Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a parameter display method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, including:
step 101, receiving an operation command of a user aiming at a first product.
The operation command may be a preset operation command for triggering the product parameter display, for example: the input command of the first product, the voice command of the voice lock of the first product, the double-click command of the double-click of the first product, etc. are not limited in this embodiment.
And 102, screening a second product with the similarity higher than a preset condition with the first product according to the operation command, and acquiring a plurality of historical parameter information of the second product.
The step 102 of filtering according to the operation command may be understood as triggering the step 102 of filtering by the operation command. In addition, the similarity with the first product may be obtained in advance, or calculated in real time when step 102 is performed. The similarity can be understood as the similarity of the type of the product, for example: the first products all have coding information, and codes can be preset to be matched from subjects 'class' to subjects 'sub-section' according to the generation rule of the codes (class-item-subject-section-sub-category-sub-item-sub-category), and the closer the matched subjects are to the subjects 'sub-section', the higher the similarity of the two products is.
The similarity may be a level-by-level matching degree of the product coding information, for example: the encoded information of the products is generated according to class-item-section-sub-class-sub-item-sub-section, and through the step-by-step comparison, the higher the level that the encoded information of the two products can be matched with, the closer the similarity is, for example: the code of the product A and the code of the product B can be matched with a subject section, and the code of the product A and the code of the product C can be matched with a subject sub-item, namely, the similarity between the product A and the product C is greater than the similarity between the product A and the product B.
The historical parameter information may be historical purchase price of the product, for example: the last historical purchase price, the average historical purchase price, the highest historical purchase price, the lowest historical purchase price, and the like of the second product.
And 103, sequencing the plurality of historical parameter information in a reverse time sequence to obtain a first historical parameter information sequence.
The first historical parameter information sequence may be obtained by sorting the historical purchase price data of the second product according to a reverse time sequence, for example: and taking the first 50 pieces, the first 100 pieces and the like of the historical purchasing price data of the second product which are sorted according to the time reverse order as a first historical parameter information sequence.
And 104, sequencing the plurality of historical parameter information parameters to obtain a second historical parameter information sequence.
Wherein, the second historical parameter information sequence may be a sort of the historical purchase price data of the second product by size, for example: and sorting the historical purchase price data of the second product according to size to serve as a second historical parameter information sequence.
And 105, determining the parameter information of the second product based on the first historical parameter information sequence and the second historical parameter information sequence, and displaying the parameter information of the second product.
The above-mentioned manner of determining the parameter information of the second product may be predetermined, for example: setting one or more parameter information in the first historical parameter information sequence and the second historical parameter information sequence in advance as parameter information of the second product to be displayed, for example, when the first 100 pieces of historical purchase price data of the second product which are sorted according to a reverse time sequence are taken as the first historical parameter information sequence, and the historical purchase price data of the second product are sorted according to size as the second historical parameter information sequence, the 25-quantile price, the median price, the 75-quantile price, the average price of the first historical parameter information sequence, the highest price and the lowest price of the second historical parameter information sequence can be set in advance as the parameter information of the second product, and the median price, the average price or other prices in the first historical parameter information sequence can also be set in advance as the parameter information of the second product; or presetting the mean value of all data in the first historical parameter information sequence or the second historical parameter information sequence as the parameter information display of the second product, and the like.
In addition, the parameter information of the second product shown above may be one or multiple, and this embodiment does not limit this.
In this embodiment, according to the operation command, a second product whose similarity to the first product is higher than a preset condition is screened, the parameter information of the second product is determined according to a plurality of historical parameter information of the second product, and the parameter information of the second product is displayed, so that the second product can be quickly determined and the parameter information of the second product can be displayed, thereby achieving the technical effect of improving the efficiency of displaying the parameter information of the product.
In addition, the displayed parameter information can be used as a reference for the parameter information of the first product, so that the condition that no information can be used for reference when the parameter information of the first product is needed can be avoided, and the accuracy of pre-estimation of the first product according to the reference information is improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, before step 102, the method further includes the following steps:
and 106, acquiring coding information of a plurality of products, wherein the plurality of products comprise the first product and the second product.
The encoding information may be obtained in advance, for example: the codes of the products are eight bits, each bit corresponds to a subject, the product codes are generated according to the rule of 'category-item-section-subclass-sub-item-sub-category-sub-section', the two products are matched from the code number of the subject 'category' (first bit) to the code number of the 'sub-section' (eighth bit), the higher the matched subject level is, the greater the similarity is, and the more similar the product price is.
And 107, comparing the coded information of the products, and calculating the similarity between the products and the first product by using a first formula according to the comparison result.
The above alignment may start from "class" of subjects to end with subjects with different code numbers, for example: the code of the product a is 26065658, the code of the product b is 26065539, and when the product a and the product b are compared, the comparison result of the product a and the product b is obtained from the coded subject class (the first digit) to the subject sub-item (the sixth digit).
Wherein, the first formula obtains a specific similarity value, for example: the similarity value between the products, the first formula, may be calculated according to the comparison result between the products.
In this embodiment, the specific similarity value is obtained by comparing the products according to the code information of the products, and the similar products of the products can be determined.
Optionally, in step 107, the first formula includes:
Figure BDA0002719184910000051
wherein a and b respectively represent a product a and a product b, sim (a, b) represents the similarity between the product a and the product b, i represents the subject i of the product coding information, ra,iAnd rb,iThe code number of the product a and the code number of the product b on the subject i are respectively shown, and k shows a first subject with different code numbers between the product a and the product b.
For example: to find the product with the highest similarity of product a, the code of product a is 26065658, the code of product b is 26065539, the code of product c is 26078566, the code of product d is 26065096, the code of product b and product d and the code of product a can reach the fifth bit (subclass), and the code of product c and the code of product a can only match the third bit (order), then the similarities of product b and product d with product a respectively are calculated, the first formula is substituted, k is the sixth bit (subitem), sim (a, b) ═ 1, and sim (a, d) ═ 1, namely, product b and product d are both similar products of product a.
Here, the product a represents the first product, the product b belongs to the third product, and the similarity between each product in the third product and the first product can be calculated by using the first formula.
In this embodiment, the calculation of the first formula can obtain a specific similarity value between the similar product of the product and the product.
Optionally, step 102 may include:
screening a third product which has higher similarity with the first product than other products, wherein the third product comprises M products which have higher similarity with the first product than other products, M is a positive integer, and the other products are products except the M products in the plurality of products;
and screening the second product with the highest similarity score with the first product in the third products.
Wherein the parameter M represents the number of the third products, for example: if M is preset to be 5, 5 products are screened out, and the similarity between the 5 products and the first product is higher than the similarity between other products except the 5 products and the first product.
Wherein, the similarity score can further screen the selected third product, for example: and ranking the third products through the similarity scores, wherein the product with the highest similarity score can be used as the second product.
In this embodiment, a second product can be quickly determined by screening a third product having a higher similarity to the first product than the other products, and then screening the second product having the highest similarity score to the first product among the third products.
Optionally, the screening the second product with the highest similarity score with the first product in the third products includes:
calculating a similarity score for the third product according to a second formula;
and sequencing the similarity scores of the third products according to the height, and determining a second product with the highest similarity score in the third products.
Wherein, the second formula can calculate the similarity score between products, for example: and after the similarity between each product in the third products and the first product is obtained according to the first formula, screening to obtain a nearest neighbor collection of each product, and calculating the similarity score of each product in the third products by using the second formula according to the nearest neighbor collection.
In the embodiment, the similarity score of the third product is calculated according to a second formula, the second product with the highest similarity score in the third product is determined, and the nearest neighbor set of the similar products is used as a screening basis, so that the accuracy of displaying the parameter information can be improved.
Optionally, the second formula includes:
Figure BDA0002719184910000071
wherein b and v represent respectively product b and product v, product b belonging to said third product, Pb,CRepresenting the similarity score of product b, C representing the set of nearest neighbors of product b, RvRepresents the score value of product v, and sim (b, v) represents the similarity of product b to product v.
The nearest neighbor set of the product b may be a set of a plurality of products screened according to product numbers and having the highest similarity with the product b, for example: screening out a third product with the highest similarity to the first product a according to the method, wherein the third product comprises a product b, a product C and a product d, and respectively obtaining nearest neighbor collections C of the product b, the product C and the product db、CcAnd CdThen, according to the second formula, respectively calculating:
Figure BDA0002719184910000072
and
Figure BDA0002719184910000073
the score value of the product may be obtained in advance, for example: nearest neighbor set C of product bbIncluding product e, product f and product g, calculating similarity score P of product bb,CThen, the score value R of the product e is obtainedeProduct f score value RfAnd the score value R of product ggThe second formula is substituted into the second formula for calculation, and the second formula can perform weighted average on the score value of each product in the nearest neighbor set.
And calculating the similarity score of each product in the third products by the second formula to obtain a second product with the highest similarity score in the third products.
In the embodiment, the second product with the highest similarity score is selected from the products with close similarity, and the nearest neighbor set of the similar products is used as the screening basis, so that the accuracy of the parameter information can be improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a parameter display method provided in an embodiment of the present application, applied to a project management system, as shown in fig. 3, including the following steps:
and step 301, inputting a target product.
The target product can be input by a user, and the user confirms the target product.
And 302, acquiring a product code of the target product, and screening the product according to the product code.
After acquiring the corresponding product input by the user, transmitting the corresponding province and city information and the coding information of the product to a screening link for product screening.
The product screening process specifically comprises the following two steps:
and step 3021, screening a plurality of products with the highest similarity among the target products.
According to the generation rule of the codes (class-item-section-subclass-sub-item-sub-section), firstly matching the codes one by one according to the principle of similar price of similar articles, and if products with the same code number exist in the same subject, then matching the codes in the previous stage. And obtaining a plurality of products with the highest matching grade with the target product through step-by-step comparison, wherein the plurality of products are the products with the highest similarity with the target product. And calculating the product similarity according to the following formula:

And step 303, processing the data of the screened products after the products are screened.
Wherein, the data processing comprises the following steps:
step 3031, historical purchasing data of products is obtained.
3032, arranging the historical purchasing data in a reverse order according to the time sequence, taking the first 100 to calculate the average value, and simultaneously calculating the 25-quantile price, the median price and the 75-quantile price.
And 3033, sorting the historical purchasing data according to unit prices according to the height, and obtaining a maximum value and a minimum value.
And step 304, after the data processing is finished, displaying the recommended price of the target product in the project management system.
Wherein the recommended price is selected from reference prices of products, such as: 25 quantile prices, median prices, 75 quantile prices, average prices, maximum prices, and minimum prices.
