The spring 43 is disposed in the slide chamber 411 and below the slide post 42. The top disk 44 is located below the sliding column 42, a stud 441 is formed at the upper end of the top disk 44, a threaded hole 421 is formed in the lower end surface of the sliding column 42, the stud 441 is screwed into the threaded hole 421 and is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 421, so that the height of the top disk 44 can be adjusted by screwing the stud 441, the top disk 44 is pressed against the upper end of the spring 43, and therefore, the compression amount of the spring 43 can be changed by adjusting the height of the top disk 44.
Based on the above, the flexible mechanism 40 is provided so that the piston rod 31 corresponds to a flexible rod having a certain rigidity, and the rigidity of the flexible rod can be adjusted by adjusting the rigidity of the top disk 44.
The air pressure control valve includes: a first pneumatic check valve 47 and a second pneumatic check valve 48. The air inlet of the first air pressure one-way valve 47 is communicated with the sliding cavity 411, the air outlet of the second air pressure one-way valve 48 is communicated with the sliding cavity 411, the opening pressure of the first air pressure one-way valve 47 is far greater than that of the second air pressure one-way valve 48, and a switch valve 481 is arranged between the second air pressure one-way valve 48 and the sliding cavity 411.
Based on the above, the switch valve 481 can be opened, and the second pneumatic check valve 48 can be used to fill the sliding chamber 411 with a gas under a certain pressure, so that when the sliding column 42 slides downwards in the sliding chamber 411, the gas in the sliding chamber 411 can be compressed to a certain extent, so that the gas in the sliding chamber 411 also provides a certain rigidity for the punching process of the piston rod 31, and the higher the pressure of the gas is, the higher the rigidity provided by the gas is.
The first pneumatic check valve 47 is used for opening when the pressure gas in the sliding cavity 411 rises to a certain degree, so as to perform pressure relief on the gas.
The working principle of the above-mentioned punching device is described as follows:
the hydraulic control valve controls the piston rod 31 of the oil cylinder 30 to move downwards, the piston rod 31 drives the movable platform 20 and the stamping die to move downwards through the flexible mechanism 40, and in the process that the stamping die contacts the hardware, the spring 43 and the gas in the sliding cavity 411 are compressed to a certain degree, so that the impact action of the stamping die on the hardware is buffered to a certain extent, particularly the moment that the stamping die just contacts the hardware.
After the stamping die moves to the lowest point to complete the stamping of the hardware, the piston rod 31 of the hydraulic control valve control cylinder 30 moves upwards, in the process, although the piston rod 31 moves upwards instantly, under the action of the elastic force of the spring 43 in the flexible mechanism 40 and the pressure in the sliding cavity 411, the stamping die is still pressed on the hardware with a certain pre-tightening force (the pre-tightening force is gradually reduced), and the rebound resetting of the hardware can be limited to the maximum extent.
If the pressure of piston rod 31 is too big, lead to the atmospheric pressure in the sliding chamber 411 too big, first atmospheric pressure check valve 47 opens, and then makes the gaseous pressure release in the sliding chamber 411, and then can effectively avoid this hardware because of the too big damage of pressure, scrap.
