Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention provides a man-hour information synchronization method and device and electronic equipment.
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiment is only a part of the embodiment of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Before describing the man-hour information synchronization method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure in detail, an application scenario related to the embodiment of the present disclosure is briefly described.
Currently, in a vehicle claim settlement process, a vehicle loss assessment person or a maintenance technician usually determines labor hour information such as maintenance labor hour, labor hour cost and the like of a vehicle to be claimed according to past experience, and then performs vehicle insurance claim on the vehicle to be claimed based on the labor hour information determined by human experience.
For example, if there is a vehicle type a to be claimed at present and although there is no man-hour information on the vehicle type a in the industry at present, the man-hour information on the vehicle type a can be determined from the man-hour information on the vehicle type B if the mechanic or service technician determines that the vehicle type a is similar to the vehicle type B that has been previously touched (the man-hour information on the vehicle type B is known) from the past experience.
However, when the vehicle insurance claim is made by using this method, since the repair man-hour and man-hour cost are determined by the damage assessment personnel or the repair technician based on human experience, there is a possibility that the deviation between the determined repair man-hour and the actual repair man-hour and man-hour cost is large due to the influence of subjective factors, and thus the vehicle insurance claim is not reasonable.
Along with the above example, if there is a vehicle type a to be claimed (there is no relevant man-hour information about the vehicle type in the industry) at present, and the vehicle type is not touched by the damage assessment personnel or the service technician before the vehicle type is touched by the damage assessment personnel or the service technician, when determining the man-hour information such as the maintenance man-hour and the man-hour cost of the vehicle to be claimed, the different damage assessment personnel or the service technician may be influenced by the subjective factor, so that the determined maintenance man-hour is greatly deviated from the actual maintenance man-hour and the man-hour cost, and further, the vehicle insurance claim is not reasonable.
In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for synchronizing man-hour information, where an execution subject of the method may be, but is not limited to, at least one of a mobile phone, a tablet Computer, a Personal Computer (PC), and the like, which can be configured to execute the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, or an execution subject of the method may also be an operating system or an Application (APP), or an execution subject of the method may also be a server, and the like.
For the convenience of clearly describing the method provided by the first embodiment of the present invention, the following takes the execution subject of the method as an example, and details the method provided by the first embodiment of the present invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the execution subject of the method is a server, which is only an exemplary illustration and is not a specific limitation of the execution subject of the method.
The man-hour information synchronization method provided by the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a schematic flow chart for implementing the method for synchronizing labor-hour information according to the embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
in step S11, the server identifies a target vehicle of a vehicle type similar to the vehicle type to be claimed; wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle for which the man-hour information has been determined.
In step S12, the server determines the man-hour information of the vehicle to be claimed from the man-hour information of the target vehicle.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target vehicle similar to the vehicle model to be claimed can be understood as a vehicle having similar configuration information with the vehicle to be claimed, for example, a vehicle having a configuration of an engine of a similar model, a similar engine displacement, a similar transmission form and/or a similar transmission of a similar model with the vehicle to be claimed.
The man-hour information may include time and cost required for maintaining the vehicle, and for convenience of description, the man-hour information is hereinafter referred to as the man-hour information and the man-hour information, respectively.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the target vehicle similar to the vehicle type to be claimed can be identified through the following steps 21 to 22.
And step 21, the server acquires the configuration information of the vehicle to be claimed.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the server may determine the configuration information of the vehicle to be claimed by searching a preset vehicle type-configuration information database based on the key information of the vehicle to be claimed, which is input by the user.
For example, an input box may be displayed on the user interface, and when vehicle model information of a vehicle to be claimed, which is input in the input box by the user, is received, the server may be triggered to search the configuration information of the vehicle to be claimed from a preset vehicle model-configuration information database based on the received vehicle model information of the vehicle to be claimed, and return the configuration information to the user.
The preset vehicle type-configuration information database is used for storing configuration information corresponding to each vehicle type. The configuration information of the vehicle may include, for example, at least one of an engine model, an engine displacement, a transmission type, a transmission model, and the like corresponding to the vehicle.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the configuration information of the vehicle may represent information of all structural components of the vehicle, and is not limited to the above-mentioned exemplary components. In an alternative embodiment, for example, vehicle lights, vehicle doors, shock absorbers, suspension systems, brake systems, etc. may also be included.
Or, in order to avoid the situation that the configuration information search is inaccurate due to inaccurate input information, in an alternative embodiment, the configuration information of the vehicle to be claimed can be determined by identifying the picture of the vehicle to be claimed.
For example, when a user needs to obtain configuration information of a vehicle to be claimed, a picture of the vehicle to be claimed may be uploaded to the server, and after the server receives the picture of the vehicle to be claimed uploaded by the user, the server may identify a vehicle type of the vehicle to be claimed based on the picture, then search for configuration information of a vehicle corresponding to the vehicle type from a preset vehicle type-configuration information database based on the identified vehicle type, and return the configuration information to the user.
After the server obtains the configuration information of the vehicle to be claimed, the server may identify the target vehicle similar to the vehicle type of the vehicle to be claimed based on the configuration information of the vehicle to be claimed, step 22.
Alternatively, the configuration information of the vehicle for which the man-hour information is determined may be acquired, then, the similarity between the vehicle to be claimed and the vehicle for which the man-hour information is determined is calculated based on the configuration information of the vehicle for which the man-hour information is determined and the configuration information of the vehicle to be claimed, and then, the target vehicle of the vehicle type similar to the vehicle to be claimed is identified according to the similarity.
When the configuration information of the vehicle with the determined man-hour information is acquired, for example, the configuration information may be acquired by querying a preset full-size vehicle model database. The preset full-size vehicle model database may include configuration information and man-hour information of each vehicle for which the man-hour information is known.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the configuration information of the vehicle with the determined man-hour information and the configuration information of the vehicle to be claimed are obtained, the similarity between the vehicle to be claimed and the vehicle with the determined man-hour information can be calculated based on the configuration information of the vehicle with the determined man-hour information and the configuration information of the vehicle to be claimed.
Specifically, the similarity between the vehicle to be claimed and the vehicle for which the man-hour information has been determined can be determined by calculating the similarity between the respective identical components in the configuration information.
The same component refers to a component of the same type for achieving the same function, and for example, an engine in a vehicle to be claimed belongs to the same component as an engine in a vehicle for which the man-hour information has been determined.
For example, it is assumed that the configuration information of the vehicle to be claimed and the configuration information of the vehicle for which the man-hour information has been determined are as shown in the following tables 1, 2, respectively:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002730647660000081
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002730647660000082
In calculating the similarity between the two vehicles, the similarity between the engine EA211 of the vehicle to be claimed and the engine EA111 of the vehicle for which the man-hour information has been determined, and the similarity between the transmission (DSG double clutch) of the vehicle to be claimed and the transmission (DSG double clutch) of the vehicle for which the man-hour information has been determined may be calculated, respectively, and then weighted sum may be performed based on the two determined similarities, thereby obtaining the similarity between the two vehicles.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned manner for calculating the similarity is only an exemplary illustration of the embodiment of the present invention, and does not set any limit to the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, in view of the fact that in practical application, there may be a plurality of vehicles with determined man-hour information similar to the vehicle type of the vehicle to be claimed, in order to more accurately determine the man-hour information of the vehicle to be claimed, in an alternative embodiment, when the target vehicle similar to the vehicle type of the vehicle to be claimed is identified according to the similarity, the method further includes determining the vehicle with the determined man-hour information, of which the similarity with the vehicle to be claimed is not lower than the preset similarity threshold, as the target vehicle according to the similarity and the preset similarity threshold.
For example, assuming that the vehicles similar to the vehicle type to be claimed currently include three vehicles, namely a vehicle a, a vehicle B and a vehicle C, wherein the similarity between the vehicle a and the vehicle to be claimed is 52%, the similarity between the vehicle B and the vehicle to be claimed is 68%, the similarity between the vehicle C and the vehicle to be claimed is 93%, and the preset similarity threshold value is 70%, the target vehicle similar to the vehicle type to be claimed can be identified as the vehicle C.
After the steps are executed, and the target vehicle with the similar vehicle type to the vehicle to be claimed is determined, the man-hour information of the vehicle to be claimed can be determined according to the man-hour information of the target vehicle.
In the embodiment of the invention, for example, the man-hour information of the target vehicle can be directly used as a target, the man-hour information of the target vehicle is synchronized to the vehicle to be claimed and used as the man-hour information of the vehicle to be claimed, so that the target vehicle is similar to the vehicle to be claimed in type, and therefore, the deviation of the man-hour information of the target vehicle and the vehicle to be claimed is not too large, namely, when the man-hour information of the vehicle to be claimed is determined according to the man-hour information determined by the target vehicle, the error of the man-hour information can be controlled within a certain range, and the accuracy of the determined man-hour information is further ensured.
Specifically, the following steps 31 to 33 can be adopted to synchronize the man-hour information of the target vehicle to the vehicle to be claimed.
And step 31, determining the same parts of the target vehicle and the vehicle to be claimed based on the configuration information of the vehicle with the determined man-hour information and the configuration information of the vehicle to be claimed.
The same component refers to a component of the same type for achieving the same function, and for example, an engine in a vehicle to be claimed belongs to the same component as an engine in a vehicle for which the man-hour information has been determined.
And step 32, determining the man-hour information of the same part in the target vehicle.
Alternatively, the man-hour information of the component in the target vehicle may be obtained by querying a preset full-size vehicle model database.
And step 33, determining the labor hour information of the vehicle to be claimed based on the labor hour information of the same part in the target vehicle.
For example, after the man-hour information of the same component in the target vehicle is determined, the man-hour information of the same component in the target vehicle may be directly synchronized to the vehicle to be claimed as the man-hour information of the vehicle to be claimed.
Or, in order to avoid that the too large or too small man-hour information in the target vehicle affects the man-hour information of the vehicle to be claimed, in an optional implementation, too large or too small data in the man-hour information of the target vehicle may be filtered, and then the filtered data is averaged to be used as the corresponding man-hour information of the vehicle to be claimed.
It should be noted that the method for determining the man-hour information of the vehicle to be claimed is only an exemplary illustration of the embodiment of the present invention, and does not set any limit to the embodiment of the present invention.
In an alternative embodiment, if the labor hour information includes the maintenance labor hour and the labor hour cost, after the labor hour information of the vehicle to be claimed is determined according to the labor hour information of the target vehicle, the vehicle claim information of the vehicle to be claimed may be further determined based on the maintenance labor hour and the labor hour cost of the vehicle to be claimed.
The embodiment of the invention provides a man-hour information synchronization method, which is characterized in that a target vehicle with a vehicle type similar to that of a vehicle to be claimed is identified; wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle for which the man-hour information has been determined; the man-hour information of the vehicle to be claimed is determined according to the man-hour information of the target vehicle, so that the influence of subjective factors on the determination of the man-hour information by adopting artificial experience in the related technology can be avoided; on the other hand, because the target vehicle is similar to the vehicle type of the vehicle to be claimed, the error of the determined labor hour information can be controlled within a certain range, and the determined labor hour information is more accurate.
Example two
How the method provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied in practice is described below in combination with an actual scene.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an application flow of the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention in practice.
After the server receives the picture of the vehicle to be claimed uploaded by the user, the server can identify the configuration information of the vehicle to be claimed based on the picture: the engine model is EA211, the transmission model is DSG double clutch, the engine displacement is 1.5L, and the transmission is in a Macpherson independent suspension system.
After the configuration information of the vehicle to be claimed is identified, the preset full-size vehicle type database can be scanned to obtain the target vehicle with the same configuration information and the determined man-hour information.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, assuming that the obtained vehicles with the same configuration information and the determined man-hour information include 19 types of lavian 1.5L and 19 types of bayle 1.5L, the similarity between 19 types of lavian 1.5L and the vehicle to be claimed and the similarity between 19 types of bayle 1.5L and the vehicle to be claimed can be calculated respectively, and then the vehicle with the similarity to the vehicle to be claimed exceeding the preset similarity threshold value can be used as the target vehicle for determining the man-hour information of the vehicle to be claimed.
For example, if the similarity between 19 types of lavian 1.5L and the vehicle to be claimed is 70%, the similarity between 19 types of bailai 1.5L and the vehicle to be claimed is 90%, and the preset similarity threshold is 70%, the 19 types of bailai 1.5L may be used as the target vehicle, and the man-hour information of the vehicle to be claimed may be determined according to the man-hour information of the vehicle.
By adopting the man-hour information synchronization method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the target vehicle with the vehicle type similar to that of the vehicle to be claimed is identified; wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle for which the man-hour information has been determined; the man-hour information of the vehicle to be claimed is determined according to the man-hour information of the target vehicle, so that the influence of subjective factors on the determination of the man-hour information by adopting artificial experience in the related technology can be avoided; on the other hand, because the target vehicle is similar to the vehicle type of the vehicle to be claimed, the error of the determined labor hour information can be controlled within a certain range, and the determined labor hour information is more accurate.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the same idea, the above method for determining man-hour information according to the embodiment of the present invention further provides a device for determining man-hour information, as shown in fig. 5.
The man-hour information determination device includes: a target vehicle determination module 501 and a man-hour information determination module 502, wherein:
the target vehicle identification module 501 is used for identifying a target vehicle with a vehicle type similar to that of the vehicle to be claimed; wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle for which the man-hour information has been determined.

In an alternative embodiment, the target vehicle identification module 501 includes:
