Further, in order to take account of different models of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, in this embodiment, the thickness of the body portion 1 is set to be greater than 0.75mm, so as to meet the carrying strength requirements of different models of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and prevent the outdoor unit of the air conditioner from being damaged due to falling off of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner caused by breakage of the handle structure in the carrying process of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
Further, in order to prevent the hands from being taken off when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is transported, in this embodiment, the protruding height of the handle part 2 on the body part 1 is greater than 28mm, wherein the protruding height of the handle part 2 on the body part 1 is the distance between the top plate 24 and the outer surface of the body part 1, so as to facilitate the transportation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and the hands can be prevented from being taken off during the transportation, which causes the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to fall off and damage.
It can be understood that, since the handle structure is used in an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, that is, the handle structure is in an outdoor environment for a long time, that is, in this embodiment, the surface of the handle structure is coated with a rust-proof and corrosion-proof material in a spraying manner, so as to prevent the handle structure from rusting or being corroded, thereby prolonging the service life of the handle structure and ensuring the uniformity of the appearance of the handle structure.
Further, since the handle structure is used for an air conditioner outdoor unit, that is, in order to facilitate the outgoing of the air conditioner outdoor unit, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the handle structure further includes a wire passing portion 4, the wire passing portion 4 is disposed on the body portion 1, and the wire passing portion 4 protrudes out of the outer surface of the body portion 1, wherein the handle portion 2 and the wire passing portion 4 are disposed along the length direction of the body portion 1. That is, a wire of the outdoor unit may pass through the crossover part 4 and extend to the outside thereof, and for example, a power line of the outdoor unit may pass through the crossover part 4 and be connected to an external power supply device.
Specifically, the handle structure further includes a wire passing hole 5 disposed on the body 1 and penetrating through the inner surface and the outer surface, the wire passing portion 4 includes a wire passing plate 41, three surrounding plates 42 and a vertical plate 43, the wire passing plate 41 is connected to the outer surface and located on one side of the wire passing hole 5 close to the bottom 12, the three surrounding plates 42 are all connected to the outer surface, one of the surrounding plates 42 is located on one side of the wire passing hole 5 close to the top 11, the other two surrounding plates 42 are located between the wire passing plate 41 and one of the surrounding plates 42, the vertical plate 43 is used for connecting the wire passing plate 41 and the three surrounding plates 42, and the vertical plate 43 is disposed opposite to the wire passing hole 5, that is, the wire passing plate 41, the three surrounding plates 42 and the vertical plate 43 surround to form the wire passing portion.
The top portion 11 and the bottom portion 12 are provided in a direction relative to the direction shown in fig. 1 to facilitate description of the technical solution of the present embodiment, and are not limited to the position of the body portion 1 and the wire passing portion 4, for example, in other embodiments, the wire passing plate 41 is located on a side of the wire passing hole 5 close to the top portion 11, and one of the enclosing plates 42 is located on a side of the wire passing hole 5 close to the bottom portion 12, and is not limited herein.
Further, the main body 1 and the crossover portion 4 are of an integral structure, for example, the main body 1 and the crossover portion 4 are integrally cast and molded in a mold; alternatively, the main body 1 and the crossover portion 4 may be formed by integral press molding.
Of course, in another embodiment, the main body 1 and the crossover portion 4 may be separate structures, and in this case, the crossover portion 4 is connected to the main body 1.
Further, in order to facilitate the integral molding of the main body 1 and the crossover portion 4, a joint between the main body 1 and the crossover portion 4 is formed in an arc shape, so that the main body 1 and the crossover portion 4 are smoothly transitioned, the molding speed is faster, and the joint between the main body 1 and the crossover portion 4 can be reinforced.

When the air conditioner outdoor unit is not provided with an outgoing line, a rubber plug or a wire passing protection pipe, the cover plate 7 is separated from the wire passing plate 41, that is, a knock-off hole is formed among the wire passing plate 41, the via hole 44, the connecting rib 6 and the cover plate 7, so that insects, mice and the like are prevented from passing through the via hole 44 and entering the air conditioner outdoor unit.
Further, in order to make the via hole 44 be convenient for install the plug additional or install the line protection tube additional, in this embodiment the aperture of via hole 44 is 22.2 mm.
Further, since the handle part 2 and the wire passing part 4 are disposed along the length direction of the main body part 1, and the handle part 2 is a force applying position of a user, that is, in order to avoid the occurrence of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the distance between the vertical plate 43 and the outer surface of the main body part 1 is greater than the distance between the top plate 24 and the outer surface of the main body part 1, thereby ensuring an electrical safety distance.
Optionally, a distance between the vertical plate 43 and the outer surface of the body portion 1 is a protrusion height of the wire passing portion 4 on the body portion 1, wherein the distance is greater than or equal to 35 mm.
Further, since the handle portion 2 is made of metal, the outer surface thereof is smooth, that is, the risk of sliding left and right during transportation is easy to occur, that is, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 4 or fig. 5, the handle structure in this embodiment further includes a reinforcing portion 8, and the reinforcing portion 8 is disposed between the handle portion 2 and the wire passing portion 4 to prevent the outdoor unit of the air conditioner from sliding out from left or right during transportation.
Optionally, the reinforcement 8 is a stiffener. Since the handle part 2 is significantly stressed, that is, in order to prevent the deformation or fracture of the body part 1 between the handle part 2 and the wire passing part 4, the handle structure is prevented from being deformed or fractured by providing the reinforcing rib to increase the strength of the entire handle structure in the present embodiment.
