The energy consumption standard of the refrigerator is higher and higher in the market, and the energy efficiency of the silencer needs to be improved to improve the performance of the compressor so as to achieve the energy consumption standard of the refrigerator.

The structure of the silencer will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1; the silencer comprises an upper shell 1 and a lower shell 2 which are combined together to form a closed structure, the interiors of the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2 are divided into a first expansion cavity 28 and a second expansion cavity 27 which are connected in series through a partition plate, the volumes of the two expansion cavities are set according to a certain proportion, and the volume proportion of the inner cavities is about 2:1, so that the silencing effect on different frequency sections is achieved.

The second communication pipe 34 is used to lead out the suction air in the first expansion chamber 28. And filter screens 22 for filtering impurities are arranged at the inlets of the two communicating pipes, and the filter screens 22 are square and need to be welded.
As shown by the line segment with an arrow in fig. 1, the gas flow enters the first communicating pipe 33 from the gas inlet 25, part of the gas is sent to the second expansion chamber 27 through the gas inlet 31, is partially silenced in the second expansion chamber 27, is sent to the first expansion chamber 28 through the gas inlet 31, is subjected to secondary silencing treatment, and is finally led out through the second communicating pipe 34.
The first communicating pipe 33 is designed into a U-shaped structure, the length of the communicating pipe can be adjusted to the maximum extent, the natural frequency of the air column is the same as or close to the running frequency of the compressor, the frequency resonates, and the air displacement is improved.

In some embodiments, a muffler is provided on a cylinder head of the compressor.
The silencer can also be arranged at other positions of the compressor, and only the suction gas is conveniently led into the cylinder, so that the silencing effect can be achieved.
In some embodiments, the suction port of the compressor communicates with the inlet 25 of the muffler, and the outlet 26 of the muffler communicates with the inlet of the air chamber of the compressor.
