step three, weld the packet and measure and prepare: cleaning welding slag, slurry and other pollutants on the surfaces of the welding ladle (2) to be detected and the reinforcing steel bars (1) on two sides, and ensuring that the welding ladle (2) to be detected is clean;
and step four, opening the protective shell (3), enabling the arc-shaped part (14) to be attached to a track in the circular rail assembly (15), holding the handheld part by a hand in the measuring process, extruding the welding packet (2) to be detected, horizontally observing the specific position of the pointing range of the pointer (13), estimating and reading one bit, recording a numerical value, then pushing the handheld part to slide along the circular rail, and measuring and recording the measured value for multiple times.
