Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for detecting a penalty status according to an embodiment of the disclosure. The method may be performed by a penalty state detection apparatus, wherein the apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may be configured in an electronic device, typically a mobile phone or a tablet computer. The method for detecting the penalty state is suitable for a scene of quickly detecting the penalty condition of the account number of the user and/or the work issued by the user at the current moment. As shown in fig. 1, the method for detecting the penalty state provided by the present embodiment may include:
s101, receiving a first trigger operation for detecting the penalty state.
The penalty status may be understood as a penalty that is received by the user and has not ended, that is, a status of a penalty that the user receives at the current time, which may include an account penalty status of an account in which the user logs in and/or a work penalty status of a work issued by the user in the account. The first penalty operation may be any operation capable of instructing the electronic device to query the penalty currently suffered by the user, for example, a penalty state detection control may be set in a certain page of the application software, so that when the user wants to detect the own penalty state, the user may control the electronic device to switch the currently displayed page to the page provided with the penalty state detection control, and click the penalty state detection control in the page; correspondingly, when the electronic equipment monitors that the user clicks the penalty state detection control, the electronic equipment determines that the first trigger operation is received. Or, a gesture for instructing the electronic device to perform penalty state detection may be preset, so that the gesture may be executed when the user wants to detect the penalty state of the user; correspondingly, when the electronic device monitors that the user executes the gesture, the electronic device determines that the first trigger operation is received.
S102, responding to the first trigger operation, detecting a penalty state of a user, and displaying a penalty state detection page, wherein the penalty state comprises an account number penalty state, and each account number detection item in the account number penalty state and the current detection state of each account number detection item are displayed in a first display area of the penalty state detection page; and/or the punishment state comprises a work punishment state, and the second display area of the punishment state detection page displays the work detection items of the work punishment state and the current detection state of the work detection items.
The penalty state of the user may include an account penalty state and/or a work penalty state, and the penalty state includes the account penalty state and the work penalty state. The account number penalty state can be understood as a state of penalty suffered by the account number at the current time, and can be determined according to the account number penalty record of the user; the product penalty state can be understood as a state of penalty applied to the product issued by the user at the current time, and can be determined according to the product penalty record of each product issued by the user. The account detection items can be understood as detection items required to be detected when account status detection is performed, and the detection items can correspond to functions that the account may be restricted from being used due to illegal behaviors of the user, for example, the account detection items can be whether a login function is normal, a contribution function is normal, a comment function is normal, a private letter function is normal, a praise function is normal, a concern function is normal, a live broadcast function is normal, a user profile modification function is normal, or the account is limited. The work detection item can be understood as each work which needs to be detected when the work state detection is performed, all works issued by the user can be detected, or only the works issued by the user in the latest preset time period (for example, the latest month and the like) or the works issued by the user in the latest preset number (for example, 30 works and the like) can be detected, the works can be videos, audios, texts and the like, and the following description will take the works as the videos as an example. The current detection state can be understood as a detection condition of a detection item (an account detection item and/or a work detection item) at the current moment, such as to be detected, detecting or detecting completion.
Illustratively, when a first trigger operation is received, the electronic device detects a penalty state of the user according to a preset detection rule, displays a penalty state detection page, displays each account detection item in the account penalty state and a current detection state of each account detection item in a first display area 21 of the penalty state detection page, and displays each work detection item in the work penalty state and a current detection state of each work detection item in a second display area 22 of the penalty state detection page, as shown in fig. 2.
In this embodiment, in the process of detecting the penalty state, the detection progress of the penalty state may be displayed differently through a penalty state detection page, for example, a detection item that has been detected and is detected, a detection item that is being detected and a detection item that has not been detected are displayed through the penalty state detection page. In addition, the sub-detection results of the detection items which are detected and completed can be further displayed through the penalty state detection page, so that the user can know the penalty condition suffered by the user as soon as possible. At this time, preferably, the method for detecting the penalty state provided by this embodiment may further include: for each detection item, when the sub-punishment state of the detection item is detected, switching the current detection state of the detection item from a state to be detected to a state in which the detection item is detecting, wherein the detection item is an account detection item or a work detection item; and when the detection of the detection item is finished, switching the current detection state of the detection item from the detection-in-progress state to a sub-detection result of the detection item. The sub-detection result of a certain detection item can be understood as the detection result of the sub-penalty state of the detection item.
For example, when the penalty state detection page is initially displayed, the electronic device displays the current detection state of each detection item in the penalty state detection page as a state to be detected, sequentially detects each detection item according to a preset sequence (for example, according to a sequence from top to bottom of the display position of each video item, and the like), and when a certain detection item is detected, switches the detection state of the detection item to a detection-in-progress state (for example, an account detection item in fig. 2, whether the attention function is normal or not); when the detection of a certain detection item is completed, the detection state of the detection item is switched to the detection result of the detection item (for example, the account detection item located above the detection item with the normal or abnormal attention function in fig. 2).
S103, when the penalty state detection is finished, displaying the state detection result of the penalty state in the penalty state detection page.
When the penalty state includes an account penalty state and a work penalty state, the detection result of the penalty state may include an account state detection result (such as normal or abnormal) and a work state detection result (such as normal or optimized).
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a penalty state detection page when the account state detection result and the work state detection result are both normal, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a penalty state detection page when the account state detection result is abnormal and the work state detection result is normal, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a penalty state detection page when the account state detection result is normal and the work state detection result is optimizable, and fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a penalty state detection page when the account state detection result is abnormal and the work state detection result is optimizable. For example, the electronic device may determine the current state detection result according to the sub-detection results of each account detection item and each work detection item, and display the state detection penalty result in the penalty state detection page. For example, after the detection of each account detection item is completed, if the sub-detection results of each account detection item are normal, that is, if there is no account detection item whose sub-detection result is abnormal in each account detection item, the account status detection result is determined and displayed as normal, as shown in fig. 3 and 5; if the account detection item with the abnormal sub-detection result exists in the account detection items, the account state detection result is determined and displayed as abnormal, as shown in fig. 4 and 6. After the detection of each work detection item is completed, if the sub-detection results of each work detection item are normal, that is, if the sub-detection result is not the optimizable work detection item in each work detection item, determining and displaying the work state detection result as normal, as shown in fig. 3 and 4; if the sub-detection result in each work detection item is an account number detection item which can be optimized, the work state detection result is determined and displayed as being optimized, as shown in fig. 5 and 6.
In one embodiment, the displaying the status detection result of the penalty status in the penalty status detection page includes: and if the state detection result of the penalty state is that no penalty which is not ended exists, displaying the state detection result and at least one guide video item of the guide video in the penalty state detection page.
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when the state detection result of the penalty state is that there is no penalty that has not been ended, that is, when both the account state detection result and the work state detection result in the state detection result are normal, in addition to displaying the state detection result in the penalty state detection page, at least one guidance video item 23 of the guidance video may be further displayed, so that when the user performs an operation that triggers a certain guidance video item (e.g., clicks a display position of the guidance video item), the guidance video corresponding to the guidance video item is played, so as to improve the user's awareness of the platform. At this time, preferably, the method for detecting the penalty state provided by this embodiment may further include: when a fifth trigger operation acting on a target guide video item is received, playing a target guide video corresponding to the target guide video item, wherein the target guide video item is a guide video item corresponding to the fifth trigger operation. Here, the guidance video may be a video for improving the user's cognition on the platform, such as a video for improving the understanding of the user on account current limitation, and the present embodiment does not limit this.
The method for detecting a penalty state provided in this embodiment receives a first trigger operation for detecting a penalty state, detects a penalty state of a user in response to the first trigger operation, displays a penalty state detection page, displays, in a first display area of the penalty state detection page, each account detection item in the account penalty state included in the penalty state and a current detection state of each account detection item, and/or displays, in a second display area of the penalty state detection page, each work detection item in the work penalty state included in the penalty state and a current detection state of each work detection item, and displays, when the penalty state detection is completed, a state detection result in the penalty state detection page. By adopting the technical scheme, the fast query of the user penalty state can be realized, and the time consumed by the user for querying the penalty condition of the user at the current moment is reduced.
Fig. 7 is a schematic flowchart of another method for detecting a penalty status according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The solution in this embodiment may be combined with one or more of the alternatives in the above-described embodiments. Optionally, after the displaying the state detection result of the penalty state in the penalty state detection page, the method further includes: and when the click operation acting on the first display area is received, switching the current display page from the punishment state detection page to an account violation record page.
Optionally, the account violation record page includes a first sub-page for displaying a first account violation record whose penalty has not yet ended and a second sub-page for displaying a second account violation record whose complaint is successful, and the method further includes: when a second trigger operation acting on a display area of a first target account violation record is received, switching a current display page from an account violation record page to a violation penalty detail page of the first target account violation record, wherein the first target account violation record is a first account violation record corresponding to the second trigger operation; and/or when a third trigger operation acting on a display area of a second target account violation record is received, switching a currently displayed page from an account violation record page to a complaint progress page of the second target account violation record, wherein the second target account violation record is a second account violation record corresponding to the third trigger operation.

S203, when the penalty state detection is completed, displaying the state detection result of the penalty state in the penalty state detection page, and executing S204 or S207.
And S204, when the click operation acting in the first display area is received, switching the current display page from the penalty state detection page to an account violation record page, and executing S205 or S206, wherein the account violation record page comprises a first sub-page for displaying a first account violation record of which the penalty is not finished yet and a second sub-page for displaying a second account violation record of which the complaint is successful.
The first account violation record can be an account violation record which is received by the user and is not penalized to be ended; the second account violation record can be an account violation record corresponding to a penalty for successful complaint of the user; the account violation record may be understood as a violation record that penalizes the user's account.
In this embodiment, the account violation record page may include a first sub-page (as shown in fig. 8) for displaying a first account violation record and a second sub-page (as shown in fig. 9) for displaying a second account violation record, and may further include a third sub-page for displaying a third account violation record that is received by the user and has been penalized to be over. When other pages are switched to the account violation record page, the first sub-page, the second sub-page or the third sub-page may be displayed by default, specifically, the developer may set the display according to needs, and the default display of the first sub-page is taken as an example below; after the account violation record page is switched, the user can switch the sub-pages by triggering the corresponding controls of the respective pages or by sliding left and right.
As shown in fig. 8, one or more first account violation records 81 may be displayed in the first sub-page, and the first account violation records 81 may include a penalty measure, a violation reason, and an effective time of the penalty for the user account; in addition, when the penalty action is not a permanent penalty, the first account violation record 81 may further include an end time of the penalty, and when the user has made a complaint about the penalty made, the first account violation record 81 may further include a complaint status of the user, where the complaint status may be that the complaint is in progress or that the complaint fails, and the like. As shown in fig. 9, one or more second account violation records 91 may be displayed in the second sub-page, and the second account violation records 91 may include at least one of a penalty measure, a violation reason, an effective time of the penalty, and a complaint time for the user account.
Illustratively, when a user wants to view a specific penalty condition of an account, the user clicks a first display area of each account detection item and/or a sub-detection result of each account detection item with a penalty state displayed on the account in a penalty state detection page; when it is monitored that the user clicks the first display area, the electronic device switches the current display page from the penalty state detection page to an account violation record page, and can display each first account violation record of the user in the account violation record page, that is, display a first sub-page of the account violation record.
It is understood that the account violation record page may also include only one page for displaying the first account violation record, the second account violation record, and the third account violation record in their entirety, i.e., only one sub-page. In addition, when there is no first account violation record/second account violation record/third account violation record, the first sub-page/second sub-page/third sub-page may be a blank page, that is, no account violation record is displayed.
And S205, when a second trigger operation acting on a display area of a first target account violation record is received, switching the current display page from an account violation record page to a violation punishment detail page of the first target account violation record, and ending the operation, wherein the first target account violation record is a first account violation record corresponding to the second trigger operation.
The first account violation record is displayed in a first sub-page of an account violation record page, wherein the first account violation record has a corresponding display area, namely the first sub-page of the account violation record page comprises one or more display areas, and one first account violation record is displayed in each display area; correspondingly, the first target account violation record is the first account violation record displayed in the display area to which the action point in the first sub-page belongs by the second trigger operation.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the detailed information 101 of the first target account violation record may be displayed through a violation penalty detail page, where the detailed information 101 may include one or more of a nickname (i.e., a user name) of the user, the account, a violation reason, violation content, a penalty duration effective time, and an end time. In addition, when the penalty corresponding to the first target account violation record has a decapsulation (i.e., penalty removal) measure, the violation penalty detail page may further display a decapsulation measure 102 and an decapsulation control 103 for the penalty; when the penalty corresponding to the first target account violation record can be complained (e.g., when the user has not complained about the penalty), an account complaint control 104 can be further displayed in the violation details page.
Specifically, taking an example that a decapsulation control and an account complaint control are displayed in a violation record detail page, the electronic device displays a first sub-page of an account violation record page, and displays one or more first account violation records in the first sub-page; when a user wants to view detailed information of a certain first account violation record, clicking a display area of the first account violation record; correspondingly, when the electronic equipment monitors the clicking operation of the user, the first account violation record displayed in the display area to which the clicking position of the clicking operation belongs is used as a first target account violation record, the current display page is switched to a violation penalty detail page from the account violation record page, and the detailed information, the unsealing control and the account complaint control of the first target account violation record are displayed in the violation penalty detail page; when the user does not recognize the penalty corresponding to the first target account violation record and wants to apply the complaint, the user clicks the account complaint control in the violation penalty detail page, so that when the electronic equipment monitors that the user clicks the account complaint control, the electronic equipment can switch the current display page into an account complaint page corresponding to the first target account violation record, and the user can fill complaint information in the account complaint page to apply the complaint; when the user wants to remove the penalty through the deblocking measure displayed in the violation penalty detail page, the user clicks the deblocking control in the violation penalty detail page, so that when the electronic equipment monitors that the user clicks the deblocking control, the current display page can be switched to a corresponding deblocking page, and the user can remove the penalty through executing the corresponding deblocking measure in the deblocking page.
