Abstract
The invention discloses a fast-curing environment-friendly water-based paint which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3.50-3.81 parts of alcohol ether solvent, 35.12-38.64 parts of deionized water, 0.32-0.34 part of amine neutralizer, 37.62-38.85 parts of acrylic emulsion, 8.50-8.71 parts of water-diluted acrylic resin, 0.05-0.065 part of water-based blocked sulfonic acid, 0.20-0.23 part of water-based organic bismuth catalyst, 2.00-2.21 parts of epoxy phosphate, 5.00-5.23 parts of water-based blocked isocyanate, 3.01-3.22 parts of water-based phenylamine resin, 0.38-0.41 part of alkynol flatting agent, 0.30-0.33 part of organosilicon defoamer and 0.40-0.43 part of fluorine-containing organosilicon wetting agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the fast curing environment-friendly water-based paint. The fast curing environment-friendly water-based paint disclosed by the invention is good in comprehensive performance, good in chemical stability and wear resistance and fast in curing speed.
Description
Technical Field

The alcohol ether solvent is propylene glycol methyl ether; the amine neutralizer is triethylamine.
The fast-curing environment-friendly water-based paint further comprises: 0.5 part of epoxy end group hyperbranched poly (amine-ester).
