the power assembly comprises an air cylinder (18), a first branch pipe (19), a piston (17), an eccentric wheel (16), a rotating shaft (15), two first bearings, two paddles (14) and two second branch pipes (20), the air cylinder (18) is fixed below a connecting box (11), the upper part of the air cylinder (18) is communicated with the bottom of the connecting box (11) through the first branch pipe (19), the two second branch pipes (20) are respectively communicated with the two sides of the air cylinder (18), the piston (17) is arranged in the air cylinder (18), the piston (17) is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the air cylinder (18), notches are arranged below the air cylinder (18), the first bearings are in one-to-one correspondence with the water drainage pipes (10), the paddles (14) are in one-to-one correspondence with the water drainage pipes (10), and the paddles (14) are arranged in the water drainage pipes (10), the two ends of the rotating shaft (15) are fixedly connected with the two paddles (14) respectively, a through hole is formed in the drain pipe (10), the rotating shaft (15) penetrates through the through hole, the first bearing is fixed on the drain pipe (10), the rotating shaft (15) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the first bearing, the eccentric wheel (16) is fixed on the rotating shaft (15), and the periphery of the eccentric wheel (16) is abutted against the lower portion of the piston (17);

the cleaning unit comprises a scraper (24) and a hinged rod (23), the scraper (24) is abutted against the upper part of the filter screen (13), and two ends of the hinged rod (23) are respectively hinged with the lower part of the connecting plate (22) and the upper part of the scraper (24);
the connecting unit includes connecting rod (26) and connection rope (25), the one end of two connecting rods (26) respectively with the both sides fixed connection of the below of extension board (4), spring (5) are in compression state, the below of fixed box (2) is equipped with two first apertures, the top of main part (1) is equipped with two second apertures, first aperture and second aperture one-to-one, first aperture and connecting rod (26) one-to-one, the other end of connecting rod (26) passes first aperture and the inside of second aperture setting in main part (1) in proper order, the both ends of connecting rope (25) respectively with the below of even board (22) and the other end fixed connection of connecting rod (26).
