In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the drying mechanism 7 further includes a backflow bucket 76 disposed below the hot air pipe network 70, an output end of the backflow bucket 76 is connected to a lower portion of a side wall of the cleaning box 61, a backflow valve 77 is disposed on an output end of the backflow bucket 76, a filter element 78 is installed at a side of the output end of the backflow bucket 76, which is close to the backflow valve 77, through a screw 79, and the filter element 78 is in threaded connection with an inner wall of the output end of the backflow bucket 76, by the arrangement of the backflow bucket 76, liquid droplets remaining on the cable core material b can be effectively recovered, meanwhile, backflow of the cleaning liquid is realized by matching with the backflow valve 77, utilization efficiency of the cleaning liquid is improved, meanwhile, the inside of the chassis housing 1 is prevented from being corroded by the remaining cleaning liquid, filtering of impurities in the backflow cleaning liquid can be effectively guaranteed by combining with installation of the, the purity of the cleaning liquid is ensured.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of transmission wheels 75 for transmitting the cable core b are horizontally and rotatably installed in the inner cavity of the drying cavity 102, and the plurality of transmission wheels 75 synchronously support the transmitted cable core b, so that the cable core b is continuously transmitted and dried.

Claims (8)
1. A core cleaning and straightening device for processing wires and cables comprises a case shell and a plurality of supporting foot pads arranged at the lower end of the case shell, and is characterized in that a cable core is inserted into an inner cavity of the case shell, the case shell is sequentially divided into a cleaning cavity, a drying cavity and a straightening cavity along the transmission direction of the cable core, a cleaning mechanism is arranged in the cleaning cavity, a straightening mechanism is arranged in the straightening cavity, the input end of the cable core is wound on a core winding drum, the core winding drum is arranged on the side wall of the case shell through a support I, an output supporting wheel is arranged on the lower side of the output end of the cable core in a rolling mode, and the output supporting wheel is rotatably arranged on the side wall of the case shell;
the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning box arranged on the bottom wall of a cleaning cavity, two turning wheels for enabling a cable core material to extend downwards to enter the cleaning box for cleaning the interior of the cleaning box are symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the cleaning box, a plurality of relay wheels which are arranged on the cable core material in a rolling mode are horizontally and rotatably arranged at the upper portion of an inner cavity of the cleaning box, a plurality of groups of cleaning brushes are arranged on one section of the cable core material between the plurality of relay wheels, each group of cleaning brushes comprises two disc brushes which are symmetrically arranged on the cable core material in a rolling mode in the horizontal direction, each group of cleaning brushes is arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning box through a brush frame, meshing gears are coaxially arranged at the lower ends of the two disc brushes, the two meshing gears in the same group are meshed with each other, a driving sprocket I is coaxially arranged at the lower end of a corresponding one meshing gear in each group of cleaning, the driving motor is fixedly arranged on the bottom wall of the chassis shell corresponding to the position of the cleaning cavity, a driving belt wheel is further sleeved on an output shaft of the driving motor, the driving belt wheel is connected with two driven belt wheels through a transmission belt, a driven shaft is arranged at the upper end of the driven belt wheel, and the upper end of the driven shaft extends to the lower part of the inner cavity of the cleaning box and is provided with a turbulent flow impeller;
the straightening intracavity is equipped with straightening mechanism, straightening mechanism sets up a set of straightening wheel down and a set of straightening wheel on in cable core both sides including the symmetry, lower straightening wheel rotates and installs on the inner wall in washing chamber, and the rear shaft end of straightening wheel extends to chassis exterior of shell and coaxial arrangement has sprocket II down, a plurality of sprockets II are connected through chain II, one of them sprocket II is installed on the output of transmission motor, and transmission motor fixed mounting is on chassis exterior's rear wall, go up the straightening wheel and pass through the rotating turret and install the lower extreme at the lifter plate, and the upper end of lifter plate is installed on the interior roof in straightening chamber through a plurality of lift cylinders, and the flexible of lift cylinder is served and is installed pressure sensor.

The core material cleaning and straightening device for processing the electric wire and the cable as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the drying mechanism is arranged in the drying cavity and comprises a hot air pipe network arranged on the upper portion of the drying cavity inner cavity, a plurality of nozzles used for hot air drying of the cable core material are installed at the lower end of the hot air pipe network, a gas pipe is installed at the input end of the hot air pipe network, the other end of the gas pipe extends to the outer cavity of the straightening cavity and is connected with the output end of the air heater in a penetrating mode, the air heater is fixedly installed on the top wall of the case shell, and a plurality of water vapor discharge ports are formed in the top wall of the case shell corresponding to the drying cavity position.

The core material cleaning and straightening device for processing the electric wire and the cable as claimed in claim 2, wherein: drying mechanism is still including setting up the return flow fill in hot-air pipe network below, and the output of return flow fill and the lateral wall lower part through connection of clean case, and is equipped with the backwash valve on the output of return flow fill, and the filter core is installed through the screw thread to one side that the return flow fill output is close to the backwash valve, and the filter core matches with the inner wall shape of return flow fill output.
