The invention discloses a method for calculating colors required by a touch screen in a touch display system, which comprises the steps of measuring the chromatic value of the display screen by a measuring instrument under the condition that the target chromatic value of the touch display screen system is known through a self-designed method for calculating the chromatic value of the touch screen, and obtaining the chromatic value required by the touch screen through addition and subtraction operation by introducing chromatic difference values delta L, delta a and delta b, thereby providing accurate data guidance for the design and specific production of a film system of the touch screen; the method replaces the extensive method that in the prior art, membrane system design software is used for building a touch screen membrane system in advance in a blind mode, then verification is carried out through simulation of optical structure design software, and the target chromaticity value is gradually approached through repeated adjustment, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved, the useless occupation of the design software is reduced, and the enterprise cost is reduced to a certain extent.
