The invention provides a volleyball elbow bending and cushioning ball corrector, which comprises a main rotating part, a traction device, two groups of arm fixing devices and two groups of telescopic devices, wherein the main rotating part is provided with a first arm fixing device and a second arm fixing device; one end of each elastic band of each group of arm fixing devices is fixed at the end part of the semicircular arm ring through a fixing buckle; the threaded sleeve of each group of the telescopic devices is in threaded fit with the first screw; two first mounting plates are fixed on the arc top of each semicircular arm ring, and a first rotating block is fixed on the threaded sleeve and is rotationally connected with the two first mounting plates; the other end of each first screw rod is fixed with two joint plates, and the main rotating part is rotationally connected with the two joint plates of the two groups of telescopic devices; the traction device comprises a spring and two second rotating blocks; every fixed plate top all fixedly is provided with two second mounting panels, and every second turning block all rotates with two second mounting panels to be connected, and the both ends of spring are fixed with the one end of two second turning blocks respectively. The base technology of volleyball is the base of the mat ball. each group of the telescopic devices comprises a threaded sleeve and a first screw rod; one end of the threaded sleeve is in threaded fit with one end of the first screw; two first mounting plates are fixedly arranged at the arc top of each semi-circular arm ring, a first rotating block is fixed at the other end of each threaded sleeve, and the first rotating block is rotatably connected with the two first mounting plates through a first rotating shaft;
two joint plates are fixed at the other end of each first screw, and a fixing plate is fixedly arranged at the top of each joint plate; two ends of the main rotating part are respectively and rotatably connected with the two joint plates of the two groups of telescopic devices through a second rotating shaft;
the traction device comprises a spring and two second rotating blocks; every the fixed plate top all fixedly is provided with two second mounting panels, every the second turning block all passes through the third pivot and two the second mounting panel rotates to be connected, the both ends of spring respectively with two the one end of second turning block is fixed.
Preferably, an arc elbow pad is also included; and a second screw rod is fixed at the arc top of the elbow joint pad and is in threaded connection with the bottom of the main rotating part.

each group of arm fixing devices comprises a semicircular arm ring 7 and two elastic bands 5, as shown in figure 3; one end of each elastic band 5 is fixedly arranged at two ends of the corresponding semicircular arm ring 7 through the fixing buckle 6, the tail ends of the two elastic bands 5 are respectively provided with the magic tapes 4 matched with each other, the semicircular arm rings 7 are fixed on the arms through the magic tapes 4 on the elastic bands 5, the limiting of the device is carried out, and the phenomenon that the training effect is influenced due to the fact that the device falls off during training is avoided;

two joint plates (1) are fixed at the other end of each first screw (11), and a fixing plate (16) is fixedly arranged at the top of each joint plate (1); two ends of the main rotating part (15) are respectively and rotatably connected with the two joint plates (1) of the two groups of telescopic devices through second rotating shafts (17);
