The novel mechanical shear of claim 1, wherein: the lower jaw connecting block (2-3) further comprises a group of connecting block protrusions (2-33) which are symmetrically arranged, and the connecting block protrusions (2-33) can be matched and fixed with connecting block fixing grooves (2-4) arranged at the front end of the lower jaw scissors (2).
