of the information updating module is connected with the first output end of the checking comparison module, the output end of the information updating module is connected with the input end of the database, and the information updating module directly stops working or updates the maintenance data information according to the first checking comparison information or the second checking comparison information, outputs the updated data information, transmits the updated data information back to the database and completes updating and storing of the database.

and if the checking and comparing module judges that the maintenance data information is inconsistent with the standard data information, the checking and comparing module generates second checking and comparing information, and the information updating module updates the maintenance data information according to the second checking and comparing information to generate updated data information.
