Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the application and are not limiting of the application. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present application are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Before discussing exemplary embodiments in more detail, it should be noted that some exemplary embodiments are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the steps as a sequential process, many of the steps can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the steps may be rearranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a demand response method of an integrated service platform according to an embodiment of the present application, where the present embodiment is applicable to a case of invoking an application, and the method may be executed by a demand response device of the integrated service platform according to the embodiment of the present application, where the device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may be integrated in a platform such as an intelligent terminal for invoking an application.
As shown in fig. 1, the demand response method of the integrated service platform includes:
s110, acquiring application requirements of tenants; wherein the application requirements of the tenant comprise identity information of the tenant.
In this embodiment, the application requirement may be a requirement for construction of people, a requirement for shopping, a requirement for watching videos, a requirement for listening to music, and the like. It can be appreciated that a user can use various applications in the integrated services platform to meet his or her needs. For example, shopping applications can be used to make purchases to meet shopping needs.
In this embodiment, if the tenant is an individual, the identity information of the tenant may be an account name, a mobile phone number, an identity card number, or the like. The identity information of the tenant can determine the specific tenant. If the tenant is a business, a community, etc., the identity information of the tenant may be related information of the business or the community.
S120, determining a target service slice adaptive to the application requirement according to the identity information of the tenant; wherein the service slice is pre-configured on the integrated service platform.
In this embodiment, the target service slice may be an interface exposed by an application in the integrated services platform. For example, when the application requirement is a shopping requirement, the target service slice may be a commodity browsing interface, a commodity selection interface, a payment interface, or the like; when the application requirement is a film watching requirement, the target service slice can be a film and television browsing interface or a film and television playing interface.
In this technical solution, optionally, determining a target service slice adapted to the application requirement according to the identity information of the tenant includes:
determining the category of the tenant according to the identity information of the tenant;
and determining a target service slice which is matched with the application requirement in the belonged classification based on the belonged classification of the tenant.
In this embodiment, the belonging category may be a type of tenant. For example, some tenants have classes belonging to class a, while some tenants have classes belonging to class B, and for the same application requirement, the target application required by tenants of different classes cannot be used. For example, when the application demand is a shopping demand, some tenants pay more attention to the quality of the commodity, and some tenants pay more attention to the price of the commodity, the tenants paying attention to the quality of the commodity may be classified into a category and the tenants paying attention to the price of the commodity may be classified into a category.
As can be understood, for the same application requirement, the target service slice adapted to the application requirement in the category to which the tenant belongs is determined according to the category to which the tenant belongs. For example, when the tenant belongs to the category a, that is, the tenant with higher attention to the quality of the commodity, a target service slice with higher quality is provided for the tenant; when the tenants belong to the class B, namely the tenants which pay more attention to the price of the commodity, the target service slices with higher cost performance are provided for the tenants.
The method and the device have the advantages that the classes of the tenants are determined according to the identity information of the tenants, and the target service slices matched with the application requirements are determined according to the class information of the tenants, so that the constructed target application can better fit the tenant requirements, and the user experience is improved.
S130, constructing at least one target application and the designated resource of the target application according to the target service slice.
In this embodiment, the target application may be application software that operates on the internet or an intranet using a web browser. Is an application written in a web language (e.g., programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, Java, etc.), and needs to be run through a browser.
In this embodiment, the specified resource of the target application may be database data used by the target application. For example, when the target application is a shopping application, the designated resource of the target application may be various pictures or various words.
In this embodiment, at least one target application may be constructed from a target service slice. That is, some application requirements involve multiple aspects, requiring multiple target applications to be built from a target service slice. For example, when the target service slice is a commodity browsing interface, an application for purchasing commodities can be constructed according to requirements, and an application for tracking commodity order information can also be constructed.
In this embodiment, obtaining identity information of a tenant may obtain an application requirement of the tenant, and a target service slice adapted to the application requirement may be determined according to the application requirement of the tenant. It is understood that when the application requirements are different, the target service slice is also different. The service slices are pre-configured on the comprehensive service platform, and the service slices matched with the application requirements can be directly displayed according to different application requirements.
In this technical solution, optionally, after acquiring the application requirement of the tenant, the method further includes:
determining the access authority of the tenant according to the identity information;
correspondingly, according to the target service slice, at least one target application and the designated resource of the target application are constructed, including:
and constructing at least one target application according to the target service slice and the access authority of the tenant, and determining the designated resource of the target application.
In this embodiment, access rights may be a mechanism that restricts access to certain information items or certain controls based on the identity of the users in various predefined groups and their membership. Access control is typically used by system administrators to control user access to network resources (e.g., servers, directories, and files), and is typically implemented by granting users and groups access to particular objects.
It can be understood that some tenants have the authority to construct for each target application, and some tenants have no authority to construct. At least one target application can be constructed according to the target service slice and the access authority of the tenant, and the specified resource of the target application is determined. That is, it is first required to determine whether the tenant has an authority, and if so, at least one target application is constructed according to the target service slice, and the specified resource of the target application is determined.
The target application is constructed by determining the tenant permission, so that the target application which better accords with the tenant identity information can be constructed, the construction efficiency of the application is improved, and the experience of the tenant is improved.
And S140, responding to the application requirement based on the target application and the specified resource of the target application.
In this embodiment, the target service slice may be obtained based on the application requirement of the tenant, the target application and the specified resource of the target application may be constructed according to the target service slice, and then the application requirement may be responded based on the constructed target application and the specified resource of the target application to complete the application requirement.
In this technical solution, optionally, responding to the application requirement based on the target application and the specified resource of the target application includes:
determining whether the current target application is the last target application responding to the application requirement;
if not, after the execution of the current target application is finished, jumping to the next target application of the current target application through a jump function.
In this embodiment, the jump function may be a function for jumping between different applications. For example, there are three applications A, B and C, after the execution of application a is finished, the jump function can jump to application B to respond to the application requirement, and after the execution of application B is finished, the jump function jumps from application B to application C to continue responding to the application requirement. The jump sequence between different applications can be set according to the tenant requirements. For example, the execution order of the applications may be a to B to C, or a to C to B. Wherein, each application comprises a jump interface for receiving a jump request of a jump function.
In this embodiment, when responding to an application requirement, it is necessary to determine whether a current target application is a last target application, and if not, it is necessary to jump to a next target application through a jump function to continue responding to the application requirement.
By determining whether the current target application is the last target application and jumping between different applications through a jump function, the integrity of the execution of the target application can be ensured.
In this technical solution, optionally, after determining whether the current target application is the last target application responding to the application requirement, the method further includes:
if so, determining that the application demand response is completed.
In this embodiment, if the current target application is the last target application to which the application requirement responds, the response of the application requirement is completed after the current target application is executed.
By determining whether the current target application is the last target application, the application demand response integrity can be ensured, and the experience of the tenant is improved.
In this technical solution, optionally, the tenant includes an organization structure formed by at least one user node.
In this embodiment, the user nodes may be users of the same level. For example, a company may be a tenant, and there are managers and employees in the company, then the managers and employees may be two different user nodes. It is understood that each tenant includes at least one user node, and one user node contains at least one user.
By determining the organization structure of the user node, the application requirements of each tenant can be better completed, and the response capability of the application requirements is improved.
In this technical solution, optionally, the method further includes:
and if the application requirement is detected to be an organization architecture adjustment requirement, adjusting the organization architecture of the tenant.
In this embodiment, the integrated service platform obtains the application requirement of the tenant, detects the application requirement of the tenant, and adjusts the organization architecture of the tenant according to the application requirement of the tenant if it is detected that the application requirement is the organization architecture adjustment requirement. For example, when the tenant organization architecture consists of A, B and C user nodes, when it is detected that the application requirement is an organization architecture adjustment requirement, the organization architecture of the tenant may be adjusted according to the application requirement of the tenant. Namely, the tenant organization architecture can be adjusted into two user nodes A and B according to the application requirements of the tenant; the tenant organizational architecture may also be adjusted to A, B, C and D two user nodes.
By adjusting the organization architecture of the tenant according to the application requirements, various requirements of the tenant can be met, and the tenant experience is improved.
In this technical solution, optionally, adjusting the organization architecture of the tenant includes:
and adjusting the addition, deletion or modification of the user nodes in the organization structure.
In this embodiment, the user nodes in the organization structure may be adjusted to be added, deleted, or modified according to the detected application requirement. For example, the number of user nodes in the organization architecture may be adjusted from two to three, and from three to two.
By adjusting the organization architecture of the tenant according to the application requirements, various requirements of the tenant can be met, and the tenant experience is improved.
In this technical solution, optionally, adjusting the organization architecture of the tenant includes:
adding or deleting adjustments to a hierarchy of user nodes in the organizational structure; wherein each user node hierarchy includes at least one user node after addition or deletion.
In this embodiment, when the user node hierarchy in the organization structure is adjusted, it needs to be ensured that each user node hierarchy includes at least one user node. So as to ensure that the target application can be smoothly constructed and the application requirement is completed.
By adjusting the organization architecture of the tenant according to the application requirements, various requirements of the tenant can be met, and the tenant experience is improved.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, firstly, the application requirements of tenants are obtained, wherein the application requirements of the tenants comprise identity information of the tenants, then, the target service slices matched with the application requirements are determined according to the identity information of the tenants, the service slices are configured on the comprehensive service platform in advance, at least one target application and the designated resources of the target application are constructed according to the target service slices, and the application requirements are responded based on the target application and the designated resources of the target application. According to the technical scheme, the development efficiency of the comprehensive service platform is improved, the requirements of tenants can be met, and the experience of the tenants is improved.
