本发明公开了一种高效节能的铝合金防火窗,包括窗框,所述窗框为回字形结构,所述窗框的内壁固定连接有回形块,所述窗框的内壁通过合页转动连接有窗扇,所述窗扇的内壁固定连接有防火玻璃,所述窗框的内壁开设有三个回字形空腔,最左侧所述回字形空腔的内壁固定连接有固定板,所述固定板的上表面固定连接有放置盒,所述放置盒的内壁设置有隔板。该高效节能的铝合金防火窗,通过设置蜡块、隔板、放置盒和放置盒内的碳酸氢钠粉末,便于在起火时,高温将蜡块熔化,同时碳酸氢钠粉末受热生成水和二氧化碳,二氧化碳经出气孔排出,并隔绝防火窗周围氧气,对铝合金防火窗起到防护的作用,有效的避免铝合金防火窗熔化造成的火势增大情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及防火门窗技术领域,具体为一种高效节能的铝合金防火窗。
背景技术
防火窗是指在一定时间内,连同框架能满足耐火稳定性和耐火完整性要求的窗。在防火间距不足的两建筑物外墙上,或在被防火墙分隔的空间之间,需要采光和通风时,应当采用防火窗。
目前的铝合金防火窗虽然能够抵挡一段时间的高温,但是在持续高温的情况下,由于铝合金的熔点低,会使得铝合金防火窗熔化,将外部空气释放进来,增加火势。
为此我们提出一种高效节能的铝合金防火窗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效节能的铝合金防火窗,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高效节能的铝合金防火窗,包括窗框,所述窗框为回字形结构,所述窗框的内壁固定连接有回形块,所述窗框的内壁通过合页转动连接有窗扇,所述窗扇的内壁固定连接有防火玻璃,所述窗框的内壁开设有三个回字形空腔,最左侧所述回字形空腔的内壁固定连接有固定板,所述固定板的上表面固定连接有放置盒,所述放置盒的内壁设置有隔板,所述窗框的左侧开设有若干个出气孔,且出气孔的内壁设置有蜡块。
优选的,所述防火玻璃的数量为两个,且两个防火玻璃分别设置在窗扇的内壁,所述窗扇与回形块的相对面设置有防火密封条。
优选的,所述固定板的数量为若干个,且若干个固定板呈丨字型等距设置在最左侧回字形空腔的内壁,所述固定板的上表面固定连接有若干个连通孔。
优选的,所述放置盒的内部设置有碳酸氢钠粉末,所述放置盒靠近出气孔的一侧开设有若干个通孔。
优选的,所述窗框的右侧开设有若干个延伸至最右侧回字形空腔内侧壁的锥形消音孔,最右侧所述回字形空腔的内侧壁固定连接有防火隔音棉板,所述防火隔音棉板的侧面固定连接有若干个凸起块。
优选的,所述窗框、回形块、固定板、隔板、放置盒和窗扇的材料均为铝合金。
有益效果
本发明提供了一种高效节能的铝合金防火窗,具备以下有益效果:
1.该高效节能的铝合金防火窗,通过设置蜡块、隔板、放置盒和放置盒内的碳酸氢钠粉末,便于在起火时,高温将蜡块熔化,同时碳酸氢钠粉末受热生成水和二氧化碳,二氧化碳经出气孔排出,并隔绝防火窗周围氧气,对铝合金防火窗起到防护的作用,有效的避免铝合金防火窗熔化造成的火势增大情况。
2.该高效节能的铝合金防火窗,通过设置三个回字形空腔和两个防火玻璃,有效的起到隔热的作用,同时防止内部能量流失,起到高效节能的目的,通过设置锥形消音孔、防火隔音棉板和凸起块,便于外部产生的噪声经锥形消音孔进入,在凸起块和防火隔音棉板的作用下将噪声衰减,从而有效的降低外部噪声。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高效节能的铝合金防火窗,包括窗框1,窗框1为回字形结构,窗框1的内壁固定连接有回形块2,窗框1的内壁通过合页转动连接有窗扇3,窗扇3的内壁固定连接有防火玻璃4,防火玻璃4的数量为两个,且两个防火玻璃4分别设置在窗扇3的内壁,窗扇3与回形块2的相对面设置有防火密封条10。
窗框1的内壁开设有三个回字形空腔5,通过设置三个回字形空腔5和两个防火玻璃4,有效的起到隔热的作用,同时防止内部能量流失,起到高效节能的目的,最左侧回字形空腔5的内壁固定连接有固定板6,固定板6的数量为若干个,且若干个固定板6呈丨字型等距设置在最左侧回字形空腔5的内壁,固定板6的上表面固定连接有若干个连通孔,固定板6的上表面固定连接有放置盒7,放置盒7的内壁设置有隔板8,窗框1、回形块2、固定板6、隔板8、放置盒7和窗扇3的材料均为铝合金,窗框1的左侧开设有若干个出气孔,且出气孔的内壁设置有蜡块9,放置盒7的内部设置有碳酸氢钠粉末,放置盒7靠近出气孔的一侧开设有若干个通孔,通过设置蜡块9、隔板8、放置盒7和放置盒7内的碳酸氢钠粉末,便于在起火时,高温将蜡块9熔化,同时碳酸氢钠粉末受热生成水和二氧化碳,二氧化碳经出气孔排出,并隔绝防火窗周围氧气,对铝合金防火窗起到防护的作用,有效的避免铝合金防火窗熔化造成的火势增大情况。
窗框1的右侧开设有若干个延伸至最右侧回字形空腔5内侧壁的锥形消音孔11,最右侧回字形空腔5的内侧壁固定连接有防火隔音棉板12,防火隔音棉板12的侧面固定连接有若干个凸起块13,通过设置锥形消音孔11、防火隔音棉板12和凸起块13,便于外部产生的噪声经锥形消音孔11进入,在凸起块13和防火隔音棉板12的作用下将噪声衰减,从而有效的降低外部噪声。
工作原理:当使用该高效节能的铝合金防火窗时,防火窗内的三个回字形空腔5有效的避免了房屋内部能量的流失,同时外部噪声经锥形消音孔11进入最右侧的回字形空腔5内,在防火隔音棉板12和凸起块13的作用下将噪声衰减,而在房屋内部起火时,蜡块9在高温下熔化,而放置盒7内的碳酸氢钠粉末受热产生水和二氧化碳,二氧化碳经出气孔排出,将防火窗附近的氧气隔绝,对防火窗起到防护的作用,通过使用该高效节能的铝合金防火窗,不仅达到高效节能的目的,同时能够对铝合金防火窗起到防护的作用,有效的避免铝合金防火窗熔化造成的火势增大情况。

1.一种高效节能的铝合金防火窗,包括窗框(1),其特征在于:所述窗框(1)为回字形结构,所述窗框(1)的内壁固定连接有回形块(2),所述窗框(1)的内壁通过合页转动连接有窗扇(3),所述窗扇(3)的内壁固定连接有防火玻璃(4),所述窗框(1)的内壁开设有三个回字形空腔(5),最左侧所述回字形空腔(5)的内壁固定连接有固定板(6),所述固定板(6)的上表面固定连接有放置盒(7),所述放置盒(7)的内壁设置有隔板(8),所述窗框(1)的左侧开设有若干个出气孔,且出气孔的内壁设置有蜡块(9)。
