5. The device of claim 3, wherein:
the relation between h1 and h2 is satisfied: h1/h2 is more than or equal to 1.5 and less than or equal to 3; and/or the root section (1) is of an equal thickness construction and has a thickness h 1.

the width of the waist section (2) is also set to 1.2 ≦ b1/b2 ≦ 2.5.
9. The device of claim 6, wherein:
the root section (1) is of an equal-width structure, and the head section (3) is of an equal-width structure.
10. A compressor, characterized by: the device for limiting the movement of a valve plate of any of claims 1-9, further comprising a valve plate, the device for limiting the valve plate being attached to the valve plate to limit the movement of the valve plate.
