As shown in fig. 1, on the basis of the above embodiment, the cutting part, the cleaning part, the drying part, the cleaning part, and the mechanical part of the present embodiment are respectively provided with an external housing structure and an internal working mechanism, where the housing structure is fixed on the knife box of the knife ring part and is used to provide a support, a mounting platform, or a container for the internal working mechanism, and the working mechanism is provided with a mechanism device capable of realizing the function according to different functional divisions of the above components. Taking the cleaning part as an example: the external shell structure is a cleaning bin which is fixedly connected with the knife box and forms a closed cavity, the knife belt passes through the cavity, and the circulating water system, the rotating brush and other working mechanisms clean the knife belt.
It should be finally noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the same, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to examples, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications and equivalents may be made to the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, and they are all encompassed in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. A sampling device special for Mongolian medicine inspection and detection is characterized in that:
the sampling device comprises a cutting ring part, a cutting part, a dirt cleaning part, a drying part, a toxin cleaning part and a mechanical part;
the cutter ring part is circular and annular and comprises a cutter belt, a cutter box and an assembly part, wherein the cutter belt is of a closed annular structure formed by a cutter blade with an upward cutting edge and a vertical cutter body in a surrounding way, the cutter box is of an envelope structure which is formed outside the cutter belt and surrounds the cutter belt along a circle and is provided with an annular cavity, the cutter belt is arranged in the cutter box by the assembly part, the assembly part adopts any one of a sliding rail, a sliding chute, a chain wheel system and a gear system, and the assembly part is used for realizing movable connection of the cutter belt in the cutter box;
the mechanical part is used for supporting, assembling, fixing and driving the cutting ring part and comprises a frame and a driving system, the frame is of a frame structure, the bottom of the frame is provided with casters, the frame is provided with a plurality of supporting rods, and the cutting ring part, the cutting part, the dirt cleaning part, the drying part, the dirt cleaning part and the driving system are fixedly assembled on the frame through the supporting rods; the driving system is arranged on the cutting ring part and comprises a power source, a transmission assembly and an execution part, wherein the power source adopts any one of a hydraulic driving device or an electric driving device, the transmission part adopts any one of a gear mechanism, a connecting rod mechanism, a chain mechanism, a belt transmission, a ball screw and a worm gear, and the execution part adopts any one of a gear mechanism, a chain mechanism, a compression roller mechanism and a rubber wheel mechanism;
the cutting part is arranged on the cutting ring part and used for cutting medicinal materials and collecting medicinal material slices, and comprises a cutting frame, a cutting table, a pressing table and a collecting bin; the cutting frame is fixedly connected with the cutter box and is used for supporting, assembling the cutting table, the pressing table and the collecting bin; the cutting table is a supporting surface arranged on two sides of the cutter belt, the pressing table is a pressing surface hinged to one end of the cutting frame, and the pressing table and the cutting table are used for pressing, controlling and limiting medicinal materials to force the medicinal materials to approach to the cutting edge of the cutter belt so as to cut the medicinal materials; the collecting bin is arranged on the inner side of the ring of the cutting ring part, is in a cylinder shape from top to bottom, and is provided with a receiving disc at the bottom;
the cleaning part is arranged on the cutting ring part and used for scraping or brushing dirt and sundries on the cutter belt, the cleaning part is provided with a cleaning device which comprises a scraping plate and a rolling brush, the cleaning device is propped against the cutter belt, and the cleaning device is provided with a motor which drives the scraping plate and the rolling brush to operate;
the cleaning part is arranged on the cutting ring part and used for flushing and flushing the cutter belt, the cleaning part is provided with a circulating water system, a rotary brush and a cleaning bin, the cleaning bin is provided with a closed cavity and is fixed on the cutter box, the cutter belt passes through the cleaning bin, and a plurality of rubber pads and/or rubber rings are arranged at the contact part of the cutter belt and the cleaning bin; the circulating water system comprises a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a filtering device and a water pump, and the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are respectively communicated with the cleaning bin; the rotary brush is connected with the inner wall of the cleaning bin in a shaft way and is contacted with the cutter belt, the water outlet direction of the water inlet pipe is opposite to the rotary brush, and the water flow of the water inlet pipe can drive the rotary brush to rotate;
the drying part is arranged on the cutting ring part and is used for drying the cutter belt;
the toxin-removing part is arranged on the cutting ring part and is used for disinfecting and sterilizing the cutter belt;
the scraping plate and the rolling brush are arranged at the middle upper part of the knife belt, the top ends of the scraping plate and the rolling brush are higher than the upper edge of the knife belt, and the scraping plate and the rolling brush cover the knife belt and the knife body part below the knife edge for cutting; the scraping plate and the rolling brush are obliquely arranged, and the scraping plate and the rolling brush are obliquely oriented towards the cutter belt.
2. The sampling device for Mongolian medicine inspection and detection according to claim 1, wherein:
the assembly component comprises a slide rail, guide wheels and a pressing wheel, wherein the slide rail is arranged on the cutter belt, the guide wheels are provided with a pair of guide wheels which are fixedly arranged on the cutter box, the pressing wheel is fixedly arranged on the cutter box, and the pressing wheel and the guide wheels are respectively assembled and connected with the slide rail.
3. The sampling device for Mongolian medicine inspection and detection according to claim 2, wherein:
the actuating component is a guide wheel and a pinch roller in the assembly component, the power source and the transmission component drive the guide wheel and the pinch roller to rotate, and the guide wheel and the pinch roller drive the cutter belt to rotate.
4. A sampling device for Mongolian medicine inspection and detection according to claim 3, wherein:
the guide wheel and the pinch roller are rubber wheels.
5. The sampling device for Mongolian medicine inspection and detection according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein:
the cutting table is fan-shaped, one end of the top of the fan-shaped cutting table is hinged to the same side position where the pressing table and the cutting frame are hinged, a torsion spring is arranged at the hinged position of the cutting table and the cutting frame, and the torsion spring is used for forcing the cutting table to rotate upwards until the cutting table covers the cutter band when no external force acts on the cutting table.
6. The sampling device for Mongolian medicine inspection and detection according to claim 5, wherein:
the pressing table is provided with a handle.
