The cleaning liquid flushing system includes: a working water tank 331, a filter 332, a circulating water pump 333, and a heater 335; the working water tank 331 is fixed below the cleaning platform, the working water tank 331 is sequentially communicated with the circulating water pump 333, the heater 335 and the filter 332, and the filter 332 is communicated with the water outlet and is communicated with the second interface of the three-way valve 32.

the three-way valve 32 is used for communicating the cleaning liquid flushing system with the cleaning pipe, the cleaning liquid is driven by the circulating water pump 333, meanwhile, the heater 335 is used for heating the cleaning liquid, scaling in the processor after flushing is facilitated, after a period of time for cleaning, the water quality is changed into clear from dirty, the air purging system is communicated with the cleaning pipe through the electromagnetic valve B, and low-pressure air purging on the post-processor is achieved; then the electromagnetic valve B is opened and closed at regular intervals, the circulating water pump 333 works all the time, cleaning is carried out in such a circulating mode, scaling softening and loosening can be accelerated, after cleaning is carried out for a period of time, the three-way valve 32 enables the air purging system to be communicated with the cleaning pipe, the through electric valve A is opened, the high-pressure air in the high-pressure air storage tank 342 purges the post-processor, high-pressure purging is achieved, scaling and the like are forcibly extruded out of the grid of the post-processor, and the purpose of cleaning the post-processor is achieved.
After the cleaning is finished, cleaning liquid in the post-processor is discharged into a working water tank, the air purging system is communicated with the cleaning pipe through the three-way valve 32, the electromagnetic valve 344 is opened, low-pressure air purging is adopted, accumulated water in the mesh of the post-processor is blown out, icing and mesh blocking are prevented, finally, back pressure testing of the vehicle post-processor is carried out through the vortex fan 5, and the cleaning effect is judged.
After the cleaning is completed, the vehicle post-processor is taken out of the cleaning bin 36, placed in the drying bin 26, and dried.
