Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical instrument packaging materials, and particularly relates to a manufacturing method of novel medical dialyzing paper.
Background
The prior medical dialyzing paper is produced on a fourdrinier machine, and is produced by sizing in pulp AKD (alkyl ketene dimer), and surface sizing is carried out by using PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) and starch to increase the surface strength.
The existing medical dialyzing paper is mainly divided into two types, one type is common dialyzing paper which is mainly compounded with a PE/PET film, and a layer of hot melt adhesive or water adhesive needs to be coated on the paper before heat sealing, so that the qualified peel strength can be achieved; the other type is self-adhesive dialyzing paper which is mainly thermally bonded with a CPP film, and the thermal bonding peel strength with a PE film can not meet the use requirement. PE membrane low cost, CPP membrane is with high costs, mainly with PE membrane heat seal in the market, all need carry out the heat seal after the rubber coating is handled once more to the dialyzing paper, the rubber coating process is great to the environmental impact, and the rubber coating volume is more difficult to control moreover, appears peel strength easily and fluctuates, influences end use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of overcoming the defects of the existing dialyzing paper production, particularly the use process of bag making, solving the problems of the fluctuation of the water absorption of the base paper before surface sizing in the paper making process of the dialyzing paper, avoiding the fluctuation of the sizing amount after the surface sizing of the dialyzing paper, the fluctuation of the peeling force after the heat seal with the film and the like, solving the problems that the water resistance of the paper can reach the sizing effect in pulp by the surface sizing, and solving the adverse effects on drying and production caused by high water content of the paper after the surface sizing, such as the reduction of drying efficiency, the sticking of a drying cylinder, the sticking of a drying blanket drying net and the like, providing a product with stable quality in the manufacturing process, large film peeling strength, no layering of sticky paper scraps and paper sheets, good toughness, high air permeability, small aperture, good bacteria resistance, wide applicability, and being capable of being directly used in heat seal with pe/pet films, cpp films, xpp films, xpa films, the most important is a method for manufacturing a novel medical dialyzing paper which can be directly thermally sealed with a PE membrane.

The surface sizing agent is one or more of styrene-acrylic anion surface sizing agent, modified AKD and water repellent agent, and the mass percentage of the surface sizing agent in the medical dialyzing paper after being dried is 0.2-0.5%.
The plant fiber is needle wood fiber and broad leaf wood fiber.
The proportion of the softwood fibers in the total fiber amount is 50% -60%.
In another embodiment, the softwood fibers account for 40% to 50% of the total fiber content.
