after the plastic bag is rolled, the first cylinder is retracted, the push block 131 returns to the initial position, no overlap exists between the push block 131 and the cushion block 132, the outer diameter of the outer plate module 11 is reduced to the initial size due to the pulling force of the elastic element 16, the vacuum generating device stops working, no negative pressure exists at the position of the adsorption hole 1121, and the motor 4 stops rotating; rotating the turntable 3 by 90 degrees, and taking the next winding roller shaft 1 in place to prepare the next plastic bag winding process;
because the winding roller shaft 1 is arranged in one of the clamping grooves 211, the second cylinder drives the material pushing plate 21 to move outwards, the material pushing plate 21 separates the wound plastic bag from the winding roller shaft 1, and then the second cylinder is recovered to the original position; as shown in fig. 5, the rotation of the turntable 3 drives the winding roller shaft 1 to rotate, and further drives the material pushing plate 21 to rotate through the clamping cooperation and separation between the winding roller shaft 1 and the clamping groove 211.
