Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the existing defects and provides an automatic oil return device of a sewing machine, which can automatically and quantitatively feed oil to each oil hole of the sewing machine for multiple times for lubrication, prevent the lubricating oil from polluting sewing materials, ensure the quality of the sewing materials, filter impurities of the circulating lubricating oil and effectively solve the problems in the background art.

an oil return unit: comprises a first motor, a rotating block, a first sleeve, a first oil blocking ball, a fixing ring, a second oil blocking ball, a second sleeve, oil inlet holes and a compression spring, wherein the second sleeve is fixedly arranged at the bottom of an oil tank, four oil inlet holes are arranged in the bottom of the second sleeve in an equidistant circumferential array manner, the first sleeve is arranged at the top of the second sleeve, the inner side of the first sleeve is in sliding connection with the outer side of the second sleeve, the second oil blocking ball is arranged between the first sleeve and the second sleeve, the fixing ring is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the first sleeve, the first oil blocking ball is arranged at the top of the fixing ring, an oil outlet pipe is arranged at the top of one side of the first sleeve and is communicated with the inside of the first sleeve, the top end of the first sleeve is a semi-sphere, the compression spring is arranged at the bottom of the first sleeve, and is movably sleeved at the outer side of the second sleeve, the first motor is fixedly arranged at the top of the oil tank, an output shaft of the first motor penetrates through the top of the oil tank and is fixedly connected with the rotating block, and the arc-shaped bulge on the rotating block is in sliding connection with the semi-sphere at the top of the first sleeve;
a limiting unit: the oil tank fixing device comprises a limiting piece, a first sliding rod, a connecting plate and a fixing block, wherein the fixing block is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner side of an oil tank, the upper surface of the fixing block is fixedly provided with the first sliding rod, the first sliding rod is connected with the connecting plate in a sliding manner, the other end of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the bottom of a first sleeve, the top of the first sliding rod is fixedly provided with the limiting piece, and the limiting piece limits the connecting plate;

mounting plate 1: the oil tank is characterized in that a U-shaped fixing frame 2 is arranged at the top of the oil tank, an oil tank 4 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the U-shaped fixing frame 2, an oil hopper 23 is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the oil tank 4, an oil discharge hopper 17 is arranged in the middle of the surface of the inner side of the oil tank 4, an oil discharge pipe 16 is arranged in the middle of one side of the U-shaped fixing frame 2, and one end of the oil discharge pipe 16 penetrates through; the oil tank is characterized by further comprising a filter box 18 and supporting legs 20, wherein the filter box 18 is arranged on the rear side of the oil tank 4, the supporting legs 20 are fixedly mounted at four corners of the bottom of the filter box 18 respectively, and the supporting legs 20 are fixedly connected with the upper surface of the bottom of the U-shaped fixing frame 2. By the arrangement of the supporting legs 20, the filter box 18 is fixedly supported, so that the filter device in the filter box 18 can run stably. The second motor 71 operates to rotate the threaded rod 74, so that the second sliding rods 73 on the two sides of the connecting block 76 move along the sliding rails 72, and the scraper 75 cleans impurities filtered on the filter plate 77 by moving through the connecting block 76. The secondary filter unit 8 is further included, the secondary filter unit 8 comprises a handle 81, a rectangular filter hopper 82, filter holes 83, leak holes 84, a secondary filter box 85 and a slotted hole 86, the slotted hole 86 is formed in the right side of the filter box 18, the slotted hole 86 is located at the top of the filter plate 77, the secondary filter box 85 is arranged on the outer side of the slotted hole 86, the rectangular filter hopper 82 is arranged in the middle of the secondary filter box 85, two sides of the rectangular filter hopper 82 are respectively in sliding connection with a rectangular groove formed in the side wall of the filter box 18 and a rectangular groove formed in the outer side of the secondary filter box 85, the filter holes 83 are arrayed at the bottom of the rectangular filter hopper 82, the leak holes 84 are arrayed on the side wall of the filter box 18 at equal intervals, the leak holes 84 are located in the secondary filter box 85, and the handle 81 is fixedly installed on the outer side surface of.
