Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of thermal management of new energy automobile power batteries, and discloses a sealing joint of a liquid cooling pipeline and a power battery pack. The invention also discloses a mounting structure of the sealing joint of the liquid cooling pipeline and the power battery pack. The sealing joint of the liquid cooling pipeline and the power battery pack and the mounting structure thereof effectively solve the problem of sealing performance of the liquid inlet and outlet joint of the liquid cooling pipeline and the battery pack box body, and have the advantages of high connection reliability and simple processing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of thermal management of power batteries of new energy vehicles, in particular to a sealing joint of a liquid cooling pipeline and a power battery pack and an installation structure thereof.
Background
The cooling modes of the power battery pack are various, such as air-cooled natural cooling, cooling liquid circulation cooling and refrigerant cooling, and the liquid-cooled battery pack cooling technology is the most mainstream at present and is also applied most. This involves problems with sealing and connection of water connections through the battery compartment, as the coolant needs to circulate in the tubes inside and outside the battery compartment. At present, the connecting joints in the industry have various forms, such as plastic injection molding connecting joints and machining aluminum joints, and due to factors of design or materials, defects such as poor sealing performance or insufficient durability and reliability can be generated more or less. Meanwhile, there are also the following problems:
1. the connection problem of the liquid cooling pipeline and the battery pack box body is mainly that the liquid cooling pipeline is connected with the inside and the outside of the battery pack box body;
2. the liquid cooling pipeline and the battery pack box body are fixed;
3. the production and installation of the client are difficult to install and the industrial production is difficult to realize.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a sealing joint of a liquid cooling pipeline and a power battery pack and a mounting structure thereof, effectively solves the problem of sealing performance between a liquid inlet and outlet joint of the liquid cooling pipeline and a battery pack box body, and has the advantages of high connection reliability and simple processing.
In order to achieve the purpose, the sealing joint of the liquid cooling pipeline and the power battery pack comprises an integrated joint body, wherein a first interface and a second interface are respectively arranged at two ends of the integrated joint body, the integrated joint body is hollow, so that the first interface and the second interface are communicated, a third interface communicated with the inside is arranged in the middle of the integrated joint body, and a temperature sensor is arranged on the third interface.
Preferably, the integrated joint body is sleeved with a flange sealing disc.
Preferably, the flange sealing disk is provided with at least two fastening bolts, and the nut sides of the fastening bolts are injected into the flange sealing disk.
Preferably, the inner diameter of the first connector is 12-14 mm, the inner diameter of the second connector is the same as that of the first connector, and the inner diameter of the third connector is 15 mm.
Preferably, the integrated joint body, the flange sealing disc and the fastening bolts are formed as an integral part by an injection molding process.
Preferably, the outer side surface of the flange sealing disc is provided with a circle of oval-shaped groove, and the oval-shaped groove is provided with a rubber sealing gasket.
Preferably, the oval groove is 3mm wide and 3mm deep.

3. simple and easy processing and manufacturing process, easy installation and convenient realization of industrial production.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sealing joint for a liquid cooling pipeline and a power battery pack of the invention comprises an integrated joint body 1, wherein a first interface 2 and a second interface 3 are respectively arranged at two ends of the integrated joint body 1, the integrated joint body 1 is hollow so that the first interface 2 is communicated with the second interface 3, a third interface 4 communicated with the inside is arranged in the middle of the integrated joint body 1, and a temperature sensor 5 is arranged on the third interface 4.

The sealing joint of the liquid cooling pipeline and the power battery pack and the mounting structure thereof effectively solve the problem of the sealing performance between the liquid inlet and outlet joint of the liquid cooling pipeline and the battery pack box body; the reliability of the connection between the liquid inlet and outlet joints of the liquid cooling pipeline and the battery pack box body is improved; in addition, the method is easy to install and convenient to realize industrial production through a simple and easy machining and manufacturing process.
