The high-pressure water flow sprayed out by the nozzle 51 can provide power-assisted rotation for the drill bit body 1, so that the drill bit body 1 can rotate again on the basis of the original rotation torque, and the function of power-assisted rotation of the drill bit body 1 is realized. The number of the reverse spraying mechanisms 5 is plural and all arranged on the outer circumference of the drill bit body 1. The pressure or flow rate of the pumping water can be controlled, and thus the magnitude of the rotational driving force to the bit body 1 can be controlled.
Specifically, the inner diameter of the jet orifice of the nozzle 51 is 6-12mm, and the nozzle 51 is made of cemented carbide material.
As a specific embodiment of the PDC drill bit with the booster rotary excitation function provided by the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the first fixing blocks 43 are all disposed on the inner side surfaces of the sliding blocks 42, and the first fixing blocks 43 on the sliding blocks 42 enclose a circle; the second fixing blocks 44 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the drill bit body 1, when the excitation assembly 45 is not started and the sliding block 42 is fixed relative to the circular sliding rail 41, the bearing mechanism 3 can drive the drill bit body 1 to rotate, and the first fixing blocks 43 and the second fixing blocks 44 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence and have the same interval. The first fixing block 43 and the second fixing block 44 are all made of cemented carbide.
As a specific embodiment of the PDC drill bit with the booster rotary excitation function provided by the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 4, a plurality of limiting members 46 are disposed on the outer circumference of the circular sliding rail 41, and when the sliding block 42 slides in the circular sliding rail 41, the sliding block 42 can be limited by means of the limiting members 46, and the number of the limiting members 46 is greater than that of the sliding block 42. Through pushing the limiting piece 46, the sliding block 42 can be limited and fixed on the circular sliding rail 41, the supporting mechanism 3 can drive the excitation mechanism 4, the excitation mechanism 4 excites the drill bit body 1, and meanwhile, the drill bit body 1 rotates on the rotating mechanism 2.
Specifically, the limiting member 46 is a jackscrew, and the jackscrew passes through the outer wall of the circular slide rail 41 and can push the outer side of the sliding block 42, so that the sliding block 42 is limited in the circular slide rail 41.
As a specific embodiment of the PDC drill bit with the booster rotary excitation function provided by the invention, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the sliding block 42 has a long vertical bar structure, and a plurality of gauge teeth 6 are vertically arranged on the outer wall of the sliding block 42, and the gauge teeth 6 can cut rock and can straighten the drill bit body 1 when the drill bit body 1 cuts rock. The sliding connection end of the sliding block 42 and the circular sliding rail 41 is arc-shaped and is matched with the arc bending radian of the circular sliding rail 41, the upper end of the sliding block 42 is of a vertical strip-shaped structure, and the sliding block 42 is of an inverted T-shaped structure with an arc bending as a whole. The drill bit body 1 can assist in protecting the excitation mechanism 4 from damage through the gauge teeth 6 in the drilling process, and meanwhile, the drill bit body 1 is also beneficial to resetting and dislocation prevention.

the round table is arranged upside down, the outer diameter of the upper end surface of the round table is equal to the outer diameter of the bottom of the drill bit body, the outer wall of the round table is provided with external threads connected with the supporting mechanism in a threaded manner, and the middle of the round table is provided with a cavity; and
the bearing piece is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the round table and is coaxial with the round table and used for supporting the drill bit body to rotate, and a limiting step used for limiting the transverse movement of the drill bit body is arranged at the edge of the bearing piece;
the bearing mechanism includes:
the longitudinal section of the bearing table is concave, an internal thread in threaded connection with the round table is arranged in the bearing table, and the upper end of the bearing table is a plane; and
the connecting part is arranged at the bottom end of the bearing table and is used for being detachably connected with the drill rod, and the threaded connection direction of the bearing table and the round table is consistent with the rotation direction of the drill bit body;
the excitation mechanism includes:
the round sliding rail is arranged on the upper end surface of the bearing table and is coaxially arranged with the bearing table;
the plurality of sliding blocks are uniformly distributed and slidingly connected in the circular sliding rail and slide along the circumferential direction of the bearing table, the sliding blocks are limited in the circular sliding rail, and when the sliding blocks are slidingly connected with the circular sliding rail and the rotating mechanism is rotationally connected with the drill bit body, the drill bit body can freely rotate and is used for checking the coaxiality of the drill bit body and the rotating mechanism;
the plurality of first fixing blocks are arranged on the inner side surface of the sliding block and are vertically distributed;
the plurality of second fixing blocks are arranged on the outer wall of the drill bit body and are distributed in an up-down mode, and are staggered with the first fixing blocks; and
one end of the shock excitation assembly is hinged with the first fixed block, the other end of the shock excitation assembly is hinged with the second fixed block, the shock excitation assembly is used for generating shock excitation force and pushing the second fixed block to move, and the sliding block is limited in the circular sliding rail, and after the shock excitation assembly pushes the second fixed block to move, the drill bit body is pushed to rotate by aid of assistance.
2. The PDC bit with assisted rotary excitation function of claim 1 further comprising a reverse jet mechanism on the bit body for jetting water in a direction opposite to the bit body rotation direction, the bit body being assisted in rotation by the reverse jet mechanism.
3. The PDC bit with booster rotary excitation of claim 1 wherein the excitation assembly comprises:
one end of the vibration exciter is hinged to the second fixed block, and the other end of the vibration exciter is a free end; and
and one end of the telescopic push rod is fixedly connected with the free end of the vibration exciter, the other end of the telescopic push rod is hinged with the first fixed block, after the sliding block is fixed, the telescopic push rod is used for pushing the second fixed block to move, and after the second fixed block moves, exciting force is generated and boosting pushing the drill bit body to rotate.
4. The PDC bit with assisted rotary excitation of claim 2 wherein the reverse jet mechanism comprises:
a nozzle whose injection direction is directed in a direction opposite to a rotation direction of the bit body, the nozzle being for injecting water, the bit body being rotated by a reverse thrust of the nozzle injecting water;
the spray pipe sequentially penetrates through the drill bit body, the rotating mechanism and the supporting mechanism, one end of the spray pipe is communicated with the spray nozzle, and the other end of the spray pipe is communicated with a water source; and
the pump body is arranged on the spray pipe and positioned below the bearing mechanism and is used for pumping water to the nozzle, and the start and stop of the pump body are controlled by a controller arranged on the outer side of the drill rod.

The PDC drill bit with the booster rotary excitation function of claim 1 wherein the first fixed blocks are all arranged on the inner side surfaces of the sliding blocks, and the first fixed blocks on a plurality of sliding blocks are round; the second fixed blocks are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the outer wall of the drill bit body, the vibration excitation assembly is not started, the sliding blocks are opposite to each other when the circular sliding rail is fixed, the bearing mechanism drives the drill bit body to rotate, the first fixed blocks and the second fixed blocks are arranged in one-to-one correspondence, and the distance between the first fixed blocks and the second fixed blocks is the same.

The PDC drill bit with the power-assisted rotary excitation function according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of limiting pieces are arranged on the outer circumference of the circular sliding rail, and when the sliding blocks are in sliding connection with the circular sliding rail, the sliding blocks are limited to slide by means of the limiting pieces, and the number of the limiting pieces is larger than that of the sliding blocks.
